Hikari: Rise Of The Weapons Master

A huge rock staff suddenly appeared in Hark’s hands as it expanded and rushed towards Golden Dragon.

The beast tried to control it but it didn’t even move by an inch and hit him directly in the face. Golden’s face was smashed inside as he fell down to the ground and crashed on it.

Azure dragon looked at the newcomer duke with an alerted expression while Eva looked as though she had just seen a god.

“Are you the…” She had just began asking but Hark shook his head.

“No, I am not him. Though he should be here shortly. Till then, make sure that you and him don’t die.” Hark replied while pointing as Gajeel as he launched in the air and traveled towards the Azure dragon.

Eva felt the chains around her loosening as she was able to control them and get herself free. She then moved towards Gajeel and helped him get  free as well.

The dragon’s condition was not very good to say the least as Eva gently cared to his wounds. Due to being a king of steel dragons, Gajeel could heal himself using certain metals.

Eva knew this because she herself could do the same things and had a supply of the metal in cases of emergency. Once she had tend to his wounds and freed him, the two of them decided to fight the army together.

The wings on Eva’s back reappeared as she launched forward with the various metals rotating around her. The army also noticed the current change as they lined up and started their attacks.

The archers shot their arrows in Eva’s direction as the red-head noticed that all of them were made from bones. She released a sigh and used her metals to form similar arrows and threw them towards the army.

Though her attacks were able to destroy the arrows, they were stopped by the three dukes of the Julius empire.

The three dukes glared at her as Eva glared back and summoned a metal spear and a sword in her hand. The spear was completely silver in color while the sword was made from a blue metal.

[ So you can use vibranium too huh. ] Gajeel muttered as he was able to sense that the  sword in Eva’s hand was made from vibranium, one of the strongest metals in the game.

‘Yes and the spear is made from vibranium too. It just looks different in this form.’ Eva replied as she remembered that Zack’s spear Chastiefol was also made from the same metal.

The only difference was that it had the world tree’s energy and blessings inside it which made it one of the strongest spears of all time.

Furthermore, Chastiefol’s new features also unlocked depending on the emotional state of the user and a lot of other things. Eva’s spear wasn’t even ten percent as powerful as Zack’s was.

Eva stopped rthinking asbout such things and threw the spear at one of the dukes. She then observed how the duke took out a spear too, one made from a black vibranium and used it to hit her spear.

The one he had used was of course a different and much stronger kind of spear as it managed to split Eva’s spear in half.

The red-head woman wasn’t effected by that as she used her powers to recall the spear and rejoined it. She then saw the same duke with the spear advancing forward and trying to pierce her stomach.

Eva dodged the attack by controlling the duke’s spear and throwing the attack in another direction. She then used her powers to jumped in the air and attack the same duke from the sky.

‘If only I was fighting one of them.’ Eva thought while gritting her teeth as she heard the howl of wolves echoing throughout the battlefield.

The next moment, a group of gray wolves jumped right at Eva as she used her metals to make a pointed shield while attacks them using her sword.

Gajeel was also doing his part by controlling some metals himself and attacking the third duke. But while they were fighting the three dukes, more and more undead started attacking them.

Eva knew that she didn’t have enough mana to fight all of them. She then turned her gaze above to see Hark fighting Azure and Golden dragon with the staff called Ruyi Jingu Bang.

She had heard the name many times in her past life and knew who the actual owner of the staff was. If he appeared in the battlefield, the other side was dead.

Hark also knew this as he and his other self were controlling 50% of the body together to fight the two dragons.

[ Do you think we are doing the right thing? ] The black-haired side of Hark asked as the other smiled.

‘We already lost many things and Jonathan still gave us space in his kingdom and made us a duke, didn’t he? This is the least we can do to repay him.’

[ You and your repayments. ] His other half sighed as they hit the Golden dragon again.

This time, he had his guard up and was able to survive the hit. The first smash from 56yhu7uy744the staff still hurt the Golden dragon greatly even though the staff contained only half the power of the original.

‘Any idea when he is going to come here?’ The white-haired half of Hark asked as the other mentally shook his head.

[ He said a few a minutes so it should be happening anytime soon. Till then, we will have to hold on and try to defeat at least one of these dragons. ]

Together, the two of them launched towards the Azure dragon while summoning a small cloud under them. The cloud expanded to a greater extent and thunder rumbled inside it.

The Azure dragon was a dragon associated with storms and winds and it could tell that the white cloud packed the same kind of power a major storm would have.

He relied this information on to his partner dragon as the both of them decided to use a combined  attack.

The Azure dragon suddenly started rotating around the Golden dragon which led to a tornado being created around Golden.

He curled up inside the tornado and Azure stopped spinning. He then made the tornado he had created circle the Golden Dragon and thus created a massive rolling storm ball.

The golden dragon further enhanced the effects of the tornado by making his scales pop out in pointed manner and and it dashed towards Hark and his cloud. The duke saw this with a grim expression before he released his attack as well.

The cloud rumbled loudly as it shot out a black bolt of lightning which Hark soon embedded in his staff and made it lightning charged.

[0)ᴠᴇʟ He then threw the staff forward and saw it crash with the legendary dragon’s body. It was pretty clear from the outcome that both were under a draw or that’s what Hark thought.

[ Idiot, its a trap! ] The other Hark shouted as they turned back to see the Azure dragon  throwing gale storms at them with a grin.

The tornadoes directly hit Hark in the chest and twisted his entire body. His gaze then fell down to see that Eva wasn’t fairing any better than him and was also battling hard.

He was sure that if they didn’t work hard enough, the entire kingdom was going to crash down.

“Well, looks like you copied my style of entrance.” As if scripted, another voice appeared  behind Hark as a figure  dashed through the air and caught the duke.

Eva and Hark both recognized the figure immediately since they had both seen him in the past.

“The sage of heavens and the king of monkeys, Sun Wukong.” Eva muttered as she saw a man with knee length golden hair land in front of her.

He hadn’t changed much from his past self except for the fact that he was wearing trousers and a loose shirt instead of robes.

His handsomeness was still top class and so was the aura of arrogance and carelessness. Sun Wukong’s eyes then fell on Eva as he suddenly paused.

His face went through a flurry of expressions before stopping at disbelief.

“I will talk to you later. Let me take care of these overgrown lizards and this stupid army first.” Sun Wukong muttered in a dazed tone as he dropped Hark on the ground and jumped straight in the air.

He reached the level of the two dragons as he whistled loudly and a white cloud the size of the entire capital of the kingdom flew in his direction.

The Golden dragon suddenly stopped moving as he and Azure felt chills run against their scales. They had heard the name Sun Wukong as well but to the them, the king of monkeys had vanished centuries ago.

“How are you alive?” Azure managed to ask as Sun Wukong picked his nose.

“Because I am too awesome to die. Anything else?” He asked while yawning before he too summoned a staff similar to the one Hark had except Sun Wukong’s staff had an otherworldly power inside it.

The sage of heaven swung his staff in a wide arc as it expanded ten times its size and cut through the dragons as well as the undead army.

The cloud under Sun Wukong’s feet also rumbled loudly before multiple bolts of lightning traveled down and hit the three dukes as well as the other members of the army.

To finish the dragon of, Sun Wukong used the same move as Hark and covered his staff with black lightning. With an single hit of his staff, he then managed to cut the bodies of the dragon in half as they vanished on the spot.

He then jumped down and landed on the ground before looking at Eva.

“Let’s talk now.”
