Exert your total divine decree as the divine elemental dragon god king, and ensue a powerful command to all your troops, enhancing their power and defense to completely new levels, while increasing their coordinate between units and more.
Enhances All Stats of the units you command using this Decree by +20000%, every Unit you Command adds up a +1% of bonus Stats to the entirety of the Army. Defense against all Elemental Laws is increased by +10000% and every Unit you Command adds up a +0.5% of bonus defense against all Elemental Laws. All Units receive an enhancement to their Mana and Health Recovery of +10000%, and their Elemental Damage is enhanced by another +10000%. These effects double on Dragon-type Units.

[Elemental Dragon Spirit Protective Aura (X)]
Unleash your potential as a powerful Summoner and also a strong Elemental Dragon God King and summon powerful Elemental Dragon Spirits around all your troops by constantly utilizing Divine Energy. All these Elemental Dragon Spirits enhance the defenses and offense of your allies as they act as both protectors and allies to fight with.
Each unit can only have up to 5 Elemental Dragon Spirits protecting them, and each Elemental Dragon Spirit can sacrifice their lives to block 1 lethal attack from a target, but they become increasingly costlier to summon as they died out until a cooldown of 24 hours passes.
The power of all Units with a Spirit is enhanced, enhancing all Stats by +10000% with every Dragon Spirit protecting them, alongside their Defense to Magical and Physical Damage which is enhanced by +5000% with every Dragon Spirit protecting them.
Dragon Spirits can deal damage by themselves which is based in the Summoner's 20% of both Aether, and Ki Stats combined. Dragon Spirits can detonate to deal damage to a foe after dying, dealing up to +100000% additional damage randomly.

Noah's thoughts flashed at incredible speeds, in just a few splits of a second, he read the descriptions and memorized the descriptions and functions of his new powers, finding them right on the spot over what he needed now, a new way to enhance the power of his army and also of their deadly destructive and defensive power!
These two majestic abilities were all Noah needed now, they enhanced the power of his troops to completely ridiculous levels and left space for even more insanity! The first Skill would allow him to give them an even greater Stat increase and Defense increase, while the second one is a combination of both, with the impressive power of these spirits being able to block a deadly attack in exchange for their lives, which will also trigger them to explode and deal powerful random damage up to +100000%!
With this new tool Noah's troops had received an incredibly boost to all their capabilities, and Noah couldn't help but try it out immediately!
He grazed across his entire Divine Realm through his senses as he had already gathered several Soldiers that had not participated in the previous war and were on standby.

"They're an enthusiastic bunch… What is it, summoner?" asked Arudiel.
Noah quickly gave them all a present.
"Take these and absorb them, you need them to fight the upcoming threat. We got many of these dropped in the last fight, so make sure to absorb them as fast as possible."

"T-This… is this okay? Do they work on us?" asked Vritra.
"Well, we are about to find out." Said Arudiel, as he touched his pile of cores and they suddenly flashed with bright yellow light, fusing with him.
