Everyone was ready!
Wang Gang spun the steering wheel left and right and the car began spinning frantically.
The zombies on the car were tossed off by the strong force.
As the zombies crashed into each other, everyone felt much more relieved.
Unfortunately, the roof of the car had already been torn off by the zombies!
A dirty hand covered in blood reached in. At the same time, a hideous face could be seen.
The zombie was so agile that it managed to grab Gu Zhao. Gu Jin and Zhao Ying did not have time to react at all. Fortunately, Li Ran did. She took out her pistol and shot directly at the zombie!

The little boy was terrified and he abruptly let out a dreadful scream. It startled everyone! They briefly let their guard down and just like that, Gu Zhao was captured by the zombie.
Zhao Ying curled up into a ball and started crying.
Gu Jin was about to jump off the car but he was stopped by Yang Shao.
He looked at Gu Jin in despair and said, “It’s no use! You’ll just watch him get his neck ripped off!”
“Li Ran! Give me the gun! Stop the car!”
Gu Jin refused to give up. After all, his precious son was in the hands of a zombie!

Gu Zhao then re-entered the car through the hole where he was taken. His eyes widened and there was a smile on his face. He grinned at his parents and said excitedly, “Dad, mom, you don’t have to be afraid anymore! Zhao Zhao has defeated the zombie! Hahahaha!”
Gu Zhao stretched out his little hands and erected a barrier.
This was certainly an unexpected turn of events.
Everything happened too quickly.
Zhao Ying went from crying to being stunned. It took her a long time before she returned to her normal self.
Yang Shao immediately carried Gu Zhao and asked, “Are you hurt? Let me have a look.”
Gu Zhao did not resist and let Yang Shao examine him from head to toe. He did not really know how to explain the situation. Then, he looked at his mother with a smile and said happily, “Mom, aren’t I awesome? I just defeated a zombie! It was uglier and smellier than any other monsters that I’ve seen on TV!”
Yang Shao carefully checked every inch of the little boy’s body. He let out a sigh of relief.
“There are no wounds on his body. Not even a scratch.”
Zhao Ying was elated when she heard that. She pulled Gu Zhao into her arms and cried, “Zhao Zhao, you’re amazing! Did you know how worried mommy was?”
Gu Zhao patted Zhao Ying’s head and comforted her.
“Mommy, you don’t have to worry anymore. If you’re ever in danger, Zhao Zhao will protect you! These scales seemed like a good thing now.”
“This is great! Our Zhao Zhao is so powerful. He can fight off zombies!”
Zhao Ying laughed and cried at the same time. Her hand kept stroking Gu Zhao’s head.
She was so close to losing her darling son.
