The Kidnapped Bride

Chapter 201 - Javier Or Austin?!

"Jennifer! I need your help here!" Javier shouted from the other side when Jennifer hurriedly rushed to his side and helped him hold the large piece of wood.

With her support, he tied the knot of the tent which they had brought.

Putting the locks together, their tent was ready. Alongside he put a trampoline over it to cover from the top.

"Is it done? Do we have to do something more?" Jennifer asked since she was seeing everything like this for the very first time in her life.

"Umm… no, it will be fine. We just have to put the mattresses inside. Otherwise, it is ready.. and strong." Javier answered when he checked it once to confirm and nodded his head.

Averting her gaze, she viewed that similar to theirs there were four more tents here ready. Others were also engaged in the work either it is Charles, Hannah, Ellen, Amaira, or Ryan.

The two big shots like Austin and Emily were too afraid to even do something like this.

It was out of their league. 'Too much egoist are they both..' that was the only word she found for them.

When her eyes were lingering at their sight, Javier came in front of her and stood beside her to speak in a slow voice, "Isn't the view too much mesmerizing of here?"

"Correct. It is too pretty from here. That large mountain.. how wonderful it will be to sleep under the lapse of nature." She was excited about the two days camp already.

Noting the smile that lingered on her face, Javier's heart was at ease.

naturally, he felt that he was getting immense happiness, just by satisfying her wishes "Now, would you like to learn some sword techniques?"

"Sure!" Vigorously shaking her head in a nod, he noted how enthusiastic she looked at this point. "Alright. I will ask Charles if we can now."

With this, Javier made his way towards his brother. At a far certain distance, she saw them conversing while she waited for his return.

At the same time, Hannah walked over to her and sighed at her about her time.

To which, Jennifer shook her head. "Nothing. Just Javier is going to help me.. to learn swordsmanship." The words themselves brought a smile and an amazing expression to Hannah's face. "Really?"

Receiving a positive answer from Jennifer's side, Hannah knew that her best friend will not lie like this.

It was too much to believe that she would see swords here. After some time Javier returned back to their side and gave her a thumbs-up, showing that they had permission for the same.

Her energy level was high already. Javier brought four swords from the trunk of the car and some necessary safety stuff.

Since he knew that Jennifer was new to everything, he needed to take precautions too.

"You will need to wear this," Javier answered while having her a big face cover which will entirely shield her face from any attack, in case she hits herself with the sword. Taking it off his hand, she observed it, "It is enough to safe...?"

"Of the best quality. You don't have to worry about it breaking. It will not and certainly, you won't get hurt too." With this, Javier bright some stuff as well that will cover her hands and legs.

He doesn't want her to get hurt anyway while learning.

But at the same time, Hannah was certainly confused when she looked at both of them "Why Are you taking so much of the.. risk?"

Hannah can't help but ask. The same words made Javier's lips curved towards to stare at the lady, "Life is full of uncertainty. We can't predict what will happen in the future. So, to safeguard yourself, one must know at least enough self-defense, instead of using a gun or to use swords."

His words left a deep impact on one Hannah, who subconsciously needed it. 'Basically, Jennifer needs it. After all, who knows if she will get married to that monster..'

Without paying attention to his talks, Jennifer dressed up while using all the safety measures. Starting at herself through the window of the car, she said, "I'm ready now!"

"Alright. Come, here now." They moved to one of the large spaces a little bit away from their tents and the rest of your people.

Javier brought out one of the swords, removing it from its casket, and answers back, "Make sure to not let your hand be loose. The wrist can't be loose at any cost."

"Hmm.." she heard his calm voice filled with utmost patience and attention.

There was no doubt she was keen to learn as it caught her interest long ago.

Fortunately, he is there to teach her.

"Go and hold it straight." As per Javier's words, Jennifer held the sword straight in alignment with her shoulder. When Javier senses she was nervous, he stepped a bit closer.

"Relax your shoulder a little bit." Hearing his gentle voice, her stiffed body relaxed automatically.

Her grip loosened around the sword when Javier told her about the hand movement too.

But on the same ground, a certain person wasn't happy to see the proximity between the two. Austin, who stood at a certain distance from both of them can feel his heart is in range.

The frown curved on his forehead where he wanted to slash Javier's head from his body with the same sword! Cutting those hands from which he touched Jennifer.

"You should stop gazing at them like this." Said Hannah, who came from behind and noticed his fierce glance.

A mocking smile appeared on his face "Wait and watch, the drama that unfolds.."

Not caring about her advice at all, Austin walked towards the two of them when his husky voice was heard again.

"Cough.. I was thinking shouldn't the best person..who is good at handling the Swords, should go ahead and teach Jennifer? What do you think Javier?" His opinion? Javier shifted his focus on the man who looked too arrogant at this point.

'He is too much!' Never in her dreams did she expect Austin to come forward and disturb her in her interesting work as well.

But at the same moment, Jennifer lost her vision.

Her entire mood turned gloomy. Glancing at his face from the corner of her eyes, no one can actually see the frosty layer of anger on her entire face

'Wished I could bury him alive..'

"That is totally wrong-" Jennifer wanted to deny his wish but before that, Javier's answer went straight to Austin.

"You are correct Mr. Brown. The best man should go and teach her, but we have to decide between the two of us. Are you suggesting a round of the fight with swords?"

...

So, on whose team are you? Javier or Austin?!?
