Her Husband is My Lover

"I still want you guys to stay here for a few more days..." Margaret said making Valentina and Jason smile.

"Yeah... The weeks seem like a day... I want you guys to stay a few more days too." Elijah said and Valentina smiled.

"I want to stay here too, Uncle Elijah and Aunt Margaret. But, I can't... You know right how stressful it will be for me to handle things there if I stay here a few more days." Valentina replied and Elijah nodded with a small smile.

"I know, Sweetheart. That's why, I am not asking you both to stay for a few more days... 1 week is a lot... I can understand." Elijah said and Valentina smiled.

"We will really miss you a lot." Margaret said making Valentina take a deep breath.

"I will miss you a lot too, Aunt Margaret." Valentina replied and they both hugged each other. 

"Jason... Let's talk..." Elijah said and Jason nodded his head at Elijah.

"Excuse us..." Elijah said and Valentina, Margaret nodded their heads. 

Jason and Elijah walked inside the house leaving Margaret and Valentina in the backyard.

"Val, don't overwork... Take care of yourself. Okay? And have food at time... Don't neglect your health looking after the company and all... Okay?" Margaret asked and Valentina nodded her head with a smile.

"Yes, Aunt Margaret... Don't worry, I will take care of myself very well..." Valentina answered.

"Well... I guess, Amelia will be there to look after you. So, I can trust her on your health." Margaret said making Valentina smile drop. Margaret saw Valentina looking somewhere thinking as soon as she took Amelia's name. She sighed and turned towards Valentina.

"Val..." Margaret called and Valentina looked at her.

"You will go to your mom tomorrow right?" Margaret asked and Valentina looked away from her.

"I am scared to go to that house again... I don't want to remember that past again, Aunt Margaret." Valentina answered.

"Sweetheart, listen... It's fine... Go to your mom... Just tell her what you want to tell her from all these years... I know all these are quite hard for you... Just don't think about the past and let yourself free from all these things... You will be fine. You stay over with her there or else... Bring her to your home... Either way will be fine to Amelia I guess." Margaret said and Valentina sighed.

"Can't I take a little more time in thinking about this?" Valentina asked.

"Val, you said you wanna give her a chance... Then what still you want to think about?" Margaret asked and Valentina took a deep breath. 

"I don't know... I am still not sure about living with her..." Valentina answered.

"Val, if you don't give her a chance to live her in your home then how will this work? Someone should live in someone's home." Margaret said making Valentina sigh.

"I... I don't want to live with her... Right now." Valentina replied making Margaret take a deep breath.

"Sweetheart, you need to understand her too... She is craving to live with you..." Margaret said and Valentina shrugged.

"I still don't trust her..." Valentina replied.

"Valentina, from the day of your father's death... She never told you or did anything to you... Then, why are you still angry with her? Whatever she did was forced! Try to understand, Love." Margaret said and Valentina kept staring at Margaret.

"Love, Amelia is a good woman... You know your dad... He is the reason why she became bad for you... But if not she, you wouldn't have been here... I know Amelia for so long... She begged your father to let you live this life... He was about the abort you as soon as he got to know that you are a girl... But Amelia stood strong and didn't let abort you. Think what she went through at that time to stop him." Margaret said and Valentina looked at the other side.

"Don't be selfish and think about it. Okay?" Margaret said and Valentina nodded her head. Margaret kissed her forehead and hugged her. 

"So... How are things going on between you guys? I mean, you and Jason?" Margaret asked and Valentina gave her a small smile.

"Good... I guess." Valentina answered.

"Guess?" Margaret asked.

"Well... We didn't talk anything about the relationship yet..." Valentina answered and Margaret nodded her head.

"Don't you wanna date Jason?" Margaret asked and Valentina shrugged.

"I don't know... Honestly, it's all confusing for me, Aunt Margaret..." Valentina answered making Margaret take a deep breath.

"Love, I can understand that love is confusing... But I can't tell you more... But I will just tell you to just listen to your heart... I can only say this... I tried to make you understand from every preservative... But looks like... You still can't make yourself understood... It's fine. After all, it's a heart... It has feelings... You are a lover of Xavier for the past 8 years... Your feelings are so strong for him... It happens." Margaret said making Valentina sigh.

