Unpredictable Marriage.

"Mum that's because we are few that is working overtime." Zhang Wei replied as he blew a kiss on his girlfriend.

He was sitting on the messy bed in only his underpants.

"I don't care! Did you forget you left a wife and two kids at home? What in the world are you thinking?." Mrs. Zhang asked in an unhappy tone.

There was a sudden silence. When his girlfriend wanted to speak, he got her to shut up by placing a finger on his lips.

"I want you to leave whatever you are doing and come home this instant." Mrs. Zhang commanded in an authoritative tone.

"But Mum, I still have some unfinished work. I plan on coming back tomorrow morning and taking a day off tomorrow." Zhang Wei replied.

He was truly an expert when it came to telling lies. He must have passed some of the DNA to his wife.

He is a true mentor!

"I give you ten minutes to come back home! If you are not back by that time, you will see... I'm waiting for you!" Mrs. Zhang threatened in an ugly tone.

"Mum, are you in my house?." Zhang Wei sat up on the bed properly, as he disregarded the signs his half-naked girlfriend was giving to him.

He seemed to be shocked by the sudden discovery.

Mrs. Zhang disregarded as she said to him, and ended the call without waiting for a response from him.

"Your children fell asleep while waiting for you. What kind of a father are you? You didn't even give a call back home. Did I train you to become like this? You still have ten minutes to come back home. The road is free, so you can make it back in time."

Duh...duh...duh!

That was the only sound Zhang Wei could hear. He couldn't hear his mother's voice any longer.

He immediately got up from the bed, and speedily threw his clothes on.

"Zhang Wei, here are you going to? What to you spending the night with me?." His girlfriend asked from the side, as she watched him out on his clothes at lightning speed.

She has never seen him do things so quickly. She never knew he had such abilities, so she was marveled. But her question still needed an answer.

"My mother is at my place, and I have ten minutes to get home." Zhang Wei replied as he tied his shoelaces after putting on his socks.

"Why are you so scared of her?." His girlfriend asked, not seeing the big deal with his mother's commands.

"You will not understand. I will call you tomorrow, good night." Zhang Wei said as he picked up his overcoat and properties before rushing out of the house.

I'm very sure he hadn't the time to glance at her, for he was in a hurry!

Zhang Wei managed to get home within nine minutes. When he got home, it was his mother that opened the door for him.

He had a good discussion with her in the living room, before she allowed him to go up to his room.

"Why didn't you tell me that my mother came to the house?." Zhang Wei questioned immediately he got into his bedroom.

He saw Liu Huiling sitting on the vanity chair and staring at him through the mirror.

"It slipped my mind." Liu Huiling replied casually as she stood up and went to the bed to lay down.

"It slipped your mind?." Zhang Wei asked with an unbelievable expression on his face. He didn't seem to believe her.

"I had a tiring day, so please switch off the lights, and make sure you get rid of that disgusting scent on your body before you climb onto the bed." Liu Huiling instructed as she covered herself with the duvet before turning her back towards him.

Zhang Wei sniffed his shirt before going into the bathroom to take a shower.

He had his girlfriend's scent on him, but it was faint. He wondered how sensitive her nose was to be able to perceive it from such distance.

Zhang Wei had doubts, and it was not for nothing. Within the time they had this little conversation, he didn't approach her, so how was she able to perceive the scent?

This was not his problem now. He needed to take a shower and rest his head.

He had a long day! 

Yeah, a long day from having fun with his girlfriend after work, instead of going home to be with his family.

This month of April, Chen Lihua and Liu Longwei were now sharing separate bedrooms. But how did this happen?

Chen Lihua woke up one morning and suggested that they should go back to stay in their different rooms.

"Why?." Liu Longwei asked in surprise as he awaited her answer.

Chen Lihua adjusted herself on the bed before speaking with a scowl on her face. She seemed to not be in a good mood.

"I can't stand the scent from the bathroom after your morning shave. It has now become a habit for me to throw up every morning when I get into the bathroom after you. It's so tiring, I can't stand it."

"You should have told me about it when you noticed, I would have gone into the bathroom after you." Liu Longwei replied.

Chen Lihua ignored him and continued, "The second point, is that I always disturb your sleep each time I wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. You normally turn in late, so it's best if we use separate bedrooms, that way, you get to have enough rest."

"Sweetheart, have I ever complained about that to you?." Liu Longwei asked in confusion, as he tried to reason with her.

But Chen Lihua didn't want to reason the matter at all, for she has made up her mind already.

"The last point is that I need my space. I want to go back to having my personal space once again."

"Babe, you don't want to see me anymore?." Liu Longwei asked as he gazed into her eyes in search of answers.
