C-Rank was the last step before reaching B-Rank, but anyone that has reached this stage was already very talented and held great connections with many people and guilds.

Usually, the strongest group of hunters within Guilds were made of mostly C-Rank hunters led by B-Rank Hunters.

Being a C-Rank Hunter meant being above many other people, and it even had a social status similar to an aristocrat if not a bit higher simply by their level of strength.

However, although this was a good step ahead, Noah was not going to take it easy for now and live leisurely like a fool.

No, there were higher ranks to reach, and he was not going to stop at being a mildly popular mediocre.

Noah greeted them as he began to cook for Iris.

Although he did not have much experience cooking, he received the help of the maids there, who were being very gentle with him as he spoke and opened up to them a bit, surprising them when he talked about making breakfast to his partner to compensate for her efforts.

"Y-You really brought me breakfast, Noah…" said Iris as her lips trembled in surprise and embarrassment.

"Well, it is also for me, I am starving," said Noah, as he sat down at Iris's side and began to drink some coffee at her side.

"There were three types of jam, so I brought the three," said Noah, as Iris began to serve herself with toast and pouring butter and jam over it, the butter quickly melted, mixing with the sweetness of the jam, making for a delicious treat in the morning.

"Thanks… I am very happy that you brought them all, and not just chose whatever… You are very considerate… I feel like I don't deserve you…" sighed Iris as she ate happily.

"Deserve? Iris, whenever I decide something, I do not regret it. If you are my partner, you deserve it," said Noah rather coldly as he bit into a sandwich with ham, cheese, and tomato, a combination that Iris noticed that he enjoyed.

"Hehe… You're always like that, aren't you?" asked Iris with a smile.

"Like how?" asked Noah.

"Like… you always talk coldly and expressionlessly… yet… I know that you deep down mean a lot… You are just always caging your emotions… But I know how you feel… Hm, maybe it is part of my abilities related with Phantom?" wondered Iris.

"Indeed. Your ability must be related to it, as you can meddle with souls a bit. And I agree with what you said. I guess it is fine to tell you this. But my soul has changed, and become something different before I became a Vampire. Due to those circumstances, my mind evolved, and now, I have a hard time expressing my human emotions. But fear not, I am not emotionless," said Noah.

"Fufu… I know!" said Iris, as she hugged Noah and kissed his cheeks.

"I love you… Thanks for being with me all this time… Let's keep battling monsters and crushing anyone that tries to get in our path…" said Iris, her eyes flashing with conviction.

Noah's heart waa moved by her words, as a vampire, being told by his partner that they should keep crushing their enemies mercilessly while bathing in the blood of monsters to grow stronger was the most romantic thing.

Noah quickly devoured the sandwich as he took Iris to the bed.

"Eeeh?! W-Wait! We are having breakfast…" said Iris, as Noah glanced at her eyes.

"If you say something like that you must have been expecting me to react like this, didn't you?" said Noah, as he began to kiss her neck.

"Ah~! W-Wait! At least… let's put the food elsewhere, you're going to spill the coffee!" said Iris.

"I don't care…" said Noah, as he embraced Iris with a deep kiss, both of their steamy breaths touched together as their tongues danced and entwined around each other, the sound of their lips touching each other passionately didn't stop as Noah began to slowly undress Iris, his body was already taken over by the burning and beastly passion of a vampire.

Iris smiled warmly as she kissed Noah's neck, biting his neck, and slowly licking his warm blood, her senses began to sharpen as she felt Noah's large and strong hands grab her breasts, squeezing them and licking them…

"Ah~ T-There…?" asked Iris rather shyly.

After a slow climax, Noah and Iris quickly resumed their breakfast and finally finished it, afterwards, they called maids and butlers to wash the sheets and change them for new ones, while the pair of vampires went to continue their… business in the bathroom, where they mated before the warm and comforting water, feeling renewed after dozens of hours of stress and fighting that they underwent some hours ago.

Noah and Iris Stamina as Vampires was incredibly strong, and they could keep going for several hours without stopping, climaxing several times only to go back to it almost immediately…

Like this, when it was around 12 AM is when they finally got out of the bathroom, refreshed… although Iris seemed to be a tad bit dizzy, as if mildly drunk by Noah's fervent passion that seemed to have no end.

Because Noah and Iris had a lot of pent-up frustration, whenever they went to the act… it would last a lot of time and they always felt as if they needed to release all the stress they had every time they did this, both resulted benefited by this, and so embraced each other passionately, completely forgetting about everything else around them.

After both the Master and the Mistress were done, they descended the stairs and met with the rest of their subordinates who were enjoying breakfast as well.

"I guess we are not going to Classes today either?" asked Arthur.

"No, let's go. We have to attend to not end up being tracked by the government… But finish your breakfast first. There is no hurry. And I personally do not care about missing some classes. Also, we must absorb the Cores and Ability Cores immediately if possible," said Noah.
