Madam Wang covered her lips and whispered in shock, "Lixi, isn't it too much?! After All, he is an elder as well as a shareholder who has a good reputation in the company. Just that he doesn't know what to say on certain occasions."

Luo Lixi didn't answer. Her cold eyes stared at the old man who pointed his finger towards her and spat out to spite her, "Just you wait. When you get scolded by your grandfather, you will know your position!"

"I will wait then. Get out already!"

After the fuss was over she exhaled a large amount of hot air and murmured while rubbing her temple, "This company has too many useless people who are ready to jump in to make trouble given a single opportunity... Continue!"

Everyone remained quiet for a few seconds. As if they didn't hear her. Pan Er Jiu glanced around and murmured, 'It's so different from Sheng Corporation.'

Right then, Madam Wang spoke out with an authoritative voice, "The marketing department should come forward to show and explain their plans and data. We can't be careless when examining this project."

Her words worked like magic.

For three long hours, many people came forward and told their thoughts and explained their plans regarding this project. 

Luo Lixi heard everything silently from the sideline. Nobody cared about the time which was passing away like the wind as this was a very important matter to them.

"...That's it." The last person finally finished and bowed. Then, all of them turned their attention to Luo Lixi.

Just one word from her could decide everything. So everyone was very enthusiastic while explaining the ins and outs of their plans. When the questing and answering were done, Luo Lixi went into deep thoughts and contemplated her choice.

Madam Wang took a sip of water as she took in the tense atmosphere. Her black eyes turned to Luo Lixi's face as she thought deeply, 'If she decides that we won't go to the capital to fight with other companies for this upcoming project's tender, then she can only blame her luck for me to take drastic measures to change her decision!'

Madam Wang saw that Luo Lixi seemed to be hesitant about this. She narrowed her eyes towards Luo Tiankong. The latter immediately moved and whispered beside Luo Lixi.

"This is a big project our company is thinking of picking up after you've joined. We are here for every emergency problem. Lixi… just give consent. By this, those rumours about you and Lixiang…"

Luo Lixi raised her head and told him without holding back, "I don't care what other people think. Let them make up more if they are so bored."

She glanced around and saw everyone was staring at her intensely, Luo Lixi stood up and took some time to adjust and arrange her thoughts. Inwardly, she knew that many people present there didn't believe in her. 

Luo Lixi herself was quite doubtful about her capability but even then she wanted to try for once and didn't want to rely on other people. 

'Didn't that man say the most that will happen is the bankruptcy?… I may as well go all out.'

Also, Luo Lixi clearly remembered, she had told Sheng Ruming that she would fight against him if he also had the thought of getting it. Just thinking about this made her somewhat excited and this excitement came out of nowhere.

"Alright. After three days, we will go to the capital to join for the bidding of this project." Luo Lixi saw many people were relieved by her answer. Two people even high-fived in excitement. She turned around and told Pan Er Jiu, "Make a list of five people to go with us when the time comes."

"Alright." Pan Er Jiu nodded. Luo Lixi left the room while she stayed behind to make the list. Madam Wang saw her face for a few seconds and put on a smile as she asked the man who had come beside her, "Did the company give any notice to hire an assistant for Lixi?"

"No." Luo Tiankong answered in puzzlement but the man didn't let his emotion leak out. Both people stared at Pan Er Jiu's face with interest. 

The girl was busy taking many people's names on a white sheet and didn't hear the murmurs around her. 

Madam Wang walked up and told her, "Take my name too."

Pan Er Jiu lifted her head to briefly see the other person. She didn't know the other person but knew she was an important person in this company just by the fact that she could sit beside Luo Lixi, "Your name?"

"Madam Wang will do." The old lady had a benevolent smile as she gazed upon Pan Er Jiu eyes which were shaded by her round goggles.

The girl nodded her head as she wrote down the name. Then abruptly, she paused and lifted her head. She couldn't go but muttered in exclamation, "Madam, your face looks very familiar! As if I have known you for a long time."

Madam Wang didn't think that she would hear such words from Pan Er Jiu. 

"Really? Many people have told me that I look familiar. Why so?" Madam Wang rubbed her cheek and turned around to stare at Luo Tiankong, "Do you think I have gotten a very common face?"

Pan Er Jiu slapped her head in her illusionary world and hurriedly told the other two persons to escape the current situation, "Sorry, I have to leave now. "

After she bowed slightly, her figure turned around and left in a haste. The meeting room soon turned desolate except for her and Luo Tiankong.

"This new girl, where did she pop out? Why didn't we know?" Madam Wang changed her easy-going personality in a second and asked in annoyance. 

Her ability to change face was even faster than the time one person used to blink.

"The people who are responsible to monitor the CEO's office didn't give any report about this person. So I guess it must be her first day here." Luo Tiankong whispered. Right then, the door opened abruptly and Pan Er Jiu rushed in.
