Unpredictable Marriage.

Madam Liu threw a glance at him, and he immediately added, "But it's not more important than you."

Madam Liu shook his hand off her arm and said, "Better" as she smiled.

"The food must have turned cold now," Madam Liu said as she called a waiter to reheat the food.

A few minutes later, the people she had been worried about walked in.

The came in with each holding unto their partners, with smiles plastered on their faces.

It seemed like they had made up.

When they had all returned to their seats, Mr. Liu ordered two bottles of Champagne to celebrate.

After toasting, they happily continued with their dinner in a warm atmosphere.

During dinner, Chen Lihua's rice bowl kept piling up with meat and vegetables.

"K, you have to stop piling food up for her, or she would get indigestion," Lady Chen reminded her husband.

"I know it's been a long time since you picked food for your daughter, but you have to take it easy on my daughter-in-law," Mr. Liu said in a smile.

"I know... I know. I was just over-excited," Chen K said happily, as he put another piece of meat into Chen Lihua's rice bowl.

Chen Lihua didn't know whether to laugh it cry as she chewed on the food in her mouth. But she made sure to swallow the food in her mouth before speaking up.

"Dad am fine. I can't even finish this, but thank you."

"Alright, if you say so," Chen K replied in a smile, as he picked up some vegetables for himself.

"I guess now that you've heard from the horse's mouth, you are satisfied," Mr. Liu said to Chen K as he chuckled softly, but then he choked on the wine he just drank.

"Good for you," Chen K said in a smile, as he raised his wine glass towards Mr. Liu, while Madam Liu rubbed her husband's back to help him get comfortable.

Lady Chen gave her husband a glance, and he immediately ceased from laughing as he put his wine glass down after taking a dip from it.

"It seems like our fathers know each other as well," Chen Lihua whispered to Liu Longwei.

"Mmmm. They were business partners," Liu Longwei replied in a low voice, not surprised by the way their fathers interacted.

"Help me with the food," Chen Lihua requested as she pushed her plate of food towards him.

"You haven't eaten enough this night, are you sure?" Liu Longwei asked.

"I don't feel that hungry, and besides, this is not what I want to eat," Chen Lihua replied with creased brows.

"What do you want to eat?" Liu Longwei asked while accepting her food.

"Steak paired with red wine. And I want to enjoy it on the rooftop with the lights dimmed," Chen Lihua said while imagining everything she said in her head.

Liu Longwei stared at her for some seconds before saying.

"You want to have Steak and red wine in a romantic candlelight dinner? Well, since that's what you want, I will accompany you."

Liu Longwei seemed so happy. Who knows what was going on in his head?

Lady Chen and Madam Liu watched their children's interactions.

Then the two women glanced at each other and smiled. Who knew what was going on in their heads as well?

Liu Longwei and Chen Lihua were the first to leave after dinner.

Their parents just stood and watched them leave with smiles on their faces.

It was a good thing that their children were getting along with each other.

When Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei got home, they showered separately while the chefs prepared the dinner.

Now sitting in the rooftop and enjoying the food she craved for, Chen Lihua felt so happy and accomplished.

"Seeing that smile on your face makes me so happy as well, that I would do anything within and out of my hands to ensure that beautiful smile doesn't slip off your face," Liu Longwei replied after taking a sip of wine.

Chen Lihua smiled and replied with a 'thank you', and chugged the remaining content of her wine down, before pouring herself another glass.

"I think you should take it easy with the wine. Back at the restaurant, you drank and ate so little," Liu Longwei advised while staring at her.

"I know, but thanks for reminding me," Chen Lihua replied and continued with her dinner.

During their romantic candlelight dinner, Liu Longwei didn't eat much because he wasn't hungry but still had to eat little to keep his wife company.

After eating, both laid down on the beach lounge chairs beside the pool and continued drinking their wine while enjoying the night breeze.

"Do you have anything on your mind that you want to talk about?" Liu Longwei asked, breaking the silence.

"I have something in mind, but not about talking, rather, it's more on the action," Chen Lihua replied.

"And what could that be?" Liu Longwei asked with raised brows.

"Don't worry, you will find out in a moment," Chen Lihua said with a smile as she downed the remaining content of her wine glass, and stood up from her seat to walk towards Liu Longwei.

Liu Longwei's eyes never left her even as she approached him.

Chen Lihua took the wine glass in his hand away and dropped it on the table beside him.

Next, she lowered her face and stared right into his eyes before kissing him deeply.

And as she kissed him, she sat on his laps, as her hands caressed his face, neck, and chest.

"Sweetheart, are you drunk?" Liu Longwei managed to say when their lips parted.

Who wouldn't be surprised when their shy wife decides to take the initiative?

"Maybe," Chen Lihua replied softly as she parted his night robe to reveal his muscular and firm chest. She caressed his chest softly while leaving trails of kisses on his neck.

Liu Longwei began to breathe heavily on the sensation he felt, which was caused by his wife's touches.

Seeing that he was responding to her touches, Chen Lihua got more courage to continue.

So she went further to lose the ropes of his nightwear, to reveal his naked upper body, and the briefs that were covering the huge bulge in-between his legs.
