Chapter 219: Xiao Yu, What a Tsundere!

Chapter 219: Xiao Yu What a Tsundere!

I just tried my best.

Zhao Luo replied to the Sect Leader Xin Wang’s praise for him.

‘It was a great experience for me.’

Zhao Luo realized as he went over all of his fights today.

While Zhao Luo was thinking about his fights Xin Wang looked at the others.

You all were very promising too.

Thank you Sect Leader.

Xin Wang looked at the others and told them in a calming tone while they were flustered after being complimented by the Sect Leader himself.

Zhao Luo.

Xin Wang suddenly addressed Zhao Luo.

Yes.

Zhao Luo was baffled.

‘Is there something else that he wants to say?’

Zhao Luo thought as he looked at the hesitant expression on Xin Wang’s face.

‘What could the Sect Leader be hesitant about?’

Zhao Luo wondered as he furrowed his brows.

If even the Sect Leader was so hesitant to talk about something then it would be something extraordinary and troubling.

Right then Zhao Luo found the Sect Leader opening his mouth.

Would you like to take me as your master?

The Sect Leader’s tone changed.

It was filled with confidence as he asked Zhao Luo to become his disciple right in front of everyone.

But the reason for his confident tone wasn’t simply this.

‘There can be no better master for you in the whole Xin Range.’

Xin Wang gave Zhao Luo such a look.

I…

Zhao Luo was shocked by the offer but he couldn’t.

I already have a master.

Zhao Luo told Xin Wang while looking right into his eyes with eyes which were full of pride.

I see.

For a second Xin Wang felt saddened as if he had lost a great treasure that was right in his grasp.

Who is your master?

Is it Dousan?

Bao Fei?

Xin Wang started questioning Zhao Luo while glancing at the second elder and the third elder.

Elder Dousan and Elder Bao Fei started shaking their head as they wouldn’t have done something like taking a direct disciple without telling Xin Wang.

Which sneaky bastard is it then?

The Sect Leader was getting hysterical as he looked at Zhao Luo wildly.

What the..*COUGH*…I mean Sect Leader please calm down!

Zhao Luo replied while waving his hand at Xin Wang.

‘I almost cursed him.’

Zhao Luo trembled as he almost blurted out something that would have brought forward a terrible situation for him.

Ahem.

Xin Wang cleared his throat and realized that the disciples of his Sect were staring at him with a stupified look.

Zhao Luo who is your master?

Xin Wang asked Zhao Luo with a majestic tone.

It was more of a command that Zhao Luo had to follow instead of simply answering the Sect Leader’s question.

My master is…

Zhao Luo hurriedly answered Xin Wang.

‘Old man forgive me.’

He couldn’t help but close his eyes and remember the old man who had received Zhao Luo’s bows.

Looking at Zhao Luo’s expression Xin Wang looked confused and asked again.

Don’t worry I just want to know what kind of master could bring up such a genius.

Xin Wang assured Zhao Luo that his question was only to feed his curiosity and nothing more.

Zhao Luo opened his eyes and nodded his head.

‘It isn’t like he will want to meet my master.’

My master is…

Zhao Luo stopped as if he was going to tell something that should have been kept a secret no matter what.

He is…

Xin Wang the elders and the others around the stage looked at Zhao Luo with their interest piqued to the extreme.

He is an old chef in the lawless city.

Zhao Luo told them as he looked down.

‘Lawless City…even the slums had such a master.’

Xin Wang was the one who was most bewildered by Zhao Luo’s words.

I see. Since you already have a master don’t let him down.

Xin Wang told Zhao Luo and then walked up to him to pat his shoulders.

Let’s go.

Xin Wang said to the two elders.

Train hard.

Hiding his disappointment of losing the chance to become Zhao Luo’s master he encouraged Zhao Luo and took his leave with the other elders.

Looking at the vanishing back of the Sect Leader and the two elders Zhao Luo slowly opened his mouth.

‘That’s what I plan to do anyways.’

Zhao Luo mumbled with burning eyes.

Training hard was the only thing he enjoyed and his dark space was the best place for that.

Brother let’s go.

Feng Ma approached Zhao Luo.

Zhao Luo turned his head and looked at the others who wanted nothing more than to leave the training zone.

‘Did he leave?’

Zhao Luo wondered as Big Bean wasn’t with them anymore.

‘He must have left too.’

Zhao Luo realized that Big Bean may have been more tired than them thus he left without telling anyone.

Yeah let’s return to the living zone.

Zhao Luo nodded to Feng Ma after which he and the others moved towards the exit of the colosseum.

Just when the group reached the exit of the colosseum

WAIT!

A shout stopped them in their tracks.

Zhao Luo and the others turned around and found Xiao Yu looking at them.

What?

Zhao Luo squinted his eyes and asked Xiao Yu.

‘Is he coming to fight again? I expected him to be better than that.’

Zhao Luo wondered if Xiao Yu wanted revenge for his earlier loss.

‘If that is indeed the case then it would be very disappointing.’

Zhao Luo continued while looking at Xiao Yu whose stomach area was covered with a white cloth that covered his back too.

Xiao Yu looked at Zhao Luo and the others.

‘I didn’t mean to scare them.’

He felt awkward as he hadn’t intended to shout so loudly.

I am going to the living zone too…

Xiao Yu stopped there and didn’t complete his sentence.

Zhao Luo smiled as he looked at the gullible expression on Xiao Yu’s face who was evading their stares.

‘Xiao Yu What a tsundere.’

Zhao Luo grinned as he would have never expected Xiao Yu to show such a friendly side of him so soon. He turned around while smiling.

Come with us.

Zhao Luo told Xiao Yu as he led the others out of the colosseum.

OKAY!

Xiao Yu shouted again and his quiet look returned to his face again.
