On a tall building overlooking the city, three of the four people who were to invade the world looked on with exasperated expressions. That idiot was always doing things like this!
“That Gareth. Does he think he won’t destroy this entire city like this? Does he not know the meaning of restraint. I know he wants to lure the chosen out like this, but is he planning to just kill everyone!?”
Tia said this with an annoyed look on her face and Ervan sighed while shrugging. He didn’t care what the other people did as long as they didn’t fight amongst themselves. They were given the orders to draw the chosen out and bring him back to the temple. How they do it is nobody’s business. But this Gareth needs to learn restraint!
The sky looked like something straight out of a mad man’s sex dream. Gareth floated in the center of the storm with his hand crossed and a mad look in his eyes. All around him, storm clouds swirled in a cyclone and a great wind blew across the city.

The other three that were standing on top of the skyscraper and looking up suddenly blinked in surprise. Even Tia opened her eyes up to see if her eyes weren’t seeing properly. Didn’t Gareth just activate his skill? Then why was the sky clearing up? In fact, where was Gareth!? He was just flying up there a second ago, so where was he now!?
The sky was now completely clear and Gareth was nowhere to be found. Ervan moved forward and squinted while activating one of his skills.
[True View] has been activated.
This skill allowed Ervan to see exactly what happened in any spot for the last ten seconds. The higher version of it gave him the ability to also see five seconds into the future, but he hasn’t reached the level that would give him that skill yet. For now, he was just using it for investigation.
The picture of what happened suddenly passed through his mind’s eyes and he had to go back and replay it again when it happened way too fast! There was Gareth, just flying in the sky and about to release his skill, but then a black blur shot towards Gareth, and then they disappeared like that! There wasn’t even a face or a second of pausing! The blur just came and went like a bullet!
Ervan had to shut off the skill and took a deep breath to calm himself. He couldn’t become unnerved now. He still had a lot to do on this planet! For now, they had to finish their mission. Gareth knew the risks of coming here and he was more than capable of taking care of himself. There was no need to worry about him.

Gareth had the most traumatized expression on his face as he felt Han’s boot press deeper into his chest. He grunted in pain and grabbed the leg to try and move it, but it wouldn’t even budge an inch! It was like a tree grew on top of him.
Han looked down at the man that was about to release the skill upon the city and he hummed. This man looked human, he also felt human, but Han could easily tell that he was not a human. He had these weird eyes that reminded Han too much of a lizard. Han shivered as they closed from left to right instead of the normal up to down! That was going to give him the hibbie-jibbies for a while.
“W-Who are you!? Let go of me!!”
Han blinked down at Gareth and then he asked him his own question.
“Why are you here?”
“Let go of me first!”
“Uh… Answer me and I’ll let you go”
Gareth calmed down a little as Han said this with a smile and he decided that he really didn’t have any other choice than to obey. He wasn’t getting out of here without some help and so he needed this man to let go of him first.
“My name is Gareth and I’m from the Temple of Celestials. I was sent here to get the chosen from this world to come to the Temple.”
Han hummed and then nodded while holding his chin with his finger. Umu, Umu… Interesting. So this was the so-called, invader?
“So you guys are the ones that were supposed to take me in?”
It took a second for Gareth’s mind to come to terms with what he just heard, but once it did. He immediately felt his blood run cold! This was the chosen!? This man was the one they were supposed to bring into the Temple!? What kind of trick was this!? There was no way this man was the new chosen! Is he not supposed to be weak!?
Han saw the disbelief in Gareth’s eyes and he waved his hand in front of him.
“Don’t ask me any of those stupid questions like, how are you so strong!? Or maybe, are you not meant to be weak!? I really don’t have time to entertain them. I’m going to be killing you now, so just lay down there and take it like a man”
“W-Wait! You promised – Grk!!”

Gareth choked as he felt Han’s bloodlust overwhelm him and threaten to drive him mad! What kind of person has this much hatred inside of him!?
Han was looking down at Gareth with a completely impassive stare. It was like he was staring at a bug under his feet. So you intruded upon my city, and then tried to cause a cataclysm above the heads of millions, and you expect me to spare you?
“Do I look like a fool to you? You better be grateful that I’m killing you quickly. It won’t be so easy if you ever meet me in the next life”
Han brought his palm forward and squeezed and Gareth screamed as he felt a great pressure wrap around his head.
