Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

Jasmine exchanged puzzled glances with Jackson when she saw that it was an album. She collected the album from Evelyn and examine the cover. Everyone eagerly waited for her to open the album. The only person among them who seems to be as clueless as Jasmine and Jackson about what was happening was Jane.

After opening the first page Jasmine raised her gaze to stare at them. Her gaze showed that she wanted an explanation. And Catherine opted to satisfy her best friend's curiosity.

"Since we came on the trip you have always looked out for each one of us. Apart from overseeing that we had fun which was the main reason for us embarking on the trip, you try to fix our relationships. You took care of us even at the expense of yourself which is why we specifically want to reward you for your hard work...,"

"Actually, this was Evelyn's idea. We are awarding you both the best couple of this trip. You both seem to be the ones who enjoyed this trip most so you both deserve it," Catherine concluded as she stare at Jasmine eagerly waiting for what her response will be.

"The pictures are fabulous but you all are aware that Ice Prince and I are not a couple...,"

"And neither are you both friends," Steve completed the sentence for Jasmine.

"Although you both are not a couple now, I am sure you will become one in the future so there is no need to think too much about it. And you both look fantastic in all those pictures. I got very jealous of your relationship when I set eyes on those masterpieces," Evelyn said placing her hand on her chest.

"That is because our beauty is just so blinding. There is no need to feel jealous about it," Jasmine said smiling as she turned a page.

She could not help but chuckle when she saw that the scene was when she teased Jackson on the beach. She did not know what would have happened between them that day if Jane did not interrupt them. Seeing the charming smile on Jasmine's face each time she turns a page, everyone except the fuming Jane was glad to see that she liked their gifts.

Why is everyone trying to pair them together? It's so obvious that Jack doesn't like her so why are they trying to force her on him. Can't they all mind their goddamn business?

Jane thought as she dug her long nails into her delicate skin.

"Apart from that we all also have amazing gifts just for you both. You both won a lot of couples games and we all did not give you your rewards I hope you guys have not forgotten that...,"

"Jasmine can forget every other thing but not her prize for working so hard to earn it. If you dare forget or refused to give her, she will haunt you until you have no other choice but to give her prize," Elizabeth said playfully.

"You are damn right about that Big Sis. You know me too well," Jasmine beamed at them.

"So where are my gifts?" Jasmine asked with her hands extended towards Jeff's direction. Jeff handed her a white shopping bag. Seeing his anxious expression Jasmine opened the bag to see what he bought for them.

"Jasmine, let's open the gift while sitting down hmm," Jackson suggested. They instantly moved to the couch and took their position close to their partners and as usual Jackson did not leave Jasmine side. Jasmine could not help but beam when she saw what Jeff got for them. He bought them matching bracelets with their initials on them. The shopping bag also contained two pairs of matching blue and white sneakers.

Steve was the second person to present his gifts. He gave them a matching white t-shirt with the symbol J ❤ J boldly written on it. The t-shirts came with matching face caps. Jasmine wanted to avoid collecting Evelyn's gifts but Evelyn somehow managed to drop the gifts on her legs. Seeing how well packaged the gifts were, Jasmine concluded that Evelyn must have gotten them some decent gifts but she was damn wrong.

"Hey...," Jasmine shouted the moment she set eyes on the first gifts. Everyone burst out in a peal of deafening laughter when they saw Jasmine's expression. Jackson could not resist laughing too.

"What happened Jasmine, don't you like my gifts?" Evelyn asked acting and sounding very innocent.

"Don't worry if the lingerie wasn't up to your taste, I am sure you will love my second gift," Evelyn said as she tried her best to suppress her laughter. Jasmine refused to open the second gift so Jackson ended up opening it.

"Why babies shoes?" Jackson asked curiously as he stare at the red baby's shoes lying on his legs.

"Because it is my wish for Jasmine to give birth soon and it is a must that you be the father, " Evelyn said shamelessly.

"And who told you that I want to give birth to his child without getting officially married?" Jasmine asked proudly.

"Organising the best wedding of the century for you is just a piece of cake for Jack so don't worry, he will grant your wish soon. That soon might be tomorrow so prepare yourself for the shock of your life, Jasmine," Evelyn said grinning.

"You...," Jasmine was too speechless to scold Evelyn. All she could do was point her index finger at Evelyn. The next person to present her gift was Elizabeth. Her gift was a necklace. Jasmine could not understand what the symbols meant so she asked Elizabeth to explain.

"That big ice surrounding the fire at all angles stands for Jackson while the fire stands for Jasmine...,"

"That sounds interesting, " Jeff remarked smiling.

"There is no way that the ice will go close to the fire that it won't get melted and also there is no way the fire being surrounded by the ice will not get cooled. Either way, both the fire and ice will affect each other no matter how hard they try that is why I think that they are a perfect match...,"

"Just like Jasmine and Jackson. Jasmine is the fire while Jackson is the ice," Alfred said. Silly Jeff began clapping after Elizabeth has finished her illustration. Steve and Evelyn also joined him.

Hello lovely readers, I have been writing nonstop for the past year without a single rest. Apart from this book, I am sure that all of you know that I still have other books.

You might not know but it can be quite stressful to write for so long without taking a break which is why I want to tell you guys that the daily updates might drop to one chapter a day depending on how supportive you guys are.
