The First Store System

Chapter 335 - Tristan(1)

Chapter 335 – Tristan(1)

Chapter 335: Tristan(1)

With the rise of the sun in Visteerna, the light forced darkness to hide back. Aakesh also exited Panagea after the system informed him.

Aakesh appeared in the portal room after exiting Panagea.

The door of his room emerged floating in the store, and soon the stairs connecting it to the hardwood floor appeared.

After taking his bath, Aakesh stepped down the stairs. He then went to the door and opened it, marking the start of another day for the store.

As usual, Aakesh noticed a large crowd waiting on the street for the store to open with eager faces. After stepping away from the door, the people rushed into the store like a torrent of water.

Many people forced their way into the store as only the first 150 participants would get their turn in the first group for Panagea.

A few seconds later, the street returned to calm as the crowd had already entered the store.

A golden hue surrounded the first 150 customers that had stepped first into the store. Since new customers rarely arrived at the store this early, there were no new customers in the first group.

Those customers who had cards first greeted Aakesh and then went to the portal room. The group of Pento and Bislo first bought mental healing pills for their group and then moved to the portal room.

Those customers who didn't have cards paid for their services in Panagea to Aakesh by hand, and only then were they able to enter the portal room and Panagea.

The 150 places for the second group of customers for Panagea had also gotten filled out for now, and there were around seventy spots left for the third group.

Since there were currently no new customers in the store, Aakesh went to his chair and relaxed.

Those who had come here for Panagea found their spots in the store, sat down, and began meditating since only the customers waiting for their entry into Panagea could meditate and enjoy the unlimited energy-filled environment in the store.

Not all of them sat down for meditation. Several of them decided to train in the training area since there was no time limit for customers in the first four levels of difficulties.

Even though the cost didn't prove equivalent to the benefits provided to the customers in the first four levels of the training area, the customers still found it to be beneficial due to no limit on their entries like other products. They felt that it would prove to be even more beneficial in the long run. Even if their beliefs turned out to be wrong in the future, they wouldn't mind much such was their faith in the value of the store.

Tristan belonged to the Human race and lived in the Blue Wyrm Kingdom, the neighbor of the Bisan Kingdom.

He had half of his face burnt, giving him a hideous look. He wasn't an ordinary citizen but someone who had retired from Kingdom services. He was the previous army chief of the Blue Wyrm Kingdom.

Tristan was a late Void Condensation level cultivator, so he had a lifespan of hundreds of years, and he was only 79 this year. For someone of this age, he not only looked older, but he was way too young for retirement.

He hadn't retired recently, but he had retired twenty years earlier, meaning at the age of 59, he had already left the services. At that time, he had reached the cultivation level he was currently in, showing his talent.

It wasn't out of his choice but due to circumstances. The half-burnt face was one such reason.

Twenty years earlier, he was a well-known figure not only in the Blue Wyrm Kingdom but also in the Bisan Kingdom. But since when has fortune been infinite, and tragedy has announced its arrival? Tristan got affected by such an unannounced tragedy, and one night changed everything for him.

The area around the Mysterious Peak on the western part of the Kingdom had seen numerous disappearances in the past few days. So when several Nascent Soul soldiers went to search for the criminal causing such situations and didn't return, the King had to personally take the case into his hands. He then had ordered Tristan to solve the case with twenty elite soldiers.

Tristan's search didn't come to naught, and he found the criminal without even going deep to the Mysterious Peak.

A group of three people was behind the disappearance of so many people around this area. All three members in the group were female and headed by only an early Void Condensation, while the other two members were both late Nascent Souls.

Tristan and the group couldn't see the faces of the ladies as they had masks over their faces. They only recognized the gender because all three ladies were naked when the group had found them.

Seeing that the leader was only an early Void Condensation cultivator, Tristan acknowledged the mission to be easier than he had expected.

If Tristan and the group of soldiers were to see the faces of the three ladies, they would've noticed that all three of them had the same appearance.

The leader of the group was named Shuang, and seeing the group of soldiers founding her, instead of feeling afraid, a cruel grin spread across her face behind the mask.

Shuang wasn't a resident of the areas around here, but she has come from another continent in Visteerna.

The other two ladies were clones of Shuang; that's why they had the same appearance.

The purpose behind Shuang coming into these areas was to sacrifice people to satisfy the Demon she believed in.

Until now, Shuang had already sacrificed more than a million citizens belonging to the Blue Wyrm Kingdom alone.

"YOU DEMONESS," Tristan shouted in anger, seeing the situation of the people that had disappeared.

They were lying naked on the ground with no hint of life. Tristan could see a pattern made up of a circle inside a star, and then it was covered in a big circle. From the looks, these patterns were made on the chest of the corpses with a sharp object.

The corpses were also put in the same way to make a similar pattern on the ground.

Seeing the corpses in such situations, Tristan knew the group was conducting a ritual here.
