Soon, five low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts rushed out of the right portal that Lucas had just used his level 2 Infernal bomb.

At the same time, the low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts from the other portals also rushed out at an incredible speed.

'15 low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts. Can we fight them without boosting the lynxes' strength? Of course, we can do it.'

The fifteen rank 5 evil spirit beasts looked terrifying. Calling them spirit beasts was not the right term; instead, they could be called monsters…to be more specific ugly monsters that could easily make the combatants disgusted just by looking at them.

So, Lucas tried to raise the morale of his fighters and spirit beasts.

'Master, they came out of the portal all at once. Shall we join the fight?'

According to their estimation, the low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts should come out of the portals one by one; instead of rushing out all at once.

So, the rank 5 lynxes that were supposed to be waiting for the mid-level rank 5 and high-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts asked for Lucas' permission because it would be troublesome to deal with 15 low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts at once.

'No need. If the situation becomes tense, only then you need to act.'

Lucas directly rejected it because he wanted everyone to experience the blood rushing moments and only by that way, they could increase their battle prowess.

"Bleeding slayer lynx and I will take care of these five low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts."

Even though the evil spirit beasts looked powerful, Lucas knew that his bleeding slayer lynx was much more powerful than them.  So, he decided to take care of the evil spirit beasts with two of them alone.

Of course, he was not going to face them directly as he would be killed in an instant as there were hundreds of rank 3 and rank 4 evil spirit beasts besides the rank 5 evil spirit beasts.

So, he maintained a safe distance and used the level 2 advanced spell in between the two rank 5 spirit beasts and successfully injured them while killing more than 100 rank 3 and rank 4 evil spirit beasts.

The numerous weapons came out of the bleeding slayer lynx's body and it used this opportunity to instantly kill the two rank 5 evil spirit beasts before fighting the remaining three.

'Phantom, let's go.'

Lucas ignored the system notifications he was getting regarding his and his tamed beast's killing and rushed toward the two corpses of the low-level rank 5 spirit beasts with the phantom eagle supporting him.

In front of the left portal,

Raging fire lynx, Lucas's three shadow clones and the three haunting ethereals were taking care of the evil spirit beasts coming out of the left portal.

Raging fire lynx was fighting three low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts solo on its own because some of its attacks won't differentiate between friend and foe. So, it was better for it to fight alone.

The three haunting ethereals were fighting the remaining two low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts while killing the rank 4 and rank 3 evil spirit beasts from time to time.

As for Lucas' three shadow clones, they were like killing machines killing all the rank 3 and rank 4 evil spirit beasts that were coming out of the left portal.

They were not even letting a single evil spirit beast run past them, making the surge squad bitterly shake their heads.

Nevertheless, they used this time to take proper rest as they knew the shadow clones won't last forever and their time would come.

"Everyone, after these shadow clones exhaust their energy, we will switch places with them and go all-out in killing the evil spirit beasts. Do you understand?"

The leader of the surge squad ordered the rest of the squad members with a determined look on his face.

"Yes, boss."

Everyone nodded their heads as they understood what their leader was saying and it was to use all their skills in a single go.

With that, they would not have any problem even in fighting the rank 4 evil spirit beasts for another 30 minutes.

In front of the main portal.

Beck, Harper and Reece were still standing on the wall as they looked at the situation in front of the main portal.

Even though there was more than a thousand rank 3 and rank 4 evil spirit beasts along with five low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts, the situation was still under control.

Mainly it was because of Beck's spirit beasts that were all rank 4; however, she didn't summon the white-winged lion yet because it was her trump card for the final round of the fight.

Along with her spirit beasts, the eight lynx spirit beasts were also showing their battle prowess, helping the situation to remain under control.

"Aren't these rank 5 evil spirit beasts a little weak?"

Reece scoffed at the low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts that were getting defeated by a group of rank 4 spirit beasts.

"How can these low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts compare to our high-level rank 4 spirit beasts?"

Harper, who was known for his analytic skills, replied to Reece as he looked in the portal and said, "I am only waiting for the high-level rank 5 evil spirit beast to come out of the portal."

"Me too…I am bored with all these lowly evil spirit beasts."

Reece and Beck replied at the same time.

Back at the right portal.

'It's time to use my intermediate spell.'

Looking at the two rank 5 evil spirit beasts that were barely hanging on to their lives lying in front of him, Lucas revealed a slight smile on his face as he started chanting the spell.

Of course, he didn't forget to kill them otherwise the spell would resurrect the evil spirit beast.

'Rise, my undead.'

It took him a little more than a minute to cast that spell because of the cowards' magic robe's effect.

'Roar'

Soon, one low-level rank 5 evil spirit beast that was supposed to be dead had awakened and stood up while letting out a loud roar.

'Ding,

        The host used an intermediate spell 'Undead summoning' and successfully got an undead summon that listens to every command of the host.

In the next moment, Lucas got the system notification which he ignored as usual and thought, 'Only if I have more slots for these undead summons.'

Currently, the spell is at level 1 and he could only have one undead summon. Nevertheless, he was satisfied with it for now and he ordered it to fight one of the three rank 5 evil spirit beasts that Bleeding Slayer lynx was fighting.

With the addition of the rank 5 undead evil spirit beast, the rank 5 evil spirit beasts were quickly taken care of in front of the right portal.

A similar thing happened at the two other portals and without giving them any rest, the mid-level rank  5 evil spirit beasts started rushing out of the problem.

"Roar"

All three mid-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts rushed out just like how all the low-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts rushed out earlier.

"Puchi"

Before Lucas' new undead spirit beast could react, it was instantly killed by one the rank 5 spirit beasts, making Lucas become serious.

'Everyone, there is no need to wait for the high-level rank 5 spirit beasts. Just join the fight; however, keep your trump cards for the final evil spirit beasts.'

Clearly, the mid-level evil rank 5 spirit beasts were much more powerful than he anticipated. So, Lucas directly gave the orders to the main force to start joining the fight; however, they have to keep their trump cards along with a good amount of energy for high-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts.

'Yes, family head.'

'Yes, young master.'

Beck and others became very excited and directly joined the fight and started clearing the evil spirit beasts before catching up to the mid-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts.

The two elemental spirits also joined the left portal and right portal respectively.

Even without activating the boosting effect for the lynxes, the fight became one-sided as they killed the mid-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts within no time.

"Phew…there is only a single high-level rank 5 spirit beasts in each portal. Looks like it is time to drag the fight."

Lucas looked at the three corpses of the mid-level rank 5 evil spirit beasts in front of him and then looked at the portal, waiting for the high-level rank 5 evil spirit beast to make its appearance.

'Before it comes out, I should get myself a powerful undead spirit beast.'

Lucas walked to the mid-level rank 5 evil spirit beast that he killed and raised it from death.

'With the number of evil spirit beasts we killed, we will be getting a lot of rewards from the heavens.'

Even though Lucas didn't count the number of evil spirit beasts that came out of the portals until now, he was sure that at least one hundred thousand evil spirit beasts must have come out of a single portal and there were three of them around Silverstone town.

'Let's make the kill count reach one million.'

Even though everyone was tired, Lucas was ready to push himself to the limits and he wanted everyone to do the same.

"How did you kill so many of my underlings?"

All of a sudden, three shocking voices came out of the three portals and three humanoid evil beings walked out of the portals.
