Unpredictable Marriage.

Chen Lihua stared at the ridiculous nightdresses they handed to her with a frown on her face. And then she looked up at them to see that they were all smiling at her.

"Come on, smile. How can the bride-to-be have such an ugly look on her face?" One of them said while blowing kisses at Chen Lihua.

Chen Lihua couldn't be bothered to reply, as she started thinking of a way to get rid of them or stop them from buying more ridiculous items for her.

For whom was she going to wear those crazy dresses?

Was it that beast of a husband is sheep clothing, the same man that can't even wait to lay his hands on her body?

When Chen Lihua remembered how Liu Longwei would have pounced on her body that morning if not for her fast reflex actions, she shivered.

Chen Lihua finally recalled something as she smiled. She then turned to look at their faces and said.

"You girls can each pick any item or items worth $5000, I will pay for them."

"What?!"

"Are you for real?!"

"Lihua, are you serious?!"

These were some of the questions they threw at her.

They were shocked and happy at the same time.

"Why didn't you say that a long time ago?" Angel asked.

This was how Chen Lihua was saved from their troubles. They quickly pulled her away from that section, and into another part.

They picked items from the most expensive brands like Prada, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Versace, Chanel, etc.

And when Chen Lihua was about to pay for all their items, she brought out a black card from her Gucci purse.

"Oh, my God! Tell me, I'm not seeing wrongly?" Jessica said with an exasperated look.

"You can clearly see very well," Another said to her.

"This is the legendary black card. You are not dreaming at all, because this shit is real," Jessica said, with her focus still on the card.

Chen Lihua smiled proudly as she watched the black card with no limit, being swiped to pay for their goods.

"I can't take this. I think I still need to shop more," One of them said as she tried to go back to shop more. But the rest stopped her by dragging her back.

When Chen Lihua came back home from the mall in the evening, she didn't meet Liu Longwei.

So she immediately arranged the things she bought from the mall by hiding them away in her walk-in closet. She didn't even bother to bring them out from the shop bags, she just let them be that way.

She pulled out the perfumes and other scents she learned how to make today from another bag.

Then she picked two small bottles before personally sending them to Liu Longwei's bedroom.

There was a particular bottle she hid away far inside her closet.

In fact, she opened one shelf and put the bottle in there. The content of the bottle was only known to a few; Chen Lihua, the instructor that taught them how to make it, and her annoying friends that sneaked it into her bag.

She made sure to keep the bottle far away from sight, and somewhere she wouldn't be able to remember in a long time.

'This item cannot be seen or used,' she said to herself while locking the perfumed bottle away.

And as for the rest of the perfumes and scents, she kept them away safely, and where it would be of easy reach.

When she was through with offloading what she came home with, she took a shower before going to sleep.

When she woke up, Liu Longwei was back already.

He was carrying some papers in his hands as he came out of the study.

"You are awake. I saw the perfumes you gave to me. Thank you, I liked the scents," Liu Longwei said with a smile.

Chen Lihua smiled as well before saying proudly, "That's good because I made them myself."

They took the elevator and went to the ground floor, where they saw Assistant Duyi enjoying a cup of tea.

Once he saw them, he immediately placed the teacup on the saucer before standing up to greet them.

Chen Lihua had not seen Assistant Duyi in a long time now, and so smiled at him, while returning his greetings politely when he greeted her.

Liu Longwei passed the papers in his hands to him, "Am done signing them. You can leave when you are done with your tea. You don't have to come to the house anymore as there won't be any work-related matters till after my wedding. But you can come if I send for you."

Assistant Duyi took the papers from him before nodding respectfully. He only left the house after he finished his tea.

That evening, Lady Chen was sitting at the balcony while enjoying her fruits when she received a call from her husband, Chen K.

Lady Chen answered the call and listened for a while before exclaiming with an unimpressed look, "Chen K, you can't be serious. Tell me you are joking with me right now?"

"Ju Ju, I am very serious," Chen K replied anxiously.

"Chen K, you have to stop this joke, you know that what you are asking for is not possible," Lady Chen responded, while slightly raising her voice.

"Ju Ju, you know it's possible. I will disguise myself very well, so she won't ever find out," Chen K replied in desperation.

Lady Chen didn't even think for five seconds before refusing his plans, "I am not doing this with you. Nobody is in support of this."

"Ju Ju, I know what you are afraid of, but it won't happen. I promise you that she won't recognize me," Chen K pleaded.

Lady Chen let out a breath before asking, "What made you change your mind?"

Chen K sighed bitterly before speaking, "I just know that I would regret this moment if I am not present to see......."

Lady Chen patiently listened to him and took pity on him.

Since she was soft-hearted towards his predicament, she decided to accept his pleadings. 

"But you have to send me a picture of your disguised look very early that morning, for me to approve."

"Yes I will, Ju Ju thank you so much for giving me this chance, I promise that everything will be alright," Chen K said with a happy smile at last.
