Unpredictable Marriage.

Before Chen Lihua could respond, the tall handsome man who she only had eyes for, walked in with a casual look.

"Darling!." Chen Lihua called out with a smile as she stood up and hurried to his side to hug him.

Liu Longwei's gaze softened as he hugged the woman in his arms before leaving a kiss on her forehead.

"You came to bring me home, I'm happy." Chen Lihua said as she hugged his waist.

"Mmm... and I made dinner for you." Liu Longwei added as she rubbed her back.

Chen Lihua kissed his lips immediately to the envy of her brother and friend.

"Enough already!." Chen Weiyuan said with his gaze on them.

"What, are you jealous?." Chen Lihua left Liu Longwei's embrace and turned to him to ask.

"You don't let me greet my brother-in-law as monopolized him immediately he stepped in here." Chen Weiyuan said as he got up and walked towards them.

Chen Lihua had no words left for him, as she watched him exchange greetings with her husband.

Chynna greeted Liu Longwei as well, and he asked about how she has been doing.

"Did Bohai come here?." Liu Longwei asked Chen Lihua.

"Yes, he did come to say 'hello'. He had important guests, so he left to attend to them. Do you eat to see him before we leave?." Chen Lihua asked.

"No, it's fine. The guys are meeting up tomorrow, so I will see him then." Liu Longwei replied.

"Brother take care of Chynna, and make sure to take him back to her house early." Chen Lihua instructed.

"I will go back already." Chen Weiyuan said to her.

Chen Lihua made a funny face to him before waving goodbye to Chynna.

Hooking Liu Longwei's arm, Chen Lihua left with him.

When Chen Lihua left, Chynna thought that things would be awkward between her and Chen Weiyuan, but to her surprise, He was really good at conversing with people.

In the car, Liu Longwei asked, "Is your brother interested in your friend?."

"Is it obvious?." Chen Lihua asked with her gaze on him.

"Yes, it is. It was like you were the third wheel that he couldn't wait to get rid of." Liu Longwei replied.

"My brother likes Chynna, as I hope things will work out in their favor, so I tried to set them up." Chen Lihua revealed.

Liu Longwei gave her a weird glance. "Are you now match-making people?." He asked.

"Yeah. So if any of your single friends are interested, tell them about me, so I can hook them up." Chen Lihua said with a low chuckle.

Liu Longwei smiled and brought her closer to his side and hugged her.

Three months later, Liu Liwei brought his girlfriend home and introduced her to the family.

Old Madam Liu was all smiles when Liu Liwei introduced the beautiful lady sitting beside him as his girlfriend.

"This boy, you have really made me proud, I thought you would wait till you at your brother's age before you decide to get married." Old Madam Liu said as she pointed at Liu Liwei with a doting smile.

"Grandma, I didn't say we are getting married. We are still dating." Liu Liwei clarified.

"What's the difference? Dating will lead to marriage, or are you toiling with the young girl's feelings?." Old Madam Liu asked with a stern look.

"Aiyah! Grandma, look at me, you raised me well, so how can I act in such an irresponsible manner? I dare not treat her that way." Liu Liwei replied as he earned over the old lady.

"Good... I really raised you well. What does your girlfriend do?." Old Madam Liu asked as she directed her gaze at the lady sitting beside him.

Daiyu raised her head and glanced towards the old lady with a smile. "Hello, grandma, I'm Daiyu, and I am an actress, and also a model." 

"I see you are in the same entertainment industry with my grandson. Was that how you two met each other?." Old Madam Liu asked.

"Yes," Daiyu replied with a smile.

"Does your parents stay in this city?." Madam Liu who has been observing from the side asked.

"No, they stay in city H." Daiyu replied politely.

"That's good. Tell us more about you and your family." Madam Liu said with a kind smile.

"Mum, you and grandma will frighten her with all these questions." Liu Liwei said protectively.

"What is wrong with the questions, we just want to know your girlfriend more. You just introduced her to us, shouldn't we care about her life and family?." Madam Liu asked.

"See your son. He is already protective of his girlfriend, and has learned to stand up for her." Old Madam Liu said as she chuckled happily.

"Of course, I have to be protective of her, I suffered to win her heart!." Liu Liwei said with a proud smile.

Daiyu smiled as she glanced at Liu Liwei.

"Look at you. Others work hard to win over the heart of the women they love, but you termed it suffering." Madam Liu berated him.

"Women are to be chased, and their hearts, won over, so it's not suffering. it's not like anyone forced you to do it. You have to appreciate the good woman you have by your side." Old Madam Liu said.

"Ah! Mum, grandma, enough with the lecturing already." Liu Liwei whined, and luckily for him, they do leave him alone.

Madam Liu and Old Madam Liu asked Daiyu some questions, and as they chatted, they got to know more about her and her family, and later which they asked her to join them for lunch.

On their way back, Daiyu said to Liu Liwei, "Your family is really nice and easy-going." 

"Of course. And I told you earlier that my family was different from other wealthy families, but you doubted me." Liu Liwei replied.

"I know that I doubted you, and I'm sorry about it." Daiyu apologized.

"It's nothing. Let's go on a movie date tomorrow." Liu Liwei suggested.

"Okay," Daiyu replied with a smile.

Daiyu was a really quiet girl, and she was the same person Liu Liwei showed her picture to Chen Lihua when he was still about to win her over.

Daiyu was sacred of dating someone like Liu Liwei who was from such a wealthy family, so it was a bit difficult for Liu Liwei to win her over.

At last, he managed to win her over, and he was really happy that he took the advice given to him by Chen Lihua.
