With the Perfect Harmony State, she will be able to learn Skills twice the normal speed. However, they were still long enough that Ban ultimately decided not to train her using such a method.

Ban was unhappy after reading just the first sentence of the sceen's content. However, his mood instantly went for the better after reading the whole change. 

For one thing, he knew that he could do nothing, and for another, he knew that it was better to accept it gladly, else the System might take it back.

Although these effects were already there from the start, he was still glad that the System chose to reveal the Beast Tattoo's description this time.
