Voyage With The Pirate King

Wait, wasn't he supposed to be an old pirate king forcing a young man into a despicable relationship? How did the old man change to a handsome young man she would simp over for the rest of her life?

That man was not in any shape or form that youth's father but his daddy (in a sultry tone). She wasn't even ashamed drooling over Ji Yao without even attempting to hide it. Now it was Rui Fei's turn to overturn the vinegar jar. His expression grew colder and colder as he fought off the urge to gouge out this pervert's eyes.

"My, my lord... didn't you say the accommodations and feast would be enough to soothe your anger? I thought his Lord was a man of his word?" he said completely changing his method of address.

He knew of Ji Wen's temper and initially reacted the way he did before because he was afraid the pirate king himself would descend upon them and slaughter him like a pig. But later when he found out Ji Wen wasn't around and the one who had been running the show was this kid who still had milk coming out of his nose his tune changed.

Classifying Ji Yao like a second-generation rich young master he began to treat him as such. In his eyes, he could pull a fast one on this childe throwing a tantrum. This is why he deliberately omitted half his treasure in the terms as he pleaded just now.

"Tsk..... even his method of address has changed," said Xunshi Zhe as he got up with his battle-axe dragging on the ground, "you must have a death wish." As Xunshi Zhe said this he kicked the man on his shoulder and the man fell over with a loud thud.

Xunshi Zhe was about to kick him again when Ji Yao raised his hand with a sly grin on his face. Xunshi Zhe's foot froze mid-air before he gently set his foot down and backed up. Ji Yao got up and walked over in slow strides but each step he took made the onlookers' hearts sink further and further.

They suddenly pitied this pair of father and daughter. Ji Yao crouched down before the man and Xunshi Zhe forced him to look at Ji Yao. The man grimaced in pain from his shoulder that was possibly dislocated. His face was covered in cold sweats from the pain as he stared back at Ji Yao his eyes filled with fear.

"Yes, we had a deal but your daughter isn't remorseful and she continues disrespecting me even now. So this lord," he said in a sarcastic tone, "has changed the terms. It's either you handover your entire treasury or..." He paused as he stood up and drew out his sword that extended into a metal whip before their eyes.

"your daughter endures twenty lashes. Since the overseer has failed to discipline her then I would gladly do it for him." As he said this a blazing flame spread down to the tip of the whip and the overseer subconsciously moved back.

Ji Yao was serious and seeing the frightful look in her eyes he felt a whole lot better. The blaze within seemed to cool down a few degrees as he looked down at her. It seemed the two lovers were on par when it came to their degree of lunacy.

"Make your pick and let me know what you have decided," he said before turning around walking back to his seat beside Rui Fei.

Faced with going bankrupt or his daughter getting a beating the choice was simple. She could survive twenty lashes, right? The bald man turned to look at his daughter who was suddenly struck with sudden realisation. This old fart was going to sacrifice her.

Soon the cracking sound of a whip and a girl screaming was heard but to Ji Yao, it was white noise. That's because from under the table he could feel a hand cautiously brushing his knee in comfort. Who else in this hall would be that brazen.

Rui Fei acted like this had nothing to do with him as he took a sip of wine while looking away. He couldn't help himself. Ji Yao had ignored him for so long and seeing Ji Yao behaving this jealous over him he wanted to express the feelings he had been holding back inside.

After the howling and screaming ended from the girl passing out the cheery mood quickly resumed and Ji Yao nudged Rui Fei's thigh with his. When Rui Fei looked at him Ji Yao didn't say anything but instead planted his lips on Rui Fei's, pried his mouth open and robbed him of all the wine in his mouth.

This was clearly an R-rated scene especially when the excess wine flowed down Ji Yao's cheek. Having achieved his goal Ji Yao separated from Rui Fei and it was his turn to act like what just happened had nothing to do with him. He wiped the corner of his mouth with a serious look on his face making it hard to believe he was the one who had kissed Rui Fei just now. The entire hall froze for a moment when they witnessed this blinding scene.

"How shameless, they are kids here," said Old Du pointing at the Rui siblings. He vowed to present Ji Yao with his petition after this. This shameless couple were taking things too far.

"Hey, who are you calling a kid?" said Rui Li who was enjoying the good show only to be labelled as unsuitable audience, "go on saoz-, I mean Yao-ge, I fully support you."

Oh, Ji Yao was fully aware that he had taken things too far but he couldn't help it. It had been ages since their last kiss and he had cravings especially after putting that woman in her place.

Rui Fei leaned in closer his tail wagging like a dog eager for a treat. "You are now talking to me or... we are sticking to kissing only. If that is the case then can I kiss you too?" he asked but the way he was leaning forward meant this wasn't a question but mere formality.

Ji Yao blocked Rui Fei's mouth before gently pushing him away. Rui Fei who had expected such lay his forehead on Ji Yao's shoulders while whispering, "I promise I would never hide anything from you ever again." Just as he said that Ji Yao moved back a little and the two gazes met staring at each other intensely.

At the moment it was as though time stopped with everything around them falling into the background like the backdrop of a movie. They were now in a two-person world devoid of outside influence. Ji Yao was ready to let it go because he believed Rui Fei when he said he would never hide anything from him ever again.

But just as he was about to speak the door was suddenly opened and in walked a man with his clothes covered in blood. His face was devoid of colour and his one arm had been chewed off by something big and terrifying. The strong rotten stench emanating from his body was familiar to Ji Yao.. There were indeed on the right track.
