Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

Although the events that had transpired in Vedas regarding Noah were of tremendous magnitudes, the world was unshaken, it had happened in just a few days, and vey stealthily.

It was so ridiculous that not even the Dragon Gods overlooking the continent of Draconia that were near Vedas saw anything… they were lazy and currently sleeping after all.

And even if they were to find out, they were told to not interfere with mortals' affairs, so the dragon gods wouldn't interfere if a war between two kingdoms emerged… after all, the main purpose of this continent is to forge strong dragons through a selective method, the weak will die and the strong will remain, ultimately, the strongest to ever be would fight against one another, and the strongest of all of them would triumph.

That is how it usually went by!

However, the appearance of Noah's Dungeon in the world of Vedas had already made a change on it, and the elemental spirits living within the dark forest he was devastating of all life to gain essence were all dying or panicking as well.

The will of the world of Vedas will soon awaken and realize what was happening from its slumber.

And through its will, it would soon influence the beings atop the skies to eliminate the threat that might endanger the entire world…

Through the week after the invasion, Noah had been recruiting all sorts of Dragons around the entire territory of the Kingdom of Ignitias, while farming essence through his ever-growing army of Undead Blood Monsters led by Vritra!

The Undead hurriedly expanded across the forest and had already invaded over 80% of it, they also used the help of his vampires and new dragon vampires to aid them, they also gained dropped items thanks to Noah's new System Functions which made anything he or his subordinates killed drop items.

The vampire dragons that had yet to catch up consumed the attribute value cores and the ability cores, gaining a new set of powerful skills from monsters and even more strength, growing in size and cultivating their dragon hearts while doing so…

The blood undead army was soon to reach the outskirts of the forest, reaching to the other side… which mysteries or new zones will await them in this new and wondrous place to invade and devour?

Noah glanced high in the skies as he saw nothing going wrong.

"Perhaps it was my imagination… But it really felt as if something was watching over me…" he thought, as he resumed his current activities, which included eating delicious plates of endemic food within a large feast made in the castle of the Ignitias Kingdom.

The King had invited him today to this feast alongside his family and friends, and they had assisted to chill out for a bit from their constant grinding.

The day was quite pretty, and the sun above was shining brighter than ever, it was truly a beautiful day.

Noah wanted to speak a bit with the King regarding Heroes, Epics, and Dragon Gods.

The little Drakna played around with Dante and Eleanora through the corridors, catching each other playfully. It seems that any fear was lost from Noah now that they had shared his bloodline, and through this week Noah had reinforced his alliance with them with several gifts to boost the strength of the population and feed them well using divine beasts as well.

The little princess was growing closer to Noah's children, and also the children of his other allies, such as Alice, Adan, and Crimson.

The King, Drakon, began to speak about what he knew. Although Noah had gathered a lot of info by eating souls from the very Heroes, not even them knew exactly about this, so it was rather hopeless. He had ended reconstructing their souls after eating them by regurgitating them back, and then revived them by implanting their souls into Vampire Dragon Eggs.

He found out that they didn't inherit their Epics, though, which made him wonder what did tie these Epics to people… the little dragon heroes revived into baby vampire dragons and were being taken care by Clementine.

"Heroes and Epics are related with Fate, and are what ties out the important figures of our world… In simple terms, a Hero can only be born when an individual awakens their Draconic Epic. It means that it is a predestined fate that they must fulfill, a fight against a deadly evil dragon, protecting their Kingdom, or finding an ally and making them join their party, making them secondary Epics too… This power is mystical and comes from the soul, I believe… it not only grants raw power and abilities, but it has been seen to even reward the users with physical items, armor, weapons, even items they could use day by day… It is filled with mysteries, even more because even the Heroes themselves are clueless about all of their extent…" said the King, as he drank some wine.

"How are Dragon Gods related to them?" asked Noah.

"Dragon gods bless the Heroes and grant them Epics, thanks to this they can become Heroes, their blessings are powerful divine protection that boost their cultivation growth and make them absolute geniuses, diamonds in brute." Said the King.

Noah nodded. He wondered where all that power went to, because he was sure he ate them all and didn't got any Blessing Skill or any skill at all, perhaps as a Demigod, if he wanted to get abilities from them, he could only kill and eat those at his same power level to get them.

Although he was still able to assimilate their techniques, spells, and more, and was sure to be able to emulate most of their powers anyways with his own, it was still something that filled him with intrigue over this whole thing.

He wondered if there could be a way to steal Epics as well, but the King seemed completely clueless about any of that.

And then, Noah asked what Dragon Gods they worshipped.
