''Do you wish to meet my parents, babe?'' Landon asked. His parents are forcing him to marry a random woman of their choice. If he brings Kyle and introduces her to his parents, he can put a full stop to the marriage drama.

Landon's sudden question stupefied Kyle. Does he want to introduce me to his parents? This means he is serious about their relationship. She likes Landon...but love..Kyle is not sure. They have dated only for two weeks, and she doesn't know much about him. Perhaps meeting with their parents would be a good idea to know about him. ''I am okay to meet them.''

''My mom is in London for a fashion show, and dad is on a business trip. I will take you home when they are back.'' He said. His family was not filthy rich, but they were in a good position. His mother is a fashion designer, and his father owns a private business. Everything changed when he started working as an intern in Leius labs. His growth within five years was remarkable, and that's when he fell into the eyes of the Enger, founder of Leius Pharma labs. He knows the shady business inside the labs, but he didnot voice out his thoughts. Earning money and fame was his sole priority.

''Okay.'' Kyle nodded. ''Can I ask you a question?''

''Sure.''

''H_ow many girls you dated before?'' Kyle questioned skeptically.

The question was sudden, catching him off guard. He dated a couple of women and had flings to satisfy his sexual needs, but how can he tell that in front of his girlfriend. ''It's all in the past, Kyle. The day we started dating, I only have you. Aren't you happy about that?''

Kyle pursed her lips and nodded. What did she expect? Not all can be Devin, who is a one-woman man. Leena is lucky for that. Speaking of the date, a face loomed in her mind. Without her conscience, her face morphed into a smile.

''Why are you laughing?'' Landon asked, studying her face.

''Ah! I just remembered a random joke.'' Kyle lied. Not good to think about someone when she has a boyfriend. ''Time to go. I will call you tonight.''

''You are going on a date with me on Sunday. Don't forget.'' Landon indirectly reminded her to text Leena.

Kyle sighed and sent a message to Leena in front of him. ''Happy?''

''I am leaving.'' Not before Kyle left, Landon pulled her into a hug. ''Wear something sexy. We are going to do it.'' He whispered into her ears and left without turning back.

His behavior confounded kyle. ''Why does he take all the decisions by himself? He didnot even ask my permission if I am willing.'' With a frustrated cry, she made her way inside. She is starting to lose her freedom with Landon's tight control over her. ''I shouldn't have sent a message to Leena.'' She doesn't have the mood to go for rounds. Kyle dedicated the task to a junior doctor and lay down on the desk to let the time pass.

In a blink of an eye, the day has come. Leena's House warming party. It was still in the morning, and the first one to arrive was Jane, along with Cutie, when Leena opened the door. Donned in a floral jumpsuit, Savny was looking as bright as the day star.

''I have to dump these bags into a room,'' Jane said and looked at the trolleys that the attendant was holding.

''Why did you bring so many bags for one day?'' Exclaimed Leena. ''As if you are going to stay for months,'' Leena joked. Turning to the guard, Leena pointed her eyes to a room. The attendant nodded and carried the bags inside.

''Eena!'' Cutie jumped on her feet as happy as a flower. She got a summer break, and with no school, she is enjoying her life. Except for eating, sleeping, playing, and sometimes writing letters with the help of Elsie, she had nothing to do.

''Tootie!'' Leena kissed her on the cheek. ''How are you?''

''Whele is Vini?'' Cutie excitedly asked, looking for a trace of Devin, but didnot catch a wink of him.

Leena shot a glare at Cutie. This brat! Is she still looking for Devin after the big fight that happened on her birthday?

''Your rivalry still exists in the form of my daughter.'' Jane giggled.

''At this point, your daughter is put on the planet to test my anger management skills.''

''She is a kid, Leena.'' Jane patted Leena's shoulders and stepped inside.

''This house looks beautiful.'' Jane squealed, not able to take eyes off the beauty. Wilbur had given her a choice to chose a birthday gift by herself. She doesn't need to think anymore.

Just then, Aunt Jalapeno arrived from the kitchen, hearing the noises. Leena introduced Jane and Cutie to her.

''Hello, Glandma!'' Cutie bowed her head as a greeting that surprised Leena. My name is Tootie.''

''What a well-behaved kid you are.'' Aunt Jalapeno smiled and gently patted Cutie's head. ''God bless you, child.''

''Thank you, Glandma.'' She smiled cutely.

Leena: '' ''

Is it my neice Cutie or her doppelganger? She had never seen her acting polite. Something is fishy. With thoughts around, Leena brought Jane to her bedroom. ''What is there in those bags.''

''Cutie's stuff,'' Jane said. ''Wilbur and I are going on a trip. Cutie will be staying with you—probably two weeks until we return from the trip. I wanted to drop at my parent's place or in Heacis mansion, but Cutie wants to stay with you.''

''What?'' Leena calmly questioned. Will bratty Cutie stay with me for two weeks? ''Why are you going for a trip all of a sudden?''

Clearing her throat, Jane said. ''We are planning for a second child. So...''

''But why do you need two weeks?'' Leena probed. ''You got pregnant in the first attempt with Cutie.''

''Can't you look after your neice for two weeks? She is your brother's daughter, Leena.'' Jane screamed when the frustration washed over her. Since the summer break, she is having a headache dealing with her daughter. Every day she gets a complaint from the neighbors.

She has stopped going to the office and completely shifted to work from home. To add on, her husband is sexually frustrated with the quality time they are spending. 

Jane and Wilbur get the chance to enjoy their time when Leena or Reese come on weekends. Now that Leena has stopped visiting after getting married, they are having a hard time for themselves.. What more frustration can she get? So, she decided to drop her dear daughter with Leena.
