Hidden Wife : Best Husband

Chapter 397 - 397 - Not Confident

After finishing the meal which was filled with romance, eating a plate of two, Dae Hyun decided to take Soo Yin back to the Pyeongchang-dong villa instead. So that Soo Yin can rest comfortably because she will definitely be disturbed by employees who come to his room.

Dae Hyun's work had also been completed because today he didn't want to bring his work home. Later, Dae Hyun will use it to accompany Soo Yin to rest without being overshadowed by the work that was following him.

"Honey, let me carry you," said Dae Hyun.

"Do not!" said Soo Yin as she stretched her hand forward. Refused what her husband would do.

"Why though?" Dae Hyun knitted his brows together.

"Do you want this hotel's employees to talk about us? I don't want to get into trouble," said Soo Yin.

"No one will know. We take the elevator that goes straight to the basement. Besides, you also don't have to worry about them. No one will dare to talk about us. If someone does it, then be prepared to be fired," said Dae Hyun to convince his wife so that there was nothing to worry about.

"I can still walk alone. I'm not as weak as you think," said Soo Yin as she bent down to reach for her shoes that were under the bed.

Before Soo Yin reached for it, Dae Hyun was already squatting in front of her.

Dae Hyun helped to put the shoes on his little wife's feet.

Soo Yin's heart was really touched by what Dae Hyun did. Even if it was just a small act.

"Thank you," Soo Yin said with a happy face.

Dae Hyun looked up and nodded his head before finally stood back up. It was just a small act that Dae Hyun did for his little wife.

Dae Hyun reflexively stretched out his hand to support Soo Yin's body. He quickly wrapped his arms around Soo Yin's shoulders when he saw her about to stand up.

"Honey, I'm cured," Soo Yin grumbled with pouting lips.

"Sorry, I'm just worried that you're still dizzy," said Dae Hyun. Worries shone in his eyes.

"I'm fine," Soo Yin said while clinging to her husband's arms.

Before leaving the room, they can do it.

Dae Hyun continued to lead Soo Yin until they were at the door. He invited Soo Yin to take the elevator which took them directly to the basement. So there was no need to meet with other employees.

 ================================

 Pyeongchang-dong villa,

Dae Hyun carried Soo Yin's body when they arrived at the villa, even though Soo Yin had repeatedly refused.

"Honey, didn't you say that time that you would find me a martial arts teacher?" Soo Yin said, she was still in her husband's arms with her arms around Dae Hyun's neck.

"Not for now!" Dae Hyun said firmly. He will not repeat his mistakes again.

Soo Yin immediately fell silent without arguing when she saw the serious look on Dae Hyun's face. She used to remember when she first met him, he was a very pleasant type of guy. Unlike now, which was too possessive.

"Honey, why are you so possessive now? You never restricted me from doing anything before," Soo Yin said, while squinting.

"Because now I don't want you to get hurt. In the past, no other man tried to take you from me. Unlike now, too many young men want you," complained Dae Hyun with a flat face.

"Do you feel insecure about competing with them?" Soo Yin teased while blinking her eyes a few times.

Dae Hyun took a deep breath hearing that. He couldn't deny it, he felt insecure. That was why as much as possible, he prevented any man from getting close to his little wife.

"Any husband will do like me. If many men flirt with their wives. Moreover, you are still very young. I want to be born again at an age not too far from you." Dae Hyun let out a long sigh.

Soo Yin chuckled hearing Dae Hyun's excuse, why he could be so possessive.

"How many times have I told you that I won't turn my back on you?" Soo Yin said.

"I know about that. But I really can't get rid of my bad thoughts about you when you're away from me. The thought of you being seduced by another man always haunts me." Dae Hyun stopped in his tracks as he climbed the stairs. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry if it makes you uncomfortable," said Dae Hyun. Now his gaze was fixed on two beautiful eyes as clear as water. Eyes that can melt his heart with just one meeting.

Soo Yin's lips pulled back, formed a smile as beautiful as the full moon at night. Which was able to make any man tempted by the beauty of her face.

"I'm glad you did. That's a sign that you really don't want to lose me," Soo Yin said as her lips were moving.

"That's why after my divorce with Aeri is over. I want to take you away from men who try to approach you."

Soo Yin nodded her head enthusiastically. She wasn't angry with Dae Hyun's possessiveness at all. Although sometimes it really bothered her.

They were now in the room. Dae Hyun then laid Soo Yin's body very gently on the bed. It was as if she was a fragile object that could break easily.

"Don't you want to know what mom said earlier?" Soo Yin rested her head on her husband's chest. She grabbed Dae Hyun's wrist when he was about to walk away.

"What is it?" Dae Hyun's brow furrowed in curiosity.

"Mom asked me to marry Park Soo Hyun and give her a granddaughter. I just found out that mom really wants a daughter." Soo Yin gripped Dae Hyun's fingers which seemed to be clenched so that the muscles in his hands were clearly visible.

Soo Yin knew that Dae Hyun was emotional when he heard that.

"It seems that my mother really wants you to become her daughter-in-law," Dae Hyun complained.

It was actually very good for Soo Yin, but if she found out they were married, his mother would definitely be shocked.

"Then what did you say?" Dae Hyun asked.

"I didn't say anything. What am I supposed to say? There's no way I can tell the truth that we're married." Soo Yin chuckled again.

"You can answer it later after I officially divorce Aeri," said Dae Hyun.

"Now rest. I promise not to bother you," added Dae Hyun. He gently pushed Soo Yin's body to lie down.

Dae Hyun gently stroked her hair with his lips pulled back slightly to carve a faint smile.

"Don't go," Soo Yin said with a frown when Dae Hyun was about to get up.

"I'm not going anywhere. I just want to take a quick shower," Dae Hyun said.

Soo Yin couldn't help but let go of his hand. Let her husband slowly disappear behind the bathroom door.

Soo Yin was sorry for making Dae Hyun feel guilty. If she knew it was going to be like this, she'd better went straight home. But it was too late.
