Legacy of the Betelgeuse

We are all standing staring at the notification and we all have 6 chances since the Sandstorm phase only gives 1 extra life for clearing each stage. I think I should tell Ivonna and her friends where to look for the documents are since it will be impossible for them to look at all the houses with the time we are given in the fourth stage. I call them and make sure Kingstar and the other Ophiuchus won't hear our conversation, Ivonna and her friends are looking at me with confusion then Francesca crosses her arms while tilting her head.

"What's wrong, Trev?"

I look at them and rest my hands on my waist.

"I will tell you the location of the documents since it will be impossible for all of you to find them without knowing where to look. I will share my screen and will draw the map of the fourth stage, I want you all to take a screenshot of it."

They all nod and then I start drawing the map, I draw the map simply and only draw noticeable buildings on the fourth stage. I draw from the middle since they will know where the middle of the map is and then I draw a straight line and write the distance of the line is from the middle. I draw a circle around one of the buildings I drew, they all look at it and then Ivonna looks at me while raising her eyebrows.

"Is this where the documents are at?"

Everyone is looking at me and I nod in agreement.

"Yeah, this building is where the rest of the documents are, so I want you all to try to go there but not immediately. The reason why I'm telling you this is because some of us might not be able to go to that area, and whoever got the documents I want you to hide as far as possible from Atraxthes. I will try my best to lure him away from that area but I don't want Kingstar and the others to be suspicious of us about why we are all going in the same direction. I want you to pretend to go the other way and when you think you can go to this building, then you should go and don't hesitate."

All of them are nodding with understanding and then they all take a screenshot of the drawing. After they are all done taking screenshots of the drawing, we are regrouping with Kingstar and the others to make a plan. I tell them that I will try to lure Atraxthes while they're all going to search the houses, everyone agrees to it and so we are all teleported to the fourth stage. I look at all of them and nod, they all nod with understanding and start walking their separate ways. I look at the black mist figure floating in the sky, I guess I have to do this again and even though I hate it, I can't let him find anyone. 

I'm luring Atraxthes from the middle and I can't keep going on like this because his speed is three times faster than the last time. I throw my scythe as far as I can to the other side where I'm going and as soon as Atraxthes is about to catch up on me, I teleport to my scythe and try to grab his attention again. I don't know if one of them is already in the building but I hope they did since nobody has the time to write a message because everyone is too busy doing their own task.

I already use everything I have and this is the last one I will be able to outrun Atraxthes after using [Reawakening], not to mention that we still have to hide for another 20 minutes. I hope right now that one of them already possessed the documents while I'm trying to hide for a bit. A message pops up on my screen and the message is short and simple, it's from Chelsea, she says that she got the documents. I immediately message her that everyone should be hiding as far as from where I am right now because I will try to lure him until I get caught.

5 minutes left and I'm out of skills, it's now is just based on luck whether I will be able to hide or get caught by Atraxthes. I told them about it earlier that I can't keep on doing this since I was a bit unlucky that I had to use everything at once. Ken messages me and he says that the backups are coming, I'm not sure what's he saying but then I hear loud noises coming from my left. It seems Ken and his friends are going to lure Atraxthes now, and thankfully Atraxthes is attracted to them and immediately leaves me alone.

I immediately leave the building and go as far as possible to regroup with the others, I look back and Atraxthes is chasing someone but he keeps changing direction because there are too many players around him that he's confused about which player he wants to chase. I see Kingstar and the others from afar and run toward them, I slide on the ground and manage to regroup with the others. Chelsea is waving at us with the documents in her hands, we all run toward her and she immediately spread opens the documents so Ivonna can get the answer that everyone has been looking for.

"A son that born from the flame, molded with iron, feed on embers, that lives for thousands of years. Nothing he can't bend, nothing he can't destroy, nothing he can't dissolve, nothing he can't melt. A being that's gifted with the ability to extract and insert godly and ungodly powers, his existence is forever, and will bow down to anyone who possessed those godly and ungodly powers."

Ivonna takes a screenshot of the documents just in case she might need it again later. Everyone is listening to her words and Leo looks at the others while raising his eyebrows.

"Born from flame, molded with iron, feed on embers? Are you sure that the thing this document is mentioned is an NPC? Are you sure this thing isn't a monster?"

Ivonna is shaking her head.

"No, I believe this is the NPC that I'm looking for, not all the NPCs are in a form of a human, In fact, all the gods and goddesses are not even human."

Everyone is looking at Ivonna with confusion and curiosity, Ivonna stands up and puts her hand under her nose while thinking and ignoring the gazes that are pointing at her. She mumbles and repeats the information that he got, then she looks at me while raising her eyebrows.

"He only lives in a place where flames and fires are there so he can feed on them, the only place that matches that information is a volcano, but I'm not sure which volcanos that this document mentioned."

Michael is shrugging his mouth while staring at Ivonna.

"Zerkhil's Valley? I remember there's a volcano over there,"

Everyone who doesn't know about Zerkhil's Valley is staring at Michael with curiosity, Kingstar raises his eyebrow.

"Zerkhil's Valley? What's that? I never heard of that place before."

Hans looks at them and raises his eyebrows.

"Right, you guys haven't gone there before, huh? Maybe we can guide you there, the place is terrifying and you will see the amazing village not far from there. We can go there after this so you all can see it for yourself."

Kingstar and the others are nodding in agreement, Ivonna is shaking her head while staring at the documents on the ground.

"No, I don't think he's in there because there's an existence that already occupied that volcano. With all the information that I received, I don't think he will be there since he's older than that existence because he created or forged those godly items long before that exitance even exist. Isn't that right, Trev?"

I look at her and just smile and nod in agreement while Kingstar and the others are getting more confused with what she's talking about. They will know later when they see the Zerkhil's Valley and about the World Boss that lives inside the volcano. Suddenly a notification appears and it seems that Ken and his friends managed to outrun Atraxthes and we all are cleared the fourth stage. We are all then teleported to the next stage, everyone is thanking Ken and his friends for giving us time, I also thank them for helping me out back there.

Kingstar looks at the huge door behind us.

"We manage to reach the boss stage, huh? Should we try this one out?"

Ivonna shakes her head.

"I can't, I can't waste more time in this dungeon because I need to find this NPC as soon as possible."

Queenstar is nodding in agreement while she's looking at Kingstar.

"We can't win against Atraxthes with only this many players with us. Remember we only have 6 chances to attack him, and we can't even do a third of his max health. We all will be dead and failed the run, we should do this later once we are done dealing with Alucard. We now know and can run the Sandstorm phase smoothly thanks to Emma and Trevor that showed us the way of clearing the third stage, so let's be patient and let's attempt this dungeon later."

Everyone is nodding in agreement, Kingstar sighs and nods with understanding.

"Fine, let's leave..."

We all teleport back to the Oasis, Ivonna looks at everyone and nods.

"Alright, thanks for the help and we should go back to the castle and decipher the information that we just received."

Everyone nods and we all go back to the Ophiuchus Empire.
