The Kidnapped Bride

Chapter 195 - Princess!

Hooligan!?

Tomboy word was still the bearable but who had the audacity to refer as hooligan!?

Turning around to take the look what came into her view was the man with a well-built body structure..

Why? Simply because he was too good in height and seems to be strong with good mussels. 'But he called me so rudely!'

"Why the hell are you calling me a hooligan!?" She slightly raised her voice, but in return only got stunned by his bluntness, "Then what should I call you? A thug!?"

Hannah: "..." Did I ever say that to you?

It was hard to call her calm. Yet the scorching sun was already getting on her veins so, in the end, she decided to let go of the matter too easily.

"Yes! I'm Hannah are you the man who I sent my Mr. Johnson?" The person seemed to nod his head slightly, picking her luggage, and started walking.

Without uttering a single word, he only summoned her to follow him which she did, with absolute quietness.

At last, he brought her near his car, by putting the luggage in the tunk. "Get in the car. In the front."

"Oh..Okay." as instructed, she sat on her passenger seat, only to find the interior being ultra-simple yet magnificent.

The wooden finishing added to the color combination, where she found that inside it way too lashing. Her wide eyes were already known by Ellen yet he sealed these lips.

Hitting the road when he noted that she is already out of a daze, he scolded, "Are you a child that needs to be reminded of basic safety rules?"

She found him to be hard, what does he mean to say? "Can you please be briefer?"

"The basic safety rules followed for the road? Aren't you aware of that?" Looking that she is still puzzled, Ellen had to wonder twice if he wasn't with any child who has no clue about things!

Pointing towards the seat belt, he answered back, "In our state, it is simple to rule to use seat belts for safety purposes. Please do the same.."

"Oh.. yeah sure." Although, Hannah found it outmoded already. Since many times, she had heard that people do use seat belts but there was no rule regarding it in Lucas's state

'This state is more.. civilized I guess.'

The basic protocols were followed here by everyone and it was nice to see that the state gave a vibe of them abroad as well.

But Hannah soon realized the speed of the car when she felt that they were driving at a very rapid pace. "Mr? See, I don't have any wish to die so soon so.. can you please check your speed?"

"Nothing will happen to you even at this speed so you can be relaxed."

His distant tone wasn't giving her any kind of calm.

Instead, she can sense the fear coming on her way very soon when the man rode the car as if it was in a kind of race.

Holding the seat beneath her, her face out of the blue turned pale. She never has encountered any ride at such speed.

Moreover, her heart hammered against her chest as if.... she will just die at this moment!

"No! Please! Lower the speed right now!" Seeing a lady beside him, requesting him, Ellen finally lowered the speed. "So, the hooligan is actually afraid of such things.."

Once again the same word…

If it was in her hand, she would have knocked his head into a million pieces. Yet, being in an unknown land, didn't give her that much power. "Ummm… Just drive at a normal pace."

Hearing this, Ellen sealed his mouth and drove with the normal speed. Peaking the girl beside him, he saw her stiff body relaxing.

'I thought she is.. a badass. But it looks like, she is simply a tiger who is afraid of mere cockroaches.'

Not judging her anymore, Ellen took the road which led them to one of Javier's townhouses. It was a single bungalow with a water view, away from the city hustle.

Seeing that they were riding in the beautiful terrain, Hannah's heart became warm.

Her eyes never tore from the beautiful view filled with glass fields, making it look wonderful.

"Is Jennifer kept away from everyone?" Hannah subconsciously asked to get shook. "No, she lives with Mr. Johnson, in his mansion. But for your meeting with her.. he will bring her here."

"Living with Johnsons?!? In their private mansion? Oh my… they let Lucas's bride stay there?" Her face clearly indicated how shocked she was.

It was hard to imagine, people like Johnsons tolerate Jennifer.

Ellen had no interest to reply but seeing her curiosity at its peak, he did say, "For her safety…" a short crisp answer to distinguish her seriousness.

Later, she can ask Jennifer when they meet.

After a one and half hour ride, the car finally arrived near one of the bungalows.

It wasn't big enough or too much glory yet a simple house. But what caught her sight was the significant view from its deck.

Coming out of her car, Hannah's eyes landed on Jennifer who ran in her direction and immediately gave her a bear hug, "Oh My god... Hannah.. you're finally here."

"Shh… it's alright. You don't have to be afraid among these foreign people. Your one and your dear are already here now." her words brought a chuckle out from Jennifer's side whose eyes were slightly filled with tears.

It was hard to not miss her best friend, just coming to the next state, entirely for her. "I..I.. wasn't hoping it to be so soon.."

Hearing this, Hannah's face relieved a faint smile.

Holding Jennifer's hand tenderly she answered back, "Sometimes… When things are supposed to happen, they automatically happen. When I talked to my superior, he agreed in an instant. Guess.. my luck was to land in this state!"

Jennifer just smiled and brought her inside the bungalow. Stepping inside came in her view as the wooden work was done. The living room has a television and a wide kitchen.

Bringing her near Javier, Jennfier excitedly introduced both of them. "Here! Meet my dear.. kidnapper! Who saved me from that wedding!"

At this point, Hannah's eyes narrowed slightly she observed Javier from top to bottom. 'He.. doesn't look like he is a kidnapper..'

"I hope you haven't given any kind of discomfort to my princess... otherwise, you will have to face my wrath, remember that."
