Vampire Overlord System in the Apocalypse

Above the skies of Earth, within the boundless space that filled the endless emptiness, God watched over Earth.

Although it has been a bit over a week since it last fought against Noah, the many minds within God were still concerned and fearful of the Vampire.

They had begun to investigate what was he truly, and where did he acquire such powers, many of the minds were obsessed with finding out what he was and if he had a weakness to exploit, but because of their position and conditions, God was not able to do anything more to Noah for the moment.

He had completely cut his connection with the mainframe of the System by converting the System Seed (Or System Cube as he called it) into his own System, fusing it with his Soul and Blood Core and making it his own power.

And even though they had considered targeting those he was close with, he quickly "freed" them from the System's mainframe as well, doing the same thing he did to his System Seed and fusing the System Seeds of his subordinates with their souls and their own Blood Cores, freeing them from the all-powerful System that reigned above Earth, whose God was a System Moderator.

He had even connected his own System with the Systems of all his subordinates through the ethereal connection of his Vampiric Bloodline Soul, which happened a few days ago after he completed yet another Skill Tree and grew exponentially stronger.

A mortal such as him was already delving into the control of souls, something that no mortal in Earth had achieved so fast such as him, and although there might have existed some, they all had perished at this point due to lifespan, but unlike them, Noah had no lifespan and could live indefinitely.

This meant that as long as he kept himself alive, he would sooner or later develop even better abilities regarding the manipulation of souls and his own, which could even end up making him a God.

However, they were completely unaware that Noah had already become something like a pseudo-demi-deity, as he had begun to constantly gain power through the worship and belief of anyone that he converted into his bloodline through the Bloodline Soul that connected his soul to all those who had his bloodline.

And each passing day he found more and more subjects which he trained and then converted into Vampiric Undead, bringing him more power.

In only three days since he acquired Bloodline Soul, he had already recruited 20 more people into his Guild, which was perhaps the Guild that had recruited the most members in the least amount of time in the entire world.

They were also completely unaware of his amazing powers over souls and his blood servants which developed into monsters of their own, each one of them having monstrous capabilities and abilities never seen before, such as Scarlet, who kept developing into a gigantic castle-fortress with the ability to have a larger internal space than it seemed from the outside.

Thanks to Scarlet and her new Sister, the manor that belonged to Arthur and his parents, Noah was able to welcome hundreds of people with ease, although his Guild members had yet to reach 100.

Noah was shamelessly building an immense Empire of Immortal Blood-sucking beings in the middle of a city, where all the people around them were completely unaware of what was happening below their very noses.

At each passing day, Noah kept growing stronger due to the worship too, and his capabilities became ridiculous, even as an A-Rank Hunter if he were to go all out, he would surely have the same strength of a peak S-Rank Hunter…

But Noah had little interest in other Hunters at the moment, as he patiently awaited the Gates to emerge…

God watched over Earth, as it detected that the many Mana Crystal Meteors that fell over Earth, which poured ridiculously immense quantities of mana into the world had already begun to take effect.

The space all around Earth began to distort and warp around, space and time dilated themselves as wormholes that led to different worlds began to slowly emerge all around.

However, unlike previous times, these wormholes were large and glowing with crimson red color, and were many.

So many that keep appearing everywhere, that even God grew fearful and concerned about what was left of humanity and how they would be able to cope and fight against this new menace.

They knew that the Watchers had provoked more Gates to emerge so they would wipe out any annoying life that was still struggling over Earth, alongside that, they wanted to destabilize the System, which was supported by the very Humans it helped, the fewer humans alive, the easier it would be to destabilize and break the planet's connection with the System Master.

If the System Master were to lose its connection with Earth, the Watchers wouldn't have to worry about his intervention as the entity wouldn't be capable of reaching this place of the multi-verse with ease anymore.

God felt sorrow as it began to consider the many lives that would be lost as the Gates were to finally release the constant waves of monsters.

Although there were still many strong Hunters, the number of Gates that had emerged was ridiculous… especially because there were new SS-Rank and SSS-Rank Gates as well…

And something even more terrifying…

In the middle of South America…

Right in the middle of a large jungle filled with mutated beasts, a gigantic gate had emerged.

This was perhaps even bigger than the SSS-Rank Gates size, being about the size of Mount Everest.

It was so immense it covered the entire sky with its deep black color.

This was…

"A Gate of higher Grade than an SSS-Rank Gate…!"

"It can't be…!"

"This is way too soon for that, humanity is yet to reach that level of strength yet!"

"What… will we do?!"

"Humans need to quickly gather and try to destroy that Gate at all costs…! But… eve SS-Rank Hunters would probably die there…!"

"And the only SSS-Rank Hunters that had existed are still disappeared…"

"Not even us who watch over Earth can find them, where did they go?"

God trembled in concern and fear, as it saw the monstrous Gate, so big that one could even see it through space…

This was a Gate of a grade yet to be given a name, a grade that even surpassed SSS-Rank!

Noah was growing strong, but he was still not strong enough to even think about entering such a deadly Dungeon, where monsters that could even shake an entire continent existed!

Soon enough, the beasts within would find a way to enter this world, and the second Era of Chaos would come to Earth…

The faction of God's mind that was guided by Noah and slowly being parasitized by his soul fragment parasites glanced at this with fascination.

"Amazing, a new trial for him…"

"But he is not strong enough yet…"

"Do you think that Noah would stay as an A-Rank for so long? Now that the Gates had emerged all around the world once more, this is the perfect opportunity for him to finally break through all the Ranks quickly!"
