While Lucas was conversing with [Prodigal son], he sudden;y received a system notification, making him a little bit excited.

[Prodigal son]: So, will you continue to buy more earl grade talent crystals in the future?

[Lonewolf]: Yes. I will buy them at the same price.

[Prodigal son]: Good. To show my goodwill, I will gift you this.

'Ding,

          The host received an earl grade talent crystal [Beast taming] from [Prodigal son].

'As expected of a prodigal son.'

Lucas shook his head; however, he didn't want to show off his wealth and just thanked him before ending the conversation.

After that, he opened the [Exchange platform] to see who was contacting him.

[Lucky rose]: Hello there…I have what you are looking for.

He saw a message from someone whom he traded previously along with the details of the item.

[Special beast luring potion]:- Mix a drop of blood from the type of spirit beast that you want to attract before shaking it well and then use it.

Note:- Effect lasts for 3 hours. Unless you are strong, don't use it as it might even attract rank 5 spirit beasts.

'Isn't this what I was waiting for? However, to use it, I need to find a lynx type spirit beast.'

Even though Lucas felt like he had finally found an item to lure the lynx type spirit beasts, he was still lacking the main ingredient.

'Anyway, I will take it as I might find at least one lynx spirit beast in the coming days.'

With that thought in his mind, Lucas asked [Lucky rose] regarding the price for that potion.

[Lucky rose]: Same as before. 10 dark ember fruits.

[Lonoewolf]:- Okay.

As he was the one who put the request for the item, Lucas knew no matter how much he bargained, she would not decrease the price. So, he directly paid and ended his trading session in the [Exchange platform] for the month.

Time continued to pass and in a flash, another week passed by.

"Young master looks like my luck is way better than yours."

Beck and Lucas were roasting spirit beasts in the depths of the Viscount grounds as Beck joked with Lucas.

Hearing that, Lucas didn't say anything as what she said was absolutely true.

During the last week, they found four good spirit beasts for Beck among which, she added two of them as her primary spirit beasts and gained two skills from those two spirit beasts.

Mythril griffin, a rank 4 spirit beast with an eagle head and lion's body.

Imitating phoenix bird, a rank 4 spirit beast that likes to imitate the legendary Pheonix and even looks a little similar to it.

There were the two new primary spirit beasts that Beck added to her primary beast slots.

Other than these two, she also tamed a red-eyed flaming bear and a sapphire ocelot.

As for Lucas, he still didn't find any Lynx type spirit beasts during the past one week as though they became extinct or something like that.

"I just need a single lynx spirit beast. That's all I was hoping for."

As long as he got a single drop of lynx spirit beast, Lucas could lure the other lynx type spirit beasts with the special beast luring potion.

"Don't worry, young master. You will find it soon."

Beck didn't continue joking as she consoled her saying he would find it soon.

"Anyway, how many beast slots are left for you to tame the spirit beasts?"

Even for a beast tamer with a sovereign grade talent, she would have a limit on how many spirit beasts she could tame. So, Lucas asked about it.

"At my current rank, I have four primary slots and 10 secondary slots in which I filled all my primary slots and half of the secondary slots."

"So, you still have five more slots. Let's try to fill them up next week and after that, let's train for a couple of days before going back to Silverstone town."

Lucas nodded his head at Beck as he roughly explained his plan and she agreed without any hesitation.

"Let's go and rest for tonight."

Soon, they finished their dinner and decided to rest for the night.

"Keke…what do we have here?"

However, just before Lucas and Beck enter the wilderness canvas, they heard an eerie voice from a distance.

'Why does it sound a little familiar?'

Lucas felt like he heard it somewhere as he raised his brows.

"Isn't that the brat who fooled us last time?"

"Yes, leader.  He is the one."

"Let's kill him."

After a deep voice, another two eerie voices could be heard by Lucas and Beck, making them even more alert.

"So, how do you want to die, Brat?"

Soon, three floating ghost-like creatures came from the three directions while letting out eerie laughs.

"Oh. So, it was you three."

Once Lucas saw the three spirit beasts, Lucas stopped worrying about it.

They were none other than the Haunting ethereals that Lucas encountered in one of his previous visits to the myriad primordial forest.

"Yes. Are you scared? If you beg us, our boss might let you torture less before killing you."

One of the haunting ethereals mocked Lucas.

"Don't steal my lines."

However, Lucas shook his head and with a slight smile on his face, "I was hoping to find you three for a while now. So, how about I offer you a deal?"

"Huh?"

The leader of the triad looked at Lucas and felt something was not right about the human in front of him.

Compared to the last time they saw him, the human had grown stronger; however, when he thought about the combined strength of their triad, he was confident.

"Human, you are not in a position to make any de…."

The leader of the triad scoffed at Lucas; however, before it could finish its words, it saw the human in front of it take a mirror out of nowhere and place it in front of him.
