"It looks like you got positive results," the Temple Head spoke looking at Aren's happy expression.

"Yep. However, according to the effect, this luck status will only stay until something lucky happens to me. But...," Aren paused as he smiled wryly before continuing, "It's not certain when this lucky thing will happen while I need this luck to get better items from the boxes."

"That's indeed a bit tricky," the Temple Head nodded with a smile.

Aren thought for a moment before he took out all three boxes he had to open and spoke, "I've decided to open all boxes at the same time."

"Well, what if opening a box will trigger your increased luck to be spent in that?" the Temple Head asked with a smile before he caressed his beard and spoke, "even if you are going to open these three boxes at once, I suggest you open the most valuable box first."

Aren nodded as he agreed with the Temple Head and looked at the three boxes in front of him.

[Armalist Box]- This box would give him any random item related to his path.

[Blueprint Box]- This box would give him a random gear blueprint.

[Lightning Based Skill box]- This box would give him a random lightning-based skill.

Aren felt that [Armalist Box] was the most valuable. After all, it will give him ANY item related to his path.

[Blueprint Box] was also valuable since getting a blueprint of a powerful gear would help him, but...getting a powerful blueprint doesn't mean he would be able to create the gear using that blueprint right away.

That's why he decided to open [Armalist Box] first and then opened the other two boxes.

All three things didn't appear outside but automatically entered inside his inventory.

"Did you luck out on what you wanted or not?" asked the Temple Head.

"I don't know," Aren shook his head, "I need to check."

Aren opened the inventory and took out [Celestial Ichor Prototype EZ-111] that looked like a dreamy cube filled with mystical blue, red, and green energy with eccentric patterns.

"How strange...," said the Temple Head as he looked at the cube.

Aren looked at the cube and got its information.

-Effect: Reconstruct the entire body structure and add two empty Celestial Ichor Gene slots into the body.

"What is this thing, Aren?"

"Uhh...It looks like I got something that I can't use right now," Aren spoke with a wry smile while shaking his head.

"Oh? Is it dangerous?" asked the Temple said with curiosity.

"From the information, this thing will reconstruct my body into something I don't know and add Celestial Ichor Gene slots in me, but I don't know what they do. Most importantly..., "pausing there, Aren smiled helplessly, "the chances of dying are 50% to 100% if I use this thing."

"Well then...I suggest you use this when you get +100 luck after using your Miss-Fortune Revolver, hahaha."

Afterward, Aren left the Demonic Temple as he had rested enough and wanted to get back on getting stronger. Before leaving, he asked the location of a good Witch Doctor who could recover his limbs from the Temple Head and got a map from him as a gift.

Aren knew that he got this good treatment because of the [Mark of Yakum] card in his possession.

"Yakum...will I meet him in the future?" Aren muttered while flying in a particular direction using the map.

However, he shook his head after muttering, 'since he is no more here, then I can't meet him unless the humans in my world defeat the despair.'

Aren's destination was a place known as Swamp of DeeQueen. It was a large area, and the Witch Doctor was staying there.

After Temple Head marked that location on the map, Aren also got a notification about a dungeon in that area known as [Burrow of Ghost Swamp] dungeon. So, he also decided to clear that dungeon after recovering his limbs.

After half a day of traveling, Aren reached the area, but as soon as he entered this thick swampy-jungle area, he came across a horde of 20 demonic flying birds.

[Twin-headed Acid Spitters.]

These birds had colorful heads, and after spotting Aren, they aggressively flew towards him.

Aren didn't intend to avoid them as he grinned.

'Oh yeah, I should try my new ability,' Aren thought as he looked at the horde two hundred meters in front of him before flying towards them.

Aren focused on the horde and used the ability to pressurize them.

Right after intending to use that ability, Aren felt his soul energy-depleting a bit while an unseen force descended on the horde of birds.

All the birds lost their consciousness and started falling down.

"Awesome!" Aren spoke as he manipulated his chakram and hammer to farm those falling birds for their Exp.

After killing all twenty Twin-headed Acid Spitters, Aren continued on his way.

"A long way before I reach level 10 in the path...," Aren muttered while flying as he looked at his Path Status.

While flying, Aren arrived at a large 100 square meter swamp.

He was surprised to see this because it was so big and silent. The water inside was light green and thick.

Suddenly, a ripple spread across the entire swamp as a large mouth with sharp teeth shot towards Aren at blinding speed.

Its speed was unbelievably fast despite its large size, so even though Aren sped up at the last moment, he was still....eaten whole and raw.
