The Kidnapped Bride

Chapter 379 - Ava Jennifer Taylor!

[IMPORTANT CHAPTER]

Things are never easy, whether it be in matters of love or power. Everyone has to go through some of the other challenging situations to have the chance to be together with their loved ones.

While some are successful in overcoming them, some end up stepping back and accepting everything as their faith.

Either way,  the choices made by any individual are the result of their actions.

The multiple attempts of Lucas to actually steal Jennifer away from Javier were totally a success.

Moreover, it was one of the best ways to uphold their power.

Yet what Lucas forgot was, he can surely snatch a lady and her body, but her heart? It was out of his league since Jennifer's heart now belongs to her own husband, Javier Johnson.

Jennifer had no idea where she was. Yet in the back of her mind, she could hear whispers.

Was she dead? She didn't think so but something did make her body ache a lot.

"Ava."

A distant voice entered into her brain when Jennifer felt herself in the midst of the darkness all around her. 'Wait.. is this my dream?'

"Not your dream dear. I just telepathed myself to get to you." She once again heard the same voice, making Jennifer's heart crumble.

Subconsciously, her gaze traveled to see herself in a white frock with her wound already normal. There was no sign of any injury either on her head or on her shoulders. "Where did it…"

"You are in your mind, Ava."

And this time, the voice seemed much closer as compared to before. Jennifer's eyes moved to see the darkness around except the faint light that was falling from the sky.

"My mind…? And who is this Ava?" She asked again, as Jennifer was totally confused by what she came across.

"Ava is you, Jennifer Taylor. Your name is Ava."

This time, not only did a voice come but her sight came across a lady appearing out of nowhere. She was wearing her golden-colored embroidered gown which was paired with the jewels. Not only that, her hair was perfectly tied up into a braid, making her look no less than any heavenly beauty.

Even Jennifer found it extremely hard to move her gaze away from such a beautiful and enhancing lady. "Yo-you.. are.. so.. pretty.."

A chuckle left out from the lady's mouth when she stepped ahead in a fairy-type gown to walk close to her.

"Thank you. My name is Sophia. And your name is Ava."

"Ava? I guess you're mistaken. My name is Jennifer." Jennifer tried to correct it since she felt the lady might have mistaken her for someone else.

But the tact smile on the lady's lips gave her some other feeling. "You are Ava only. But it seems like the situation out there has changed and now… everyone addresses you from Jennifer's name."

Was this some kind of joke? It was hard to tell as Jennifer could feel herself lifting from the place. She felt some kind of doubt mind games being played with herself.

"What am I doing here?"

"I know whatever happened to you made you really… weak. Maybe the news that will be delivered to you when you wake up, will also blow up your mind but remember that, in each dark room you see, there is a door leading to positivity."

Jennifer could sense the words of wisdom were trying to give her strength to face what was awaited for her in the future.

She won't lie, it gave her the feeling of fright as well. But at the same time, a frown curved on her forehead when she let out a sigh. "Can you please tell me what I am doing here? And who are you except for your name is Sophia?"

The lady in front of her smiled at her, which traced till her ears. Jennifer could see her body was reflecting some lights, hard to understand what was happening with the lady right now?

"You will soon understand what I meant. Remember, never let anyone tamper with you and your strong will. If you lose one thing, it is for a reason and maybe… was never meant to be yours."

"Alright wait! Why are you telling me everything!?!" Jennifer was a bit annoyed by the fact that the lady continuously blurted out but it made no sense to her.

Her frown deepened when the frustration started to tease her eyes. "Give a proper explanation before!! What the hell is happening!?"

"I don't have much time, child. Otherwise, I would have told you many things…" Sophia's face sulled up.

Her body started to shine even more with the yellow light covering her all. Her face depicted how worried she was, in the hope of just saying all she has before she departs again.

"You will have to gather all the courage in the world Ava. Don't let those people tamper with you, after all, you are way stronger than you imagine."

"Make your weaknesses your boldness." And these were her last words before Jennifer saw a cloud coming from the above head. It stopped just above Sophia's head when at last, the lady smiled at her.

The precious smile of hers made Jennifer's heart skip a beat. She could feel herself at the loss of words with her eyes tearing up on their own effort.

On seeing her sight, Sophia smiled again, "Don't cry my child… you are strong…"

"B-but..who..are you…?" Jennifer had no answers of hers. In fact, she was totally confused by what just took place, was she in her own mind when she met this unknown lady?

Sophia gave her a wide smile as she lifted her hand to point at the other side of the darkness."Go there… and lead your life. We will meet again.. when the time will be right. Go out in the real world, Ava.."

The light started to surround the lady when she felt it had started to absorb her legs. Even  Jennifer was frozen at her place where she tried to make numerous attempts to walk in her direction to stop from going anywhere.

Yer she failed as her legs neve moved in that way.

However, the lady yelled opposite to her, yelled when she once again told, "Go out Ava! You have to wake up before it's too late!"

"Go out and face those demons. Get yourself the love you craved for… and know your real identity as well. Go out, Ava! Run in that way!" Sophia kept on pointing to her right when Jennifer traveled her eyes to look at the small hole it was.

Without thinking twice, she ran in its direction to enter into the small light hole. But the moment she was ready to step inside, did Jennifer turn around for the last time to gaze back at the lady who was vanishing bit by bit.

Her lower half had already turned into shattered pieces, leaving her upper body.

However, Jennifer's eyes met those captive ones of the lady, which contained strength, courage, and…. Love for her.

"Go ahead, Ava Jennifer Taylor. We will meet very soon…. Maybe sooner than what I expect." And these were the last words she heard before Jennifer turned around to step inside the white hole which gave her a lot of ache and pain to bear.

"JENNIFER!"
