Hidden Wife : Best Husband

Soo Yin sat down with her legs folded to use as a chin support. Her body was already starting to shiver from standing outside for too long.

 Jo Yeon Ho had been asleep since earlier. Even though Soo Yin had tried to make her eyes close, she couldn't.

 "Honey, where are you now?" Soo Yin said with eyes already hot because tears were about to fall from her eyes.

 Soo Yin immediately stood up when she heard the sound of a car horn from outside the gate. Her gaze immediately turned to the gate to make sure who had come to the villa.

 "Dae Hyun," muttered the long-haired girl with a more cracked face. She immediately stepped inside after seeing the silver Maybach car which was believed to belong to her husband.

Soo Yin descended the stairs with such hasty steps that she would almost fall if she didn't hold on to both sides.

 Soo Yin was frozen in place when Dae Hyun opened the door. A feeling of fear immediately slowly entered her soul. She really wanted to greet her husband with a warm hug but Soo Yin was worried that Dae Hyun would reject her.

 Dae Hyun stepped in with a frown on his forehead to see Soo Yin under the dim light because the lights were not turned on.

 Soo Yin couldn't take it anymore so she then walked quickly and scattered in her husband's arms. It didn't matter if after this maybe Dae Hyun will push her body.

 Dae Hyun was quite surprised that Soo Yin suddenly greeted him at this time—almost dawn.

"Dae Hyun, I'm sorry. That's not true. I have never betrayed our love. Please don't believe what they say," Soo Yin said as she sobbed with tears streaming down her cheeks.

 Soo Yin then kneeled at her husband's feet because Dae Hyun was silent and did not respond to her apology.

 "What are you doing?" Dae Hyun then crouched down to help Soo Hyun up by holding her cold shoulders.

 "I won't stand until you promise to believe in me." Soo Yin's sobs sounded quite loud and continued to sob.

 "Calm down, I promise to believe. Calm yourself and explain everything of what really happened." Dae Hyun took off his coat and put it on his wife's body which felt very cold. Then led Soo Yin to sit on the sofa not far away.

 "Where are you going?" Soo Yin held her husband's wrist as he was about to leave.

 "I'll turn on the light first," said Dae Hyun then groped the wall for the switch.

 The situation was now clear, Dae Hyun can see his wife who was pale with messy hair and puffy eyes.

"Dae Hyun, I… I really don't have any relationship with that guy. He just made it up by saying that I was his girlfriend." Soo Yin tightly gripped Dae Hyun's fingers while looking at him with a sad look with tears still welling in her eyes.

 "What do you mean?" Dae Hyun said while furrowing his brows. He was confused because Soo Yin suddenly said that.

 "Honey, what was photographed was not true," said Soo Yin.

 "What photos?" Dae Hyun said back.

 "My photo with Mr. Gong Yoo. Wait, haven't you seen it yet?" Soo Yin said as she wiped her tears with the back of her hand.

"Actually what photo are you referring to?" Dae Hyun asked.

 "Didn't Aeri send a photo when Gong Yoo hugged me?"

 "I've been busy running the restaurant all day so I haven't checked my phone yet." Dae Hyun immediately reached for his cell phone from his pants pocket. He was surprised because so many messages and missed calls came in. He forgot that he was still on silent mode so he didn't hear if anyone contacted him.

 Dae Hyun started to open the message Aeri sent him out of curiosity about what Soo Yin said.

 Soo Yin peeked out to take a look. It turned out that her guess was right if Aeri had sent a photo of herself with Gong Yoo when the man hugged her tightly.

"Tell me what really happened? Looks like this man's face is familiar," said Dae Hyun while looking at Soo Yin.

 "So that's why you're crying like this?" Dae Hyun said while rubbing Soo Yin's cheek with his thumb.

 Soo Yin nodded her head slowly.

Dae Hyun embraced Soo Yin's body in his arms then repeatedly kissed the top of her head. Soo Yin's body felt so cold when their skin touched each other.

 "Honey, I wouldn't be that easy to believe what they say." Dae Hyun just remembered that it was the person who brought Soo Yin home from the bar.

 "I was really worried that you would believe their words than your own wife," said Soo Yin sadly, unable to hide her worries.

 "Are you torturing yourself by not wearing a jacket although you're freezing?" Dae Hyun accused, who had already guessed that Soo Yin must have acted recklessly.

 "I've been on the balcony since the afternoon waiting for you. But you just came home late at night," said Soo Yin, hiding her head even more. It was only now that she felt that her body really felt like shivering.

 "Now we better get some sleep. We'll talk about this again tomorrow. Don't let yourself get sick just thinking about things we don't know the truth about."

 Dae Hyun immediately carried Soo Yin's body to their new room because their usual room was occupied by Yeon Ho.