"I am sorry." Valentina replied.

"Why sorry, Val?" Margaret asked with a chuckle.

"I really want to know Jason more... But..." Valentina said as she lowered her head.

"I can understand, Val... Don't worry... You will be confused until you talk out with Xavier... He might be waiting to talk to you too I guess... He loves you. But... Things happen... We can't stop them..." Margaret replied and Valentina nodded her head.

"If he can't stand up for you then... Do you think, will he come to you and stand beside you?" Margaret asked and Valentina shrugged.

"I might have agreed if there is something that made him do all these... That's possible too... Because without anything. He wouldn't have married another woman when he loves you already..." Margaret said and Valentina frowned at her.

"Margaret..." Elijah called sternly making Margaret and Valentina flinch.

They both turned around to see a serious Elijah. He walked towards them and grabbed Margaret's wrist.

"Let's go to our room right now." Elijah said.

"Uncle Elijah..." Valentina said and Elijah looked at Margaret.

"I... I..." Margaret stuttered.

"Let's go now..." Elijah said as he started taking her away.

"Dad..." Jason called but he didn't stop and walked inside taking Margaret.

"What was that?" Valentina asked Jason and he shrugged.

"I don't know..." Jason answered.

"Huh?" Valentina asked.

"You were here... You should have to know..." Jason answered.

"I don't know... We just were talking and He suddenly yelled Aunt Margaret's name and took her inside. 

"I don't know what's wrong too... Should we follow them?" Valentine asked and Jason shook his head in no.

"No... We don't have too..." Jason answered.

"Ohh... Why?" Valentina asked making Jason chuckle.

"They are husband and Wife... They have their things going on... Why should we go and disturb them?" Jason asked making Valentina sigh.

"Are you sure?" Valentina asked.

"Yes... Don't worry..." Jason answered.

"Alright... If you say so..." Valentina replied and Jason nodded her head. Valentina looked at Jason as he looked away from her. 

"Jason..." Valentina called and Jason looked at her.

"Yes?" Jason asked.

"Are you okay?" Valentina asked making Jason chuckle.

"Why will not I be?" Jason asked and Valentina shrugged.

"I just wanted to ask you... Are you okay?" Valentina asked and Jason nodded his head.

"I am... Don't worry!" Jason answered and Valentina walked towards him making Jason look at her. Valentina looked at him into his eyes as she walked close to him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly breathing in his scent.

"You are my strength." Valentina said making Jason frown.

"Thank you for being there for me every time, Jason." Valentina said looking into his eyes as he looked into hers.

"Thank you so much for being so patient with me." Valentina said as she again hugged him tightly keeping her head on his shoulder.

Jason took a deep breath and wrapped his arms around her waist and breathed in her scent as he buried his face in her neck.

"They look so cute. Aren't they?" Margaret asked as she and Elijah looked at Valentina and Jason from their room balcony upstairs.

"They do... But I really don't understand you sometimes... I told you not to talk about Xavier's marriage with Valentina... Didn't I?" Elijah asked making Margaret sigh.

"Sorry..." Margaret said making Elijah roll his eyes.

"Sorry? How many times, Margaret? You are giving her clues every time you talk with her personally..." Elijah replied making Margaret sigh.

"I... Somehow it's happening, Elijah... I didn't do it deliberately..." Margaret said.

"Seriously?" Elijah asked and Margaret nodded her head.

"Thank god, they are leaving tomorrow... If not, you would have told them the secret." Elijah said making Margaret growl.

"Why would I tell her?" Margaret asked and Elijah shrugged.

"You are crazy... I will not be surprised even if you tell her everything." Elijah answered making Margaret frown.

"You really don't trust me on this... Do you?" Margaret asked.

"And when did I ever say yes?" Elijah asked.

"Alright... Let me say to Valentina everything right now..." Margaret answered as she took a step forward but Elijah grabbed her wrist and pulled her close to his chest.

"You will not!" Elijah said looking into her eyes.

"I will not! My son loves her... I will never!" Margaret replied looking into Elijah's eyes and he pressed his lips against hers.
