Chapter 524

Chapter 524: Request of Aakesh

“I won’t fight you again,” Katrina bluntly told Aakesh since she was in no mood to fight Aakesh after she had a battle with him sometime earlier.

“I don’t want you to fight me,” Aakesh expressionlessly responded.

Katrina and Autumn heaved a sigh of relief, but their sighs came to a sudden stop hearing what Aakesh said next.

“I want you to fight Lily similar to what you did with me. I want her to get accommodated with her newly found strength before we went for the world created by your ruler,” Aakesh requested Katrina and Autumn, stating his purpose for talking with them.

“No!” Katrina bluntly refused. Autumn agreed since Lily was her ancestor, and if her ancestor were strong, it would only help her.

Aakesh didn’t expect such a straight refusal from Katrina.

“I only help you in your training because I have made a deal with you. The stronger you are, the more chances you have for survival, but for Lily, I don’t care,” Katrina stated her reason for refusal after seeing Aakesh expressionlessly looking at her.

Aakesh didn’t speak anything in response since he understood that Katrina didn’t owe him anything. If not for their deal, she wouldn’t have even let him live according to her cruel personality.

Aakesh then looked at Autumn. She agreed straight away to train with Lily since Lily was her ancestor and the only family she would have in the Conspiracy continent or the outer world.

Hearing Autumn accepting his request, Aakesh nodded and thanked her.

The reason behind Aakesh asking for Autumn and Katrina to train Lily was that he wanted Lily to get accommodated with her newly gained power after the breakthrough.

Even though Katrina had refused, Aakesh didn’t care much for Autumn accepted it. Autumn would be more than enough for Lily to get accommodated with her strength, and maybe she would even grow stronger just like he did.

“You’re a cow,” Katrina commented after Aakesh left.

“She’s my ancestor. If I help her grow stronger, it will make me feel better,” Autumn didn’t mind Katrina’s taunt and responded.

“That’s why I said you’re a cow. Feeling good after helping someone where you have nothing to gain,” Katrina smilingly stated and returned to her chairs.

Autumn had her reasons for helping Lily, but Katrina didn’t. She didn’t even care about what happened to Lily. The only person she cared for was Aakesh, who would help her exit the Conspiracy continent and enter the outside world.

Autumn didn’t mind Katrina and took a step forward. The next moment, she appeared a few meters away from Lily.

Autumn didn’t disturb Lily since she was still busy finding out everything she had gained after the breakthrough and waited for her to come around.

Time flew by.

“Wow!” Lily exclaimed in admiration as she reduced her weight, using Garima, and not long after, she increased it.

Aakesh could only smile wryly, seeing Lily playing with the skills she had gained after the breakthrough. He didn’t disturb her and waited for her to stop since he knew Lily would want to show off.

As expected, not long after, Lily stared at Aakesh with a smile on her face and started telling him about the skills she had gained after the breakthrough.

Even though Aakesh already had the complete information of all the new skills Lily gained, he still didn’t stop her and let her continue with a gentle smile spread across his face.

“It seems you’ve gained a lot,” Aakesh smilingly told Lily as he picked her up and played with her fur.

“Yes. Now you don’t have to worry. I will protect you from anyone who attempts to harm you,” Lily enjoyed Aakesh playing with her. She told Aakesh in her childlike voice and pounced her tiny fist into the air.

Aakesh could only smile, hearing what Lily said.

Time flew by.

“Oh,” Lily nodded in her childlike voice as Aakesh told her about the world. Before falling asleep, Lily hadn’t seen Katrina, so he also introduced her to Lily.

“We will rest here for one year, and then we will leave for that world,” Aakesh suddenly told Lily.

A confused expression appeared on Lily’s face since she thought that Aakesh and her would leave now that she had woken up.

“In this one year, I want you to get accommodated with your full strength. I want you to learn how to use what skill in what situation, so no rest for you this year,” Before Lily could ask for the reason, Aakesh told her.

“One year of training,” Lily couldn’t help but mutter in surprise, hearing what Aakesh said.

Lily wanted to say something to make Aakesh change his mind since she didn’t like any kind of training unless she could show off her skills. But the moment Lily looked at Aakesh’s face, no words of refusal came out of her mouth. Right now, Aakesh had the same expression he had whenever it was the time for training.

Lily knew that the current Aakesh would never change his mind, and would only get angry with her if she refused, so without speaking even a word of complaint, she accepted her fate and was ready for one year of training.

Aakesh could guess what Lily was thinking, but since Lily’s thoughts were correct, he didn’t try to coax Lily into training. They had spent tens of millenniums together, and Aakesh had already taught her that there was no shortcut in training and that Aakesh would never care for her choice when it came to it.

But since Lily had just gotten her most powerful breakthrough up to this point, Aakesh didn’t want her to train this year without her choice. Just like the system had given him a gift, he wanted to gift something big to Lily.

“If you complete the year of training, I would give you @
