It has a success chance of 50%, if the user fails, its luck is worsened every time.

[Dark Wielder of Fate (X)]

Grants Lesser Authority over Fate Threads within a 5-kilometer radius around the user, which can allow the user to manipulate certain actions in the future or straight up change probabilities within certain secured events. A complicated power which must first be understood completely to use.

And the second Skill was just as interesting and short-descriptive. It granted Noah the ability to manipulate the strange phenomenon known as the Threads of Fate, a primordial structure of Fabric of Reality alongside Spatial Layers, Time Rivers, and more.

Threads of Fate were intricate parts of all living beings across the entire Universe. Those capable of manipulating them are true fate wielders and are capable of changing probabilities or increasing the chances for certain possible events to occur.

This ability let Noah change these events probabilities, chances, and more to his own benefit, a wondrous power that had many benefits for his own life and those of his allies and family.

However, it was but a lesser authority, meaning that it wasn't at full power.

Nonetheless, it was still better than nothing, and Noah had already begun to ponder many ways of using this power without much effort. It truly had a lot of potential for his plans and could involve greatly on his fights, although it also consumed large quantities of divine energy.

The potential and power of these two Skills increased the more Fate Stat and Fate Attribute Particles he had! Making them stronger and more potent, with greater effects within it.

Noah glared contently at his power surge as he saw his existence level raise. Each time it were to get to the next rank, he realized he would be able to evolve.

However, that had yet to happen for now. Nonetheless, he was quite impatient for it to happen already.

"I need to eat more divinity fragments, they were good…" he thought. Looking into the horizon as the sun emerged in the dawn of another day.

The children had slept well and it was finally time to move on.

"Very well, come take a bath in this inn's bathroom, they said they had warm water, and after that we'll depart." Said Noah.

"Papa, let's take a bath together…" said the adorable Eleanora.

"Wash my tail…" said Dante.

"Ah… Sure." Said Noah, smiling warmly at his two little weaknesses.

"Let's go all together, they have big bathrooms here." Said Iris.

At the end, Noah ended relaxing and calming down his mind by enjoying a nice bath with his entire family.

He made sure to wash his two babies well enough, their draconic tails, wings, and horns too, which were covered in some blood and stain. Their little arms, legs, and toes, and then their silky and soft hair. Even Dante had a very soft and silky hair.

After they were all done, the two children were dressed in new and even more cute clothes than before, resembling two tiny evil lords.

"Uwah, so cute!" said Iris, almost melting.

"Perfection." Said Noah. There was nothing more glorious in his life than his own children, which he saw as the treasures of this Universe.

After that, they enjoyed a tasty breakfast together, as Noah found out that Iris shared the picture of the two babies on the Internet inside his vast Divine Realm, now everyone in the population saw their little princess and prince dressed up cutely as little evil lords while slowly conquering a world. They were the inspiration for everyday worker there!

Noah wanted to reprimand Iris to not share this kind of stuff, but he ended giving up to her after she realized it was a strategy to rise the morale of his people… Although it was a very strange one.

It seemed that everyone within his Divine Realm were obsessed with his children as their new rulers and adored them quite a lot.

After breakfast, the group of Vampires set off into the Adventurer Guild, where they were said they could find a lot of clues and even pay to the receptionist to buy information right off the bat.

Meanwhile, within his Divine Realm, the souls of the Assassins of last night were being remade!

A clone of Noah was repairing them rather easily with the aid of Gaia, who was good at using and maintaining souls.

But how he could repair and reconstruct souls if they were already eaten? Well, he was able to eat and filter out the divinity fragments out of the conventional souls, eating the divine power on it and then repurposing the soul fragments left behind.

He remade them and reconstructed them as if they were a puzzle and then slowly bathed them in soul spring water.

After a bit of time, the souls had recovered quite well and were back in action. They were slowly forming back together.

But for what purpose did Noah revived them as souls?

He spoke to them as they regained their consciousness.

"Hey, your words touched my heart. And because I am such a benevolent man, let's make a deal." He said.

"A… deal?"

"I liked your skills, those are hard to get even for my own Vampires, become my subordinates and let's take down this Kingdom's government while defeating the one that converted you into puppets. How about it?" asked Noah.

"That's…"

"We accept."

"Good…"
