Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

Before she left, she informed her Secretary and asked to be informed of any emergency that occurred while she was away.

When she reached the cafe, she did not need to look for too long to see where Elizabeth sat down.

The lady wearing a white shirt and a black skirt waved at Jasmine when she saw her coming from afar. Jasmine finally sat opposite the side of where Elizabeth sat.

"Seeing how you are smiling uncontrollably I guess I don't need to ask how your relationship with my brother-in-law is sailing," Jasmine said with smiles on her face.

"Should I be expecting the news of a little niece or nephew soon?" Jasmine asked playfully.

"Jasmine stop teasing me ok or I will scold you," The blushing Elizabeth said. She could not stop smiling.

"I am not afraid of being scolded by you, are you not aware of that?" Jasmine said as she laughed at the end of her sentence.

After the laughter died off they both placed their orders. Elizabeth raised her gaze to stare at Jasmine.

"You are also glowing, I guess Jackson is taking good care of you. Should we be expecting wedding bells?" Elizabeth asked as she winked naughtily at Jasmine.

"And didn't you guys promise to visit us at home so why have you guys not kept your words?" Elizabeth asked sounding slightly upset.

"Wedding bells? Shouldn't you say death bell because that is what it will turn to if father finds out about it," Jasmine said her smile gradually fading.

"Do you think dad is not aware of your relationship with Jackson?" Elizabeth asked rhetorically.

"If that is what you think then you are underestimating dad? Also, our father is not as bad as you think," Elizabeth said seriously.

"Maybe to you he is the best father in the world but not to me. He has never for once treated me like a human...,"

"Jasmine, don't say that. We both know that dad is strict but the fact that he loves us and wants the absolute best for us is undeniable," Elizabeth said in a calm tone.

"Lizzy, let's eat or else I might say what you won't like if we continue talking about father," Jasmine said after the waiter approached their table with their orders.

They were both quietly eating when a guy in black and white pattern suits approached their table.

"Hi, Elizabeth. It's so nice to finally see you after a long time and I can see that you and Mine have reconciled," Nicholas spoke as though they were friends. Elizabeth was stunned when she got a glimpse of his face. She even stole a secret glance at Jasmine to see what her reaction will be and true to her guess Jasmine's mood turn sour on setting eyes on the smiling guy.

"I wish I could say the same about you," Elizabeth said. Her dislike for the guy was obvious in her tone and expression.

Seeing that Elizabeth did not sound welcoming he turned to face Jasmine who was still eating pretending as though he doesn't exist.

"Hi, Mine I can see red is still your favourite clothes. You look stunning just like in the past...,"

"Yes I still look very extraordinarily beautiful but unfortunately I am not wearing it for you this time around," Jasmine said harshly to shut the annoying guy up.

"I can see you are still angry with me about the incident in the parking lounge. Let's talk later ok. I am sure you will be in a better mood to talk then," Nicholas said before he quickly walked away. He chooses to sit at a table not far from theirs.

"When did he come back? And it seems like you guys have already met. The way he talked look like you guys have settled, what is going on here?" Elizabeth asked curiously, temporarily abandoning her food.

"I don't know the exact day the jerk came back but he has been trying to make life difficult for me ever since he returned and did you ask whether we have settled?" Jasmine asked as she turned and glared at the guy sitting some distance away.

"We don't have anything worth settling so what do you mean by whether we settled...,"

"I know you hate him but the way he is acting seems as if he wants you back so what do you plan on doing?" Elizabeth asked in a serious tone.

"The jerk seems to be entertaining useless thought about having me back in his life and ruining my relationship with Ice Prince but I will definitely not let him succeed. He can stalk me for as long as he wants but my mind will never change," Jasmine said fiercely as her grip around the spoon tightened.

"He is stalking you?" Elizabeth asked in surprise.

"The jerk has no better thing to do other than to follow me about so pay less attention to him. He will accept reality when he sees me hang out with Ice Prince often," Jasmine said sternly before she went back to eating her food.

"I am happy to see that you are alright," Elizabeth said before she continued eating her food.

About ten minutes later the two sisters turned to leave after paying for their meal. When they reached their car Jasmine suddenly felt a grip around her right hand. She quickly turned to see who it was.

"Let go right now," Jasmine ordered fiercely when she saw the one who held her hand.

Nicholas followed his instinct and released her hand when Elizabeth threw a murderous glance at him.

"Mine, I have something important to tell you so please let's talk," Nicholas asked in a polite tone.

"Sorry Mr Nicholas Donald, I have no time to waste on unimportant people and I am not in the mood to listen to whatever you have to say," Jasmine said rudely before she pushed open her door, enter it and instantly shut the door before Nicholas could hold it.
