The Typhoon's Dangerous Wife

[The following two chapters will be explaining the relationship between the Tang family, the Xin family, the Long family, and the Song family three decades ago. Therefore, if you don't wish to know the core reason for animosity between these families, you can skip it. But do note that it will be from Xin Yichen and Tang Reine's  POV. ]

Xin Yichen narrated the story as to how Song Yunxi was related to him and how she had caused the rift between his and Tang Reine's relationship during the days when they were still in high school.

He saw his wife in high school for the first time.

  It was said that Tang Reine was a brat that no ordinary man could tackle and out of distress, the late King had sent her to the hostel, the only child of the Tang family was sent to the same school where the children of other aristocratic families were studying. It was the most the late King could do, given the type of person his daughter had become. 

The late King was of the view that once she would go to school, she would beg and plead him to take her back to her home tutors whom she had tortured beyond words with her antics, but it seemed that he underestimated his daughter. She was given the freedom to leave the palace she hated to the core for the first time in her life. 

Tang Reine was over the moon when her father admitted her to the school of brats as she had called that school filled with brats (kids of most pretending class) because she had her two best friends Ming Jia and Long Ah -Shaan, and other minions to bully. She was younger than many freshmen, but her antics were out of the world even for those slightly older students. The teachers were tired of her everyday drama and so they eventually stopped scolding her because she was incorrigible. 

Xin Yichen was the campus bad boy, his reputation was quite heightened when the kids of his nemesis joined the same school, resulting in frequent fights between the two camps. There were two camps in the school; one camp used to follow Long Ah-Shaan and another was the ardent follower of Xin Yichen.)

And then came Long Ah-Shaan's best friend who had never played according to the rules: Tang Reine, who was obviously in her best friend's camp until she had met her best friend's biggest enemy. 

  They said that when Tang Reine had seen Xin Yichen for the first time, beating the shit out of her best friend, she had given her heart to him. Though it was against the rules of friendship, but then again, when had she ever followed them? Later, she claimed him in front of the whole school. 

However, it was what Tang Reine had thought, she didn't know that the man she had just claimed had already given his heart to her the moment he saw her bullying the teachers. It was love at first sight for him. 

Such a cliche, love story was theirs. 

Even though Long Ah-Shaan hated Xin Yichen to the very fiber of his being, he never came between Xin Yichen and Tang Reine, because his best friend truly loved his enemy to the death. 

He had known that Tang Reine could kill anyone anytime but for the first time, he saw her willing to die for somebody. 

This was the reason why the Xin family never became the reason for her cutting ties with the Long family. 

Xin Yichen had never asked her to leave the Long family as he belonged to their rival family. 

And now one would ask how Song Lily and Song Yunxi came into the picture. 

Song Yunxi had always followed Xin Yichen as he was her first love even though the Song family was not friendly with the Xin family as they were the ally of Longs, but Song Yunxi never ended her friendship with Xin Yichen and neither did he. It was not his fault that the two families (Xin and Long) were always at war with each other. 

And when Song Lily came to the same high school, she was already betrothed to someone from the Long family and so how could she let her sister destroy her life over a man who would never be hers? 

Moreover, Tang Reine was a problem for both the sisters. Because she was related to both Xin Yichen and Long Ah-Shaan, gaining the hatred of both the sisters. 

When Tang Reine appeared in the picture, Song Yunxi lost her calm. How could she let a girl who just appeared snatch the love of her life? Song Yunxi did so many things against her morals just to create misunderstandings between Tang Reine and Xin Yichen and had almost succeeded, if not for Tang Reine's sudden pregnancy in the senior year of high school. 

It was sudden news for both the couple who were on the verge of separation. (Apparently, she loved angry sex ) 

That's how Ryuu came into this world and she loved her son to death who saved the perishing relationship of his parents. 

Due to her pregnancy, Tang Reine disappeared from high school and never appeared in the social circle of Beijing for many years and Song Yunxi was of the view that she still had a chance with Xin Yichen. It was one of the reasons the identity of Ryuu was kept hidden. But it was only a tiny reason, not the entire one. 

As to why Tang Reine disappeared, the late King was already old when Tang Reine was born to him and his wife and when the news that his daughter was pregnant with his grandson, he was unexpectedly overjoyed, but he hadn't chosen Xin Yichen for his daughter and neither did he ever wanted to, because his background was chaotic and not to add the constant war between Long and the Xin family.
