Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

Noah glanced at a big pile of items in front of him.

There were also corpses of the wyverns they had just slaughtered a few hours ago, many of them dozens, as many as everyone could gather.

Alongside that, there were items of all types and many Ability Cores.

Noah was about to absorb all of this into Lifeblood Points!

1000 Skill Points were 1 Lifeblood Point, so even if he had such a bounty, it might not amount to as much as he would like it to be.

However, Noah was also gathering large quantities of Lifeblood Points through the connection and devotion he had with all the citizens of Sector D.

But this amount would be given gradually, so Noah needed quite a lot of days to get enough.

Even then, he didn't know if he would be able to accumulate enough to get to one million so he could upgrade the System…

But for now, Noah decides to quickly absorb the materials and see his Lifeblood Points after that.

By touching the piles, all of them were suddenly turned into particles of light, flying towards him and overflowing Noah with energy!

Noah's eyes flashed with crimson-red light, as he felt as he gained more Lifeblood Points.

[Progenitor Vampire King (SSS-Rank)][Lifeblood Jewel] (15/15): A Lifeblood Jewel that was made through the combination of a ridiculous variety of Skills, containing the true essence of the Progenitor Vampire King on all of his Eternal Glory.

Abilities: Eternal Undeath Body (5/5), Elemental Ward (5/5), and Vitality-Draining Blood Aura (5/5).

Additional Lifeblood Points are required for the advancement of two Skill Trees:

[Vampire King's Spirit]: As a Vampire King, your Spirit, Senses, and Powers are above any other Vampire, Abilities include Crimson Moon Ballad, True Vampiric Eyes, and Supernatural Vampiric Divine Senses

[Vampire King's True Form]: Unleash the truest and monstrous form of a Vampire King to exert overbearing power against your foes.

Abilities: Space-Tearing Crimson Claws (5/5), Ancient Scion Transformation (5/5), and Lifeblood Exceed Arts (5/5).

He had earned 17200 Lifeblood Points! It was more than enough to get another Skill Tree filled up, and perhaps even make a new Lifeblood Jewel!

Additionally, Noah took this opportunity to check his current Lifeblood Jewel, which contained two branches, one which he had filled up, and another that seemed to be waiting for him to take over.

The Blood Progenitor told him that this one branch was concentrated into enhancing his senses, alongside giving him powerful eyes and a strong offensive long-ranged blood-based spell-like ability.

It seemed fairly strong, although he was surprised when the price increased a bit, it seemed that the more Abilities he unlocked, the costlier it would become to unlock more. He had already filled an entire branch, so going after the one he had ignored cost more Lifeblood Points than the one he had chosen first.

So his next path was this!

[Vampire King's Spirit]: As a Vampire King, your Spirit, Senses, and Powers are above any other Vampire.

Abilities: Crimson Moon Ballad (0/5), True Vampiric Eyes (0/5), and Supernatural Vampiric Divine Senses (0/5)

Seeing that there were three Abilities here waiting for him, he quickly decided to check each one.

[Crimson Moon Ballad (Active) (0/5)]: As a Progenitor Vampire King, your masterful manipulation over blood is amazing, giving you the power to unleash a powerful offensive Ability over a wide range that can affect many enemies at the same time.

Unleash the power of your blood, conjuring a downpour of blood over a large number of foes and shapeshifting as countless weapons, fiends, and other forms and unleashing curse attacks over that certain range, constantly dealing damage until the ability dissipates.

Deals 120% Magical Damage with each successful attack to a foe, enhancing magic damage done for all attacks conjured in this Ability by 5% with each successful attack and ignoring magical defense by 5% with each successful attack. Additionally, deals continuous damage over time of 20% Magic Damage.

[True Vampiric Eyes (Passive/Active) (0/5)]: As a Progenitor Vampire King, you've awakened your True Vampiric Eyes, giving you a series of abilities, such as passively producing a charming glare, being able to take over the mind of weaker foes the moment your gaze met theirs, the power to manipulate things by your mere gaze through psychokinesis, and the ability to inflict bloodline curses over a foe. Some effects are passive while others must be activated.

[Supernatural Vampiric Divine Senses (Passive/Active) (0/5)]: As a Progenitor Vampire King, your senses had already surpassed what could be below the realm of a Vampire King, and had ascended into Divine Senses.

Through this power, you are capable of easily discerning your surroundings, foes and allies alike will be easily detected, and you can even focus your senses in a certain direction to stretch them even further. Functions such as Auto Mapping and Appraisal will also be unlocked.

With this, he could have a powerful SSS-Rank long-ranged offensive Ability, have even greater eye powers, and also powerful divine senses!

Noah quickly decided to spend more Lifeblood Points, although the cost of the abilities had increased, it was still doable thanks to the amount he had accumulated now…

Now, he had completely maxed the Lifeblood Jewel, and needed to reach whatever was the next Realm after SSS-Rank to finally upgrade it even further!

However, he planned to make another one…
