The Military Female Soldier With Unwavering Stubbornness

Chapter 1602 - Worship The Strong

Chapter 1602 Worship The Strong

This was a squad leader who dreamed to join the special forces; that’s why he sounded so excited.

His abilities were limited, that’s why he couldn’t become a member of the special forces, but being able to see the special forces soldiers were also good. They were tasked to retrieve the ‘hostage targets’; if he wanted to see a member of the special forces, all he had to do was find out where his brethren who were ‘killed in action’ was located.

From the looks of it, he needed to observe which of his soldiers and at what locations they would get ‘killed’ by the special forces.

The squad leader really wanted to meet special forces, soldiers in training. The platoon leader had mentioned the special forces coming this time weren’t the average special forces; they were a part of the top special forces of the country, the authentic blades of the country, the average person wouldn’t even be able to meet them, and their figures rarely appear in the country.

When he heard that at the time, his body was slightly trembling from excitement.

Last night, their two squads came together for an emergency meeting. Then, the brothers of two squads each carried a ‘hostage target’ and rode a truck throughout the night to arrive at this forest that had the fire put out not long ago. They were still wondering if this was going to be an exercise while on transport; only when they assembled in the mountains did they know what they were supposed to do next.

They were going to take the ‘hostage targets’ and hide in the forests, coordinating with the two top-tier special forces units as they completed their competition!

The platoon commander had emphasized what kind of special forces unit they were; even if they were just coordinating for a little bit, they should feel honored!

As to what this special forces unit was like, he didn’t have a clue even till now; just thinking about how there’s a possibility he might encounter them, there was indescribable happiness in his heart.

Not to say they were going to spar or being taught something; he can only say learn, and learn from them.

The water ghosts of the Storm Commandos never liked to cause a commotion; their training policy revolved around ‘quietness’ and eliminated their targets without anyone realizing.

Although they weren’t experts in mountainous terrain operations, however, navigating on land was much easier than traversing through the water. Besides, they just weren’t experts; it’s not like they really didn’t know anything.

With Ye Jian’s first gunshot, the sounds of gunshot started to turn more concentrated in the mountains, and the speed of taking out targets turned faster and faster.

Ye Jian advanced at a much quicker pace than the others; the moment she locked onto a target, a situation where she missed would never occur.

A soldier wearing woodland camo appeared ahead; he held a hostage target as his shield as he leaped vertically in the forest. With a hostage target in hand, he appeared around ten meters in front of two Storm Commando members.

“Seven o’clock!” A water ghost covered as the other water ghost shot swiftly, the bullethead-less blank then accurately hit the shoulder of the soldier holding the hostage target; that spot was an effective shooting point.

Following that, the other water ghost responsible for covering completed the second, lethal shot and successfully heard the ‘beep…” long-sounding signal coming from the soldier.

There were two squads in the forest, and a squad consisted of ten soldiers, which also means there were twenty soldiers wandering the woods, and the Storm Commandos could have even match one of their members for one hostage target.

However, all these soldiers placed the ‘hostage targets’ in front of them, like robbers who use hostages as their shield, and to an extent, increased the difficulty for the Storm Commandos.

Rescuing hostages was a common occurrence for special forces soldiers; that’s why, even if it was difficult, they would still triumph.

The two squads of the regional army were pinned down by the water ghosts’ firepower and couldn’t move; either they were ambushed, or they were already taken down before they even managed to shoot.

“Devil King, our team, took down eight; what’s the situation over your side?” The water demons didn’t know the exact number of ‘hostages’ they needed to rescue. The hidden Big Shark contacted Li Jinnian, “I estimate there are two to three squads of soldiers; if each and every one of them had a hostage, then that means there’s at least 20.”
