Tinsley screamed as he sped in and out of her furiously. She held onto the bedsheet tightly and gritted her teeth not to shot out loud anymore and get the neighbours coming onto them.

Kian took hold of her legs, putting them on his shoulders and resumed his movements in and out of her small opening.

The entire room revolved around her head before she felt him twitching inside of her and coming hard and fast, groaning and cursing deep inside of her.

He felt himself drained out as he fell onto the bed, beside her, both huffing and panting for air.

He tilted his head to see her, naked as the day she was born, laying right by his side.

Her chest heaving up and down, littered with his love bites everywhere. He looked proud of himself.

Tinsley reached her hand down to rub her core. She swiped off some of his ejaculations on her finger and raised it up to her eyes to see.

The moment he closed the door of the bathroom and Tinsley heard the shower on, she got up on her feet and walked towards the small closet.

She thrashed her hanging clothes aside and then took out the white handkerchief. She unwrapped the knot and took one pill out.

She kept the rest back inside the closet and went towards the bedside table to have the pill with the glass of water kept on it.

She closed her eyes in relief for completing her shots for this month too without being caught.

With that being done, she bent down to wear back her maxi lying on the floor after Kian had undressed her before.

She strode out of their bedroom and into the kitchen to start cooking breakfast. She kept the baked cakes from last night aside and hid them with her coat over them so that when Madi came, she would just collect her coat over the basket and Kian won't be able to see it.

She had been doing it for three months now and had gotten pretty good in it. Kian hardly noticed any anomaly.

She was glad for the first time in her life that things were going the way she wanted.

She was earning, contributing to the household, her relationship with her husband was going smooth and they were finally in a place where arguments were negligible.

Kian got out of the shower and wore his clothes for the day before joining her in the kitchen and having their breakfast together.

Once done, Tinsley freshened up and got ready to leave. She came out dressed in a summer frock and bent down to collect her coat along with the basket.

Kian looked up at his wife, sitting on the sofa in the living room, his laptop opened for work.

"I will leave now!"

She declared. He nodded. She walked up to him and dropped a kiss on his right cheek as a goodbye.

"Don't wait up for lunch, I m going on a brunch with Madi and Lana."

"Of course! You told me that five times by now."

Kian stated. She shrugged off. She just did not want him to forget and keep waiting for her for lunch as he did last few times.

"I love you! Bye!"

She said and then clicked opened the door heading out, closing it behind her leaving Kian all by himself in the house.

Life was going smooth. There was no room for fights or reckless drama. This past month had been a blast.

She was being the perfect wife, a husband could ever ask for. She cooked, cleaned and satisfied him on the bed without a full stop in between any of those.

What could he ask for more?? Was there anything more he could hope for??

The answer to the question was a wide deep void. He still could not bring himself up to tell her he loved her too.

Every time he tried or thought of confessing it just for the sake of her, something inside of him would hold him back up.

He could not lie and say that what Valeria said to him long ago about her father being the reason for his mother's demise...he could not still to this date unheard the entire ranting.

Maybe...maybe it was one of the many reasons why he could not yet bring it in himself to return her 'I love you' back to her.

What was most disturbing was that earlier when he would not say it back every time she did, her face would change colour to sadness but in these past months, nothing in her seemed different after he would not say a word to her after her confession.

She would seem so unfazed by it that just after saying that she loved him, she would not wait for a few seconds like she used to do before for him to say something, instead, she would get up and go to work.

It was as if she had gotten used to him not repeating it to her or as if 'I love you' was the most common confession for her which did not mean much to her.

Regardless of it all, he was happy. She was happy too. He could tell and see that. They were both happy as a couple. And that was all that mattered!

Meanwhile, in the restaurant, Tinsley, Madi and Lana waited impatiently for their food to arrive.

They were all chatting about the story of their life so far. Lana nagged about how exhausted she was after her London Fashion Week a few days ago.

Tinsley told them about how things were at best in her life at the moment. It sure was tiring to keep up to it all but she would not change anything of it.

Madison mostly kept quiet as her mind had been fogged after that kiss she and John had shared.

She had been avoiding full talks ever since afraid that her cheating shenanigans would drop out of her mouth in one stroke.

As soon as the food arrived, they all dug onto their plates. They did not talk much while eating as they were all hungry.

"Actually, next week, I have planned a small getaway to my brother's small island in Nuare. Tinsley, maybe you can join me and Madi??"

Lana offered. Madi dropped her fork on the table hearing it. She was not informed about the getaway at all.

"What getaway??"

"Sorry babes! I forgot to mention it to you. I mean I have been working so hard and you almost followed me twice around the globe so I thought both of us deserved a break, you know so..."

"Fine!! Fine!! I get it!"

Madi interrupted Lana. Lana smiled at Madi for understanding her.

"But I have the meeting scheduled for John to meet Kian finally this week so.."

"He is my brother, I will ask him to postponed it!"

Lana suggested. Madi dropped the topic knowing how stubborn Lana was by nature.

"So Tinsley, what do you say??"

Tinsley eyed them being clueless. She did not know if her husband would allow her to go.

"What about Kian??" She asked, hesitantly.

"Not like you listen to him anyway! " 

Madi reamrked.

It was the truth but every time lying to her husband felt awful !
