"She never mentioned their names while saying that they were perfect for each other so mind your words," Jane interrupted sounding furious.

"I guess you are the only one here who didn't hear her mention their names and I guess this happened because you do not like the conversation. Anyways, since it was your fault, nobody can be blamed," Evelyn said in a tone that depict her feelings towards Jane perfectly.

Those who haven't given gifts presented their gifts except Jane.

"Where are your gifts?" Jeff asked when it got to Jane's turn.

"I did buy gifts but...," Jane trailed as she extend the shopping bag to Jackson. Jackson reluctantly collected the red shopping back from her.

"But what? Stop acting mysterious and just complete your sentence," Jeff said sounding upset with Jane.

"But I don't know what happened to me, I surprisingly forgot to buy her anything," Jane said grinning evilly while centring her gaze on Jasmine.

"You...,"

"It's not like I would have used anything you would have given me so what is there to rejoice about things that would have been trash in my hands no matter how expensive it would have been?" Jasmine muttered loud enough for everyone sitting at the table to hear. Jeff, Steve and Evelyn chuckled at how Jasmine put the proud girl in her place.

"What did you just...,"

"Guys where are the gifts for my sister and her husband? Don't tell me, you all forgot that they won a game?" Jasmine deliberately talk just to shut Jane up. Jane could only end up fuming without being able to do or say anything.

"How could we forget their gifts, of course, we have them here," Catherine said in a playful tone. Everyone revealed their gifts.

"I bought mine but it's in my room...,"

"Give it to us the next time we meet in Central City," Elizabeth said with smiles on her face as she stares at Jackson.

"I also bought amazing gifts for you both but unfortunately it is inside my room too...,"

"How about the two of you both visit us in our home someday with the gifts? It would be an honour to host the Young Master of Smith Internationals in our home," Alfred said before Jasmine could get to finish her sentence.

Did they both plan this together? How dare they indirectly try to matchmake my beloved Jack with this b*tch?

Jane thought with a clenched fist. If looks could kill, her eyes which were emitting lasers would have cut Jasmine, Alfred and Elizabeth into tiny shreds.

"That is an awesome idea," Jeff said before Jasmine could decline.

"If you say so then Jasmine and I will find time to do that," Jackson agreed to the delight of the two married couple. Since Jackson had agreed Jasmine had nothing else to say.

They continued chatting for about twenty more minutes before they all went back to their respective rooms to prepare for the flight which was in two hours.

The guys got ready faster than the ladies. Knowing why their ladies were taking so long none of the guys hurried their women. They let them take their time while they do their stuff.

Just at a perfect time, the ladies came downstairs to join the guys who were already waiting for them with their luggage.

While the ladies descend the stairs one after the other, the men waiting for them stare at them with admiration filled eyes as if this was their first time seeing them.

Jackson did not pay much attention to the other ladies. The only lady he looked forward to seeing was none other than Jasmine, the love of his life.

"She looks as stunning as always," Jackson remarked as his eyes followed the lady wearing matching pink shorts and a jacket that looks like it was a set. Even from afar, her glittering long earrings caught his attention. The black sunglasses she was putting on added a different set of charms to her already amazing look.

"She is a reborn goddess," Steve said loud enough for all of them to hear.

"You are right about that, I would have severely scolded you if you had called me a queen or princess. Those kinds of titles are too small for more," Jasmine who just reached the foot of the stairs said while smiling bewitchingly at them.

"Jack, I am glad that you are the man who fell in love with her. I am saying this because not every man can handle her type of woman. Only a special man like you can do it," Evelyn now standing close to Jackson said as she tapped him by the shoulder.

"A special woman deserves nothing but a special man like me, are you not aware of this?" Jackson asked with pride as he approached her.

"You look as extraordinarily as always," Jackson complimented when he reached her.

"And you are not looking bad either," Jasmine replied while maintaining her charming smile.

Without wasting further time they all set out for their long journey.

The journey was indeed long but never boring since they were those to supply them with fun. Jane who didn't have a partner was the only one who felt bored.

On arriving at the airport, Jasmine was stunned when she and her partners got blocked by the press. Only she seems to be the only person there who was not aware of her relationship scandal with Jackson which was still the trending topic.

Jasmine was surprised at the questions the reporters threw at her but she did not let it show. With the help of the security guards who seems like was there in the airport because of them, they were all able to safely enter their car.

After they were far away from the airport Jasmine turned and face Catherine who hasn't uttered a word since they left the airport.
