Without uttering a single word anymore, Jennifer rushed back to her room.

To everyone's surprise, neither did she looks weak nor normal.

"Jennifer! Jennifer wait!"

Hannah's yelled, in order to stop her but to her dismay, Jennifer never took the turn back.

She ran all the way to the above while Hannah and Austin followed behind without wasting a single moment.

Yet what amazed others were how fast she ran to her room out of a sudden, what exactly happened to her?

No one had my idea but Javier's gaze never tore from her back.

His eyes gleamed with sadness which he had to hide somehow.

Managing the emotions was hard but revealing himself completely will not make him gain anything too.

Closing his eyes, he stopped the tears which were on the bay of falling down his cheeks, 'No Javier.. you can't let that happen. In the end, no one will understand you..'

With this, Javier shifted his attention back to the rest of the members present.

Mr. Dakota was shocked when he averted his gaze in Shawn's direction, "What happened to the girl? Is she alright?"

"Y..yeah.. she will be right, ignore her actions. Anyways, I would like this to be really grand and make welcomed! Everyone should know that Javier Johnson is getting married to Emily Dakota!"

Laughter and giggles were heard. The two families were excited and he continued to plan the arrangements.

The couple sat there but both of them had different expressions.

While one was overwhelmed with the excitement, the other was feeling the clouds of gloominess spreading all over his heart.

His entire mind was fixed on the certain girl when he can't deny the fact that he was feeling anger arose in his heart

'Will she be fine? She looked broken..'

'But what can I even do now? Can I leave this place abruptly now?' Javier was in a conflict of thought while his brain was engrossed in a difficult and hard situation.

Mumbling in between his breathes a sigh escaped his lips, "Hopefully, she will not do anything stupid this time.."

….

Meanwhile, Jennifer rushed back to her room, slamming it behind her.

Standing with the back door support, she can feel her uneven breathing already.

The distance was evident on her face which was hard to even hide downstairs too, she never meant to be less sarcastic but seeing the two of them together, suffocated her.

Subconsciously, her hands traveled towards her neck when her grip tightened.

Not able to stand anymore, she slid down on her feet, finally sitting on the ground.

"What... exactly what is happening? Marriage?" Mumering in between her breath she almost finds the situation laughable.

They were getting married? Out of nowhere?

Why? There were dozens of situations which she wanted to know but who will tell her?

She was on the verge of confessing her feelings to him but the bomb was dropped over her head. The man she actually loved for the very first time in her life, is now planning to get engaged to his fiance?

Moreover that fiance of his.. was nothing to him, wasn't that what he told her? 'Looks like everything was nothing but a trap of lies.. a big lie..'

A scoff left her mouth when she felt her lips curving upwards.

Her thoughts ran too wild when she can already feel them engaged in front of her eyes.

Shaking her head, Jennifer tried her best to dismiss the thought but the shot wasn't only hard but almost impossible.

Especially when the situation is already standing on her face like a big wall.

"Jennifer.. congratulations! Your love is about to get married!" Yelling on the top of her lungs, was of waves of laughter filled the entire room hers.

"Hahahaha… ph gish... Javier Is getting married?! Hahaha…"

The dangerous smile of her wasn't funny but carried thousands of unspoken emotions. Jennifer can sense herself almost losing her mind.

There Was no sense left in herself when she stood on her toes with the help of the nearby shelf.

Her entire face was filled with devoid emotions, the disgust visible in her eyes.

"Ahhhh…" not thinking twice she threw the vase on the ground which broke into pieces. The broken pieces of the vases were showing her reflection but all she felt was disgust.

"You will get married to some else except me?"

The tears of her sentiments dried up but they are replaced with anger, fury which might take a troll over her mind now.

"GO TO THE HELL JAVIER! HELL!"

Many photo frames were thrown by her on the ground which broke by making sounds.

The sound made her satisfied but wasn't capable of healing her hurt. The entire episode reminds her of the first time she committed the mistake of falling in love. The past, in her heart, was hurting her.

The anger and pain were getting mixed, making her feel zero stableness in any one sentiment.

Clutching her hair tightly, she tried her best to not hear any sound but it was making her shiver.

The promises he made, the closeness which is the fierce kiss, which happened so many times. Was that all a lie?

Was she played so easily!?

Was she taken advantage of already?

"No no no! I wasn't played! Javier never lied! Never! Javier will not do that to me!"

There was no way her heart was getting convinced easily but she knew that it was hard.

Not in her sense anymore, and to distract, Jennifer walked towards the bed.

Throwing the lamps from the side on the ground once again, she was bent to break everything. The anger of Jennifer need not subside, since hurting and feeling it was almost making her go insane!

"I... I love you, Javier… Why... Why are you doing this?" Was she not lovable? why? Jennifer couldn't help but find herself falling for everything. "You trusted the wrong guy Jennifer. The wrong guy who broke your commitments.."

She never her real self be dependent on him, so how come he became such an important man in her life?

Why was he such a crucial element now? There was no answer with herself but she knew that it was now enough, she can't handle the craziness which came along.

There was nothing but darkness in the entire room. The messy ground and the broken things, nothing in their place, so wasn't Jennifer.

The eyeliner of hers was out of its place, but at this point, her eyes stared at one of the sharp pieces of the broken vase.

Not minding anything, Jennifer Lifted it in her hands and brought the same near her hand. Lifting her arm, she kept the minor distance between her wrist and the piece of glass.

One inner voice of her told her not to go for that thing but the troll of her mind was among her go mad..

Her eyes narrowed slightly when she recalled all the sweet moments of theirs, "So you thought you betrayed me? Hah! I will make you come back to me, Javier... You are supposed to be mine..."
