Undying Warlord

583 Bone-breaking Hugs

“Unfortunately, I cannot give you the proper answer to quench your curiosity. As for the short answer, it’s pretty simple. This little Red Dragon up there has my Soul Imprint on her. That means all the permission to access, and enter, she has received will be given to me as well!” Dilan explained shortly while pointing at the red dot in the sky.

The red dot grew bigger and bigger in size and it was only a matter of seconds, or maybe a minute until they would reach them.

“I don’t think that Lord Rory likes to be called little Red Dragon…” Siegfried couldn’t help but say before he quieted down. He recalled too many stories about Dilan, and most of them made one thing quite obvious; Dilan never really cared about the opinion others had about him.

“You think so? I’m pretty sure that she likes it,” Dilan responded nonchalantly, his gaze fixed on the rapidly growing red dot.

And less than a minute later, a huge, six-hundred-meter-long Dragon smashed into the ground right in front of Dilan.

Saxian, the Lesser Lightning Dragon was flung through the air and so was everyone else who couldn’t block the shockwave that reverberated through the entire battlefield, or what had been a battlefield a few minutes earlier.

Dilan had to weave a wind dome to block the shockwave to make sure that his lovely nephew wouldn’t be yanked all over the battlefield.

It would be troublesome to explain Lara if Siegfried were to sustain any injuries, after all!

Siegfried looked at the chaos around him, his lip twitching and expecting the worst to happen.

And that was despite knowing that it was only Lord Rory and his aunts and uncles who had arrived just now.

“It’s nice that you guys are fi–….” Siegfried said, waving his hand, just to feel a gust splashing into his face. Dilan’s wind dome burst into countless pieces and Siegfried was flung aside.

He didn’t even know what was happening as he landed on Saxian’s belly. The poor Lesser Lightning Dragon had been pushed on his back, just to end up as Siegfried’s cushion.

“What the…” Siegfried started to curse inwardly, just to see a situation unfolding in front of him that he never expected to witness.

The strongest of mankind were crying bitterly right in front of him. His master threw herself around Dilan’s neck with enough force to push aside a Behemoth, and she was not the only one. Everyone surrounded Dilan, they sized him from head to toe to make sure that he was fine before they pounced at him like a predator pounced at the prey they had hunted for several hours.

Even those who never showed emotions were smiling vibrantly while hugging Dilan tightly. It looked like they would never let go of Dilan, not even in death.

“Even master’s sister is crying…and smiling…” Siegfried couldn’t believe that he was fully awake right now…because not even dreams could be that unbelievable.

However, as if it was not unbelievable enough that three women were hanging around Dilan as if they were born like that, tied to Dilan, another woman was joining their fray.

The humongous Dragon, the prideful Lord of Dragons who reigned over this part of the Shikan plains, had just changed into her human form in front of everyone…just jumped at Dilan with crocodile tears pouring down her fair skin.

“Oho, my little girl can finally change into her human form. How lucky I am to have such a beautiful Dragon as a companion,” Dilan laughed out loud, lifting his hand to dishevel Rory’s hair between the two horns that grew out of the side of her head.

Thinking about it, Rory was truly beautiful in her human form.

If one excluded the fact that she was crying bitterly, overjoyed that Dilan had returned, Rory would look majestic, yet, elegant.

There was a certain presence around the Red Dragon that made her birthright quite evident.

She had a feminine yet mature face, ruby red eyes that were filled with tears right now, and long eyelashes that highlighted her overall beauty very well.

Rory was slim, but she was curvaceous nonetheless. A black one-piece dress covered her ample breasts tightly and they hid her full butt, yet, Dilan could clearly feel one of the two. After all, the little Dragon was hugging him with all her might as if she was afraid of losing him the moment she let go. Furthermore, there was a large red tail that emerged from the bottom of her one-piece dress. The tail coiled around Dilan’s leg, preventing Dilan from moving properly.

Rory was not the only one who thought like that. Thus, the force of four Demi Gods was put on Dilan, a newly advanced Tier-4 Ascender, whose bones broke one after another.

*Crack*

*Crack* *Crack*

The ear-piercing sound of his breaking bones swept through the entire battlefield, causing a bone-chilling sensation to sweep through every present Ascender and monster.

It took the four women a moment but when the realization struck them their eyes widened in terror…their tight hugs were the reason for the crushed bones all over Dilan’s body after all.

In no time, the women were pulled back to reality.

They let go of him and stared at the broken arms, shoulder, and deformed neck with shock in their eyes.

“Oh my god…” Rory shouted out loud, knowing deep down that she just broke Dilan’s neck.

“RORY!!! Don’t kill Dilan!!” Victoria screamed, pushing the Red Dragon aside before she took a proper look at Dilan’s body.

Her crimson eyes were filled with horror and the tears welled up in her eyes once again. Meanwhile, the others didn’t really feel any better.

That was not what they expected to happen upon reuniting….not at all!

“Calm down, that’s nothing,” Dilan merely said, moving his arm to his head.

“Stop! Don’t make things worse, or you might be permane–…” Victoria and the others screamed out nearly at the same time, just for Dilan to ignore them altogether.

Loud crackling noises filled the former battlefield, followed by the sight of distorted expressions on everyone’s faces.

“So…done and dusty, everything is fixed!” Dilan said once he healed his body without any complications.

He was looked at by a bunch of crying adults and began to frown.

“I might have been away for a while, but you guys shouldn’t have forgotten about my Origin ability…or did you guys forget??” Dilan felt actually a little bit weird around the bunch of crybabies.

Their appearance didn’t change that much over the course of time they had been separated, but Dilan could tell that they had changed a lot. He noticed the biggest difference in their strength and presence…and the fact that they started to cry like little babies once again.

“Dilan!!!!”

“You’re finally back!!”

“We missed you so much…”

“I love you!!”

Dilan tried to put a smile on his face, but Victoria’s comment wiped it away in an instant. He lightly slapped her forehead before he sighed deeply.

“I missed you guys as well!” Dilan finally said and it was as if all the accumulated emotions within were unleashed. The corners of his lips curled upward and he began to smile from one ear to another.

“I’m so glad that you guys are all alive and well….”
