"Be careful!" The young man subconsciously cried out. Luo Lixi's back flinched because of the cold surface of the glass. 

Sheng Ruming grabbed her waist, his arms wrapped around her tightly as he dragged her away along with him. Both of them saw how the vaguely broken area was slowly turning into something big.

From the part where it cracked to the whole glass wall.

Creak~ Crack~

"Oh hell no!" Luo Lixi murmured, clutching hard against him in fear and worry.

The man felt the warning responsibility for her safety and wrapped her tightly in his embrace. With them in each other's arms trying to give each other a secure feeling and warmth, they retreated to a safe place, far away from the ground with the glass wall. 

Sheng Ruming was speechless, processing everything that happened in surprise while Luo Lixi was horrified, beyond horrified as the imagination of her bloody figure pierced by all those sharp broken glasses surfaced across her mind.

In her trance, she even forgot the matter, the shame and logic that she was currently in only her underwear. She didn't even know what she should do now. Not when everything she could think was of the dreadful-might-have-happened accident. 

Crash~

With a loud crash, more pieces of the glass wall broke out into further several pieces as they fell on the ground with a loud shattering voice, piercing their ears, those pieces seemed like dust covering the floor with no significance. 

They couldn't help but remain close to each other, not wanting to move an inch. Sheng Ruming, however, began to enjoy the moment very much~

"Ah!" Luo Lixi screamed as the loud noise of the glasses hitting the ground rang all over and hid into Sheng Ruming's embrace, he gulped l down, feeling the outline pressing against him and wrapped his arms around her tightly and securely. The broken glasses were scattered all over the floor and in all the directions.

The man, however, acted as if nothing happened. He hugged her tightly and kissed the top of her head, taking her completely off guard, "It's fine. Don't be afraid. Later, I will sue the hotel for using such low quality things. What if that thing fell on you while I wasn't present?! Just thinking is enough to make my heart tremble!"

"..."

Luo Lixi lifted her head and saw his face which was indeed very serious, and his dark eyes glaring at the wall in rage was scary.

 Then, Luo Lixi returned her sight to the ground and saw the work he had done. She scoffed and ridiculed him, "It is you who has punched on the wall and broken it. Don't blame others for the thing… Ah, hey!"

Sheng Ruming said self-righteously. "I just used light force to punch it earlier. Who knew it would break?...that too so suddenly!"

Luo Lixi didn't want to be outdone. She was mad, like very much and pissed as well, "You didn't reply. Why are you in my room? I mean seriously?! The hotels now aldays are so fickle! What about my safety? They just gave you my room's key card like that?!"

Hearing her, Sheng Ruming leaned down and stared at her face. He said very seriously, "Wife, whatever hotels you have checked in these days, coincidentally those are mine. Thus, even if the manager has guts, he won't block me from you. Moreover, they know our relationship!"

Luo Lixi was speechless. She pondered over his words for a moment which sounded very familiar.

Hearing no response but seeing her avoiding his gaze had him uncomfortable, his dark eyes remained fixed on hers.

That intense gaze though, even when she was looking away, his piercing gaze eyeing down at her intensely, made her flustered. "What? Move your face from me… I will sue them even if they are employees your hotels! Humph! "

Sheng Ruming didn't want to hear her lecture which was to denounce and bully his little heart. He lifted her up and then strolled to the huge bed with a straight face, even though she was shocked and surprised with his dominance.

Then, with utmost care, Sheng Ruming placed her on the bed. Then, the man turned towards the mess on the ground and gave it a murderous look, 'Damn this wall! Ruined my quality time!'

A deep frown took place on his face as he glanced around. Afterwards, he turned to look at Luo Lixi who was staring at him, seemed to be waiting to see what he was up to.

"Cough! It's still too early. You should sleep for a few hours." With embarrassment, Sheng Ruming covered her body with a blanket and then tried to lay beside her but with a whoosh~ Luo Lixi rolled around to the other end of the bed. 

"I can't sleep. You go ahead if you want." She wrapped herself in the blanket and turned into a pink cute caterpillar. 

Then she jumped down, and intended to go away from his sight but the man rushed up to her, blocking her from walking away with his arms wrapped over her tightly.

He hugged her tight from the back and didn't move, also didn't let her move. Luo Lixi wiggled around as she struggled hard to escape his hold but the man was like an unmoving piece of brick. 

Luo Lixi slightly turned around, looking at him through her shoulder and glared hard at him as she said, "Let go!"

"I won't!" Sheng Ruming yelled back, nudging his head into the crook of her neck. His hug tightened further when she hit him with the back of her head. 

"Be good, don't make trouble~" Sheng Ruming lifted the caterpillar version of Luo Lixi and placed her on his shoulder, carrying her like a sack and then put her on his lap.

Luo Lixi glanced sideways and said with gritted teeth, "Don't you think, you are too much. If you dare to bother me anymore, I will crush you to death with my weight!"

After saying, she wriggled her butt on his lap, fueling the fire of love in the man's heart further.

When Sheng Ruming heard her, he couldn't hide his smile so he did, smiled broadly. "Heh!"

Then the next thing she knew was, her pitiful lips were attacked by the young man out of nowhere.

Well, she knew where the aggression came from though. Because of his abrupt act, their heads bumped against each other, causing Luo Lixi to see stars~

Sheng Ruming's mouth was hot and he demanded her ferociously. He deepened his kiss with so much force that Luo Lixi clearly felt his starving, hunger and needs.

Months, it had been months since he had last tasted her. Her plump soft lips against his felt like heaven and he was getting more hungry for those luscious lips and devouring them madly. 

For the past few days, he had been dying to touch her, to feel her, to let her know how much he loved her! To know how he was suffering being apart from her, his only satisfaction and home was in her arms.

She was his life and death and the passion he was willing to burn into!

"Agh…" As their lips parted, Luo Lixi's misty eyes fell on the man's hand which was stroking her belly. 

"My baby~" 

"..."

She turned around and glared at him, 'Don't assume that I don't know your thoughts! Humph!'

But even then, Luo Lixi would feel a hidden happiness whenever she thought about it. Sometimes, she even had the illusion that she might have already gotten pregnant but then… nope!

Sheng Ruming turned her around, pushed the flustered Luo Lixi against the bed and pressed himself against her body. His lips devoured hers as if there was no tomorrow.

The man refused to leave her lips even for a second. 

Luo Lixi felt her head all fuzzy, with heat, warmth, love and many more she couldn't decipher. She seemed hesitant for a second but then, having her sense getting won over by her desire, she circled her arms around Sheng Ruming. 

He hummed in bliss to have her approval, he was not gonna stop now that he knew he made her want him. He was beyond happy and satisfied in a second but he wanted more- more of her which ought to be discovered by he himself!

 He made a vague sound of approval and want when he felt her hands pressed against his back, moving around and exploring him as hers. Sheng Ruming wrapped his hands around hers and both of them hugged each other tightly, lost in their kiss- a steamy one.

Afterwards, Luo Lixi locked his waist on either side and hugged him tightly, just like a baby koala. 

When Sheng Ruming realised Luo Lixi was cooperating with him, he broke their mind-blowing kiss and stared at her from above. 

His gaze full of desire, hooded with lust and love at the same time made her stomach flip. She felt intimidated with the stare he had onto her, she felt her core down below throb with excitement.
