Chapter 419

Chapter 419: Reward(1)

“Why are you killing us? We didn’t do anything to you,” A Moonlight Elf cried out in anger and pain as the lower half of his body had burnt off in the last blast.

Aakesh didn’t even take a glance at the Elf. He instead aimed his bow at his next target, stretched the bowstring, and released it.

“Boom!”

Soon, a loud explosion erupted as a mushroom cloud filled with dust spread across the area for a few miles, while the Elf got vaporized due to being very close to the blast site.

It was the last base of Nielle present in the Primal dimension. Aakesh ignoring the blast and cloud, aimed his bow toward the next target, stretched the bowstring and released it.

One second passed, two seconds passed,…, fifty seconds passed, and just like that, six minutes had passed.

“Boom!”

An explosion echoed in the area, but no life was present to hear or see it. The planet that had life thriving over it before Aakesh’s arrival had now turned into ruins.

Not even a semblance of life could be found, and similarly, none of the structures remained, becoming a lost civilization for those who would someday take birth in the future on the planet.

Aakesh not only completely destroyed the organization Demonic-Fire, and several of its subsidiaries, but this round of assault also resulted in the complete extinction of once a top race in the Primal dimension.

After today, no bloodline of Aisad would ever appear in the Primal dimension if the Aisads who had ascended in the past never returned.

Aakesh didn’t care much for massacring an entire race as it wasn’t he who took the initiative. Even though an organization from a higher dimension was behind everything, Aakesh had already vowed that anyone related to Nielle would die. While a few Aisads became innocent casualties in the round of ‘Marked Death’.

Aakesh took a last look at the planet and left, hoping for a new civilization to thrive here in the future.

His current distance was very far from the store, so if he traveled by his regular teleportations, it would take him days, if not weeks, but Aakesh didn’t have to worry about it. He took out a blue card from his system sanctioned pocket space.

It was the supreme card the customers could buy. Before departing, he had taken out a card for a situation like this.

He then tapped the draconian symbol, defining teleport. The next moment, the space around him turned open more than Aakesh could achieve.

Aakesh didn’t have to do anything. At an unimaginable rate, the scenery around him began changing. Before he could even catch a glance of the moving scenes, he found himself standing in a familiar hall, the store.

[Ding!]

[Host, congratulations for successfully achieving the goal: Annihilation of Enemies!]

The flurry of mechanical alerts informing of the completion of the quest started ringing as soon as Aakesh stepped inside the store.

[Mission reward: Increase of a level, One offensive skill, successfully rewarded!]

[Host, please check your rewards!]

“Thud!”

The next moment, a blue light suddenly appeared and completely engulfed him while the bow tied to Aakesh’s shoulder crashed on the floor. Aakesh lost his consciousness and subconsciously started floating up, and then he started squirming like a kid in a womb.

The bow then began slowly fading, and soon, nothing remained in its place. Since Aakesh’s quest was complete, the system took the bow back to the virtual space.

His entire body structure was changing with this breakthrough, as his previous skin started falling off. But before the dead skin could touch the hardwood floor, it dispersed into light particles and returned to Aakesh with more purity.

His red dhoti below his waist started coming off on its own as if it were alive, and then it fell to the ground without even a hint of tear on it.

“Ugh!”

Aakesh, who had his eyes closed, groaned in pain as his previous entire structure started dissolving. Not long after, every drop of his blood had vaporized, and their vapors had helped the blue light around him turn stronger and darker.

A few seconds later, only the brain and the heart covered by a skeletal structure remained in the store, while the blue light surrounding Aakesh had begun releasing a frightening amount of pressure.

If someone were present here, the pressure alone had made Immortal cough blood.

“Argh!”

A painful scream echoed in the store as Aakesh was feeling unbearable pain at this moment. Even though there was no vocal cord present, his voice could still ring.

It was now the turn of the blue bones. Soon, they started melting, and the liquid, instead of touching the floor, joined the blue light like others.

A few seconds later, only Aakesh’s brain and heart remained floating in the air, entirely surrounded by a blue light that almost looked black.

After the bones, Aakesh brain dissolved into the blue light. Now only the heart remained.

“Lub! Dub!”

“Lub! Dub!”

“LUB! DUB!”

“LUB! DUB!”

The heart didn’t dissolve, but his heartbeat began ringing in the store, and with each passing second, the sound grew at an unprecedented rate.

If the store were to remove the restriction of anyone not being able to hear what’s going on inside the store for a moment, it would kill every life present in a range of quadrillions of miles. Even intermediate Immortals present in a range of a million miles around the store would explode and die.

The sound didn’t grow weaker, but it got louder and quicker with each passing moment.

“BOOM!”

Finally, the heart wasn’t able to handle the increase in the rate of heartbeat and its sound, so it exploded, resulting in the blue light covering the entirety of the store.

“ARGH!”

At that moment, a scream that could send shudders down everyone’s spine rang in the store. Despite none of Aakesh’s body parts existing, he was still alive. It was a scream that came from his soul as it was the one to take the complete brunt of the explosion.

One second passed, two seconds passed, finally, three seconds later, the blue light that looked black started contracting and returning to its usual sphere of area.

“Lub! Dub!”

“Lub! Dub!”

The sound of heartbeats returned in the store as the blue light started giving birth to a new heart.
