Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

After reaching the manor, Noah and his party decided to take a bath and rest for a few minutes, getting ready to have some fun and relax tonight.

After the bath and while dressing for tonight, Noah decided to absorb the Attribute Cores and Ability Cores he acquired.

The glowing spherical jewels seemed to release a strong magical aura, resonating with his Blood Core. Noah decided to absorb them all at the same time, putting his hands over them and turning them all into light particles, which were absorbed by his body.

Noah felt the enormous and exhilarating amount of energy rushing through his body, flowing through his veins, muscles, bones, and more, and then reaching his Blood Core.

At that time, he quickly began to use the Cultivation Technique he learned from the Blood Core, manipulating these absorbed energies, and making them go across his body over and over again, always reaching the Blood Core for these energies to condense and then be sent back to the body.

Like this, Noah continued for a few minutes, until he felt like he used all these energies correctly, feeling a powerful rush of power… his muscles and bones strengthened, and his mind became clearer and vaster… even his soul seemed to have become larger and more ethereal.

"This is the power… of a D-Rank, isn't it?" he thought, as he noticed new system notifications.

Ding!

[The [Undying Body: 100 (A)] Skill has awakened into the [Immortal Body: 1 (S)] Skill!]

Ding!

[The [Champion's Great Perseverance: 100 (C)] Skill has awakened into the [Unyielding Blood Demon: 1 (B)] Skill!]

Ding!

[The [Telepathy: 100 (D)] Skill has awakened into the [Fartalk: 1 (B)] Skill!]

Three Skills have awakened!

This was thanks to the energy Noah absorbed and then cultivated through his Blood Core, the Skills had already reached 100 in proficiency, and were waiting for some qualitative change to occur on Noah's Blood Core to finally awaken into their next level!

"Immortal Body, Unyielding Blood Demon, and Fartalk…" said Noah while reading the Skills descriptions.

Immortal Body was the powerful evolved version of Undying Body, it did not only granted Noah the power to regenerate lost limbs or entire parts of his body when he lost them, but it granted him the power to withstand an attack that could otherwise kill him with 1 Health Point per day, this could also apply to a wound on his brain, which he had already considered that could be a game over.

Aside from this, it also gave him the ability to not need blood to fully regenerate now, however, Blood was still good to enhance the speed of the regeneration and bring back energy and mana.

Nonetheless, this power was completely broken!

Not even S-Rank Hunters could recover limbs so fast like this, even less survive a lethal attack with a single point of health per day… Noah was indeed completely shattering any common sense that hunters might even have, thankfully for them, he had not yet revealed his true powers to the world, and whenever he planned to do so, he would already be strong enough.

The Champion's Great Perseverance Skill awakened into the Unyielding Blood Demon Skill, which seemed to be an upgraded version of the former Skill, bringing an even greater boost in all stats when used, as long as constant mana was poured into the Skill activation, Noah would gain +100 to all his stats, already getting into the mid-D-Rank category by simply using it!

He could only wonder how many stats it could bring if the Skill were to awaken once more…

A last but not least, Telepathy has awakened into Fartalk, the power to talk through telepathy with someone even from very far away places, it seemed to have literally no range now, and Noah could even speak with someone at the other side of the globe if he wanted! …As long as there was some connecting with him and such a person, of course, so he was not able to just talk randomly with someone on the other side of the world.

Nonetheless, this was like a literal telephone made into a Skill, something that many people would wish to have!

Noah smiled, pleasant by the new boost on his Skills, he decided to check his Attribute Panel.

"Good… 150 in each attribute value is what I wanted, now, to 300!" thought Noah, his smile showing the strong conviction and diligence he had towards accomplishing his goals! He desired power more than anything, so he could be given the freedom to do as he pleased!

Noah quickly decided to calm down, as he glared at the Ability Cores harvested today.

The Hunters that he and his subordinates carefreely killed before entering the Accursed Water Temple had dropped some F-Rank Cores, which were also present in here, alongside 6 E-Rank Cores, making it 2 F-Rank Cores and 6 E-Rank Cores!

With this, he should be sure to acquire at least one or two Skills on his Skill Tree.

Noah quickly decided to absorb them and convert them into Skill Points.

With this, Noah had 255 Skill Points if the 15 he had saved from his previous Ability Core absorption ritual were added!

With this, Noah immediately opened his Skill Tree, glaring at what he could now get.

[Vampire Noble (60/60)]: Spend Skill Points into this branch to unlock more of the innate strength of the Blood Progenitor, such as bonus Attribute Values, Skills, and more.

Additional Abilities can be unlocked after the Branch is Maxed.

"Perfect, I can get three Skills with this!" thought Noah, immediately exchanging the Skill Points for new Skills.

Noah felt his mind acquire new knowledge and information about these three new Skills, as he smiled maliciously!

These three Skills would bring him a nice boost to his power and strength, and also mobility!

Vampiric Drain was a skill similar to Jon's Life Sap or Evil Eye of Phantom Pain, which could drain away Life and Mana from the targets that Noah touched.

He could use this in combination with his claws attacks, slashing through his enemies while also sucking away any life and mana they could have left!

This Skill also seemed to enhance the ability to drain and manipulate blood from living targets, making Noah's work even more smooth.

The Blood Frenzy Skill gave Noah the power to enter into a frenzied and insane state, similar to Iris Berserk Mode or Adamantine's Insatiable Appetite, he would become an insatiable beast, which would increase his Vitality and Force Attribute Values depending on how strong his fury and hunger is, however, this Skill would also begin to slowly drain away Noah's life, so he could not use it carefreely!

Aside from this, the Skill needed a large amount of Blood for activation, however, Noah had no problem with that, as he had accumulated large amounts of Blood inside of his Blood Sphere already.

Nonetheless, it was an amazing Skill, and if used in conjunction with other Skills such as the Unyielding Blood Demon, Noah could bring himself to even greater levels of power.

And last but not least, Vampiric Wings let Noah generate large, black-colored bat-like wings from his back, enormous and rather demonic, he was able to flap them around and maneuver even better while flying, this Skill coupled with Flight and Crimson Flash could bring Noah to amazing levels of speed while flying!

With this, Noah felt satisfied for the day, and waited for his subordinates to be ready, however, as he rested over the bed, he suddenly fell asleep…
