Stand User in Marvel Universe

Chapter 815

On a beautiful island, a pair of lovers enjoyed their peaceful life. The villa that was built in the middle of the island was reinforced for Wanda’s protection under Dio’s request. He also set invisible devices that would react as a safety net that was created by the Dark Elves around the villa.

If anyone accidentally came into the island, they wouldn’t be able to see the villa, and no one would be able to see into the island. Not even a military-grade radar and satellite would be able to penetrate the island’s stealth device.

At the same time, Dio also used the most basic protection around the villa. It was to protect Wanda from wild animals that may accidentally come towards the villa from somewhere on the island. 

“I am going to prepare lunch. You can watch Tv while waiting or call Pietro. Otherwise, he won’t stop harassing us today.” Dio said with a smile on his face. Wanda nodded and kissed Dio on the lips before Dio walked toward the kitchen. 

Wanda then called Pietro to calm him down and chatted a bit to catch up. Although the environment on the island was quite conducive for raising a child, it was a little bit too secluded! Wanda was five months pregnant now, and Dio had already banned her from doing unnecessary stuff, so there was only so much that she could do to pass the time.

It was strange, as neither of them hated this kind of life. Rather, they enjoyed this mundane life of theirs. When a person has experienced so much, they would be surprised that they could do something that they usually disliked! 

It took Tony Starks a lifetime to understand this truth, but thankfully for Dio and Wanda, they came to a realisation quite faster. 

Dio wore his apron and cheerfully hummed while starting to clean some ingredients. In the past eight months he lived with Wanda, Dio only used [The World] once! He never really used any other Stand except for [Pearl Jam]! 

It was only to treat his wife to a healthy meal and nothing else! The dishes made with [Pearl Jam] were the most nutritious food out there. Furthermore, they were delicious too! Compared to the time that Dio opened his restaurant, Dio had already grown a lot as a person and changed a lot! In terms of cooking, the chef’s mood was reflected in the taste! 

Now, Dio’s cooking tasted even more refined than before. Still, Dio only cooked for Wanda! While Dio smiled bitterly, reminiscing his past, Dio’s heart was full of pride in what he had become. Even if he had to rewind the time, there was nothing he would change! As every decision he made brought him here!

Dio continued to cook while humming slowly. No one would be able to understand his feeling right now.

After her call with Pietro, Wanda shook her head and turned on the Tv with a smile on her face. On her call with Pietro earlier, She couldn’t stop berating Pietro for pursuing his feelings toward Luci.

Although they were from different races, it wouldn’t matter as long as they loved each other enough to see past the difference. Still, because she knew how Pietro was, she wasn’t very optimistic that Pietro would be able to keep Luci around. 

Besides, Luci wasn’t that different physiologically from a Human! She was beautiful and also had a great personality on top of that. Wanda also heard that Luci was mad when Dio took all the Dark Elves away from her. 

Wanda knew that Luci was a great girl, and she shouldn’t be hurt by Pietro’s indecisiveness. Call it familial love, but Wanda really thought that Pietro was bad for Luci. 

That was also the reason why Wanda was quite reluctant to push Luci and Pietro together. 

Wanda leaned on the soft sofa and started humming. But suddenly, Dio started running from the kitchen to the living room like he was chased by some demons.

“What’s wrong? Are you feeling any discomfort somewhere? Do you need to go to the hospital right now? I can call for Galaxy to teleport us to the Hospital right away!” Dio hurriedly said as worry painted his face.

Wanda just looked at Dio like he was some weird alien as she didn’t know what to say about Dio’s over-the-top treatment. The only thing she could do was laugh hysterically at Dio’s goofiness. Wanda’s smile was like a blooming flower, and he eyes were so adorable that her beauty was like a sun to Dio’s dark world.

Dio couldn’t help but swallow his saliva as he stared at Wanda lustfully. He has been on abstinence for a while now, and it was really torturing him to see Wanda so sexy and alluring like this. 

When Wanda saw her effect on Dio, she felt delighted. This meant that she hadn’t lost her attractiveness, and their relationship wouldn’t be ruined by others. Well, there was no opportunity for others to do such a thing either! 

“What are you looking at?” Wanda said suddenly, snapping Dio back from his daydream. Dio was clearly having a lustful thoughts as it was clear on his face. So, Wanda just ought to tease him a bit.

“Why are you humming? I thought you weren’t feeling well!” Dio said worriedly,

Wanda just smiled, and without hesitation, she started talking about Pietro’s romantic life that he had told her earlier. Although Pietro told her confidently, Wanda wouldn’t hide anything from Dio. Furthermore, She really loved seeing Dio’s serious face when he listened to her. 

However, Dio said the same thing that she already knew. Dio also thought that Pietro would be bad for Luci, who was still oblivious to how brutal romance could be.
