Mission XX: Seducing The Great Seducer

"Seeing how scared you are to stare at me, does that mean you find me attractive?" Jeff said as he approached her.

"Which lady in her right mind would not find a guy who works out a lot attractive? It doesn't matter whether his face has problems...,"

"Are you trying to say that my face has problems?" Jeff said as he sat beside her.

"I never said so but you did," Catherine who just opened her eyes said. She smiled when she saw that he was wearing his shirt. Before Jeff could ask her for a reply, she dashed towards the bathroom. It was after she had taken her clothes off that she realized that she did not take her towel with her.

"Hey," Catherine shouted and afterwards waited for a reply from the other end.

"Why aren't you responding or don't tell me you aren't hearing me?" Catherine asked loudly when Jeff's response never came.

"My name isn't Hey but Jeff, so how would I know you were talking to me?" Jeff said as he walked closer to the bathroom door which was located at the right-hand side of the room.

"What do you need?" Jeff asked when he was in front of the door.

"I forgot to bring a towel along with me so can you check the white wardrobe. You will see towels in there. Only open the right-hand side ok?" Catherine warned sternly. She wanted Jeff's reply but he did not respond.

"Did you hear me? Why aren't you responding?" Catherine asked impatiently.

"I am already at it," Jeff replied as he opened the white wardrobe which was in the middle.

"He was tempted to open the left-hand side of the wardrobe but he quickly retracts his hand before he could pull the handle.

"I am sure she had her reason for sternly warning me not to open that particular side," Jeff said as he picked a white towel. He closed the door and went back to the bathroom door.

"Jeff, what is taking you so long?" Catherine asked sounding even more impatient.

"Stretch forth your hand," Jeff said when he reached the door. Catherine who was waiting for him to say these words instantly opened the door slightly and stretched forth her hand.

"Catherine, don't forget when you come out you will tell me what you meant by your earlier words. I can't believe you indirectly call me ugly," Jeff said before he handed the towel to her. Catherine immediately locked the door from within afterwards.

"Is he stupid, how could he think that I find him ugly. I was just making a reference and he stupidly thought I was referring to him. I would not be different from a blind person if I thought a handsome man like him was ugly," Catherine mumbled as she smiled to herself.

While she was showering Jeff took a proper look at her bedroom.

After walking around the room for a while, he stopped in front of a large picture frame.

"So Catherine isn't the only one close to Catherine but also her father. From the expression on her face, I can tell that she is close to them more than her family. Just look at that broad smile on her face," Jeff said as he stares at the picture frame which had Jasmine, Catherine and Mr Qin in it.

"Judging from all the pictures frames hanging on the wall, I can see that Jasmine and Catherine have known each other for a long time. She doesn't seem to take her as her friend but her family. I guess getting on Catherine's good books is the same as getting on Jasmine's good books," Jeff thought as he turned to leave the room. The moment he turned to walk out of the room, the pink diary on the white side table caught his attention. He walked over to the side table, picked up the diary and opened it.

"What? Her birthday is in a week? Why didn't she or Jasmine mentioned it?" Jeff said he made to open to the next page but he paused when he realised what he had done.

"Oh gosh, what have I done? It is wrong to read someone's diary without permission. Catherine will murder me if she learns about this," Jeff thought as he dropped the diary back on the table. He walked out of the bedroom afterwards.

About fifteen minutes later Catherine came out of the bedroom wearing only a big short sleeve shirt which stops at her thigh. Jeff quickly avoids staring in her direction the moment he saw her.

"Cat... Catherine, what do you think you are doing?" Jeff asked, stuttering as he points his finger at the shirt she was wearing.

"I should be the one asking you what you are doing? Do you perhaps think I have the intention to seduce you?" Catherine asked frowning as she approaches where he was sitting.

"Jeff, I advise that you keep your eyes, thoughts and desires in check because I will not hesitate to gouge out your eyes if you dare have dirty thoughts about me," Catherine threatened as she used her right hand and turn his face around so that she was facing him. She stares into his eyes.

"I have the freedom to think whatever I want so why will you gouge out my eyes because of that?" Jeff asked as he stares back at her.

"I am just telling you that for your safety so take my suggestion into consideration if you want to leave here alive," Catherine said before she lets go of him.

"Why are you so fierce?" Jeff asked as he stood up and follow her. Catherine turned and stare at him when she heard his question.

"I am not gentle and never in my life have I been gentle, so if you were expecting me to be that gentle girl who knows nothing else but to act cute then I am sorry to tell you that you've got the wrong person. Although I disappointed you, I am sure with your wealth and influence you will find many of those gentle ladies you are searching for," Catherine said rolling her eyes before she heads towards a room located at the left-hand side of the room. Jeff followed her too.
