"Oh, boy… fucking cunts like you sure like your chit-chats and monologues, huh," Luke said and then sighed.
"I suppose I don't like your attitude either…" The overlord said.
In the next moment, the overlord disappeared and then reappeared, thrusting his spear toward Luke's neck, he reacted on time to block the strike of his sword, but he was pushed back several meters. Luke was used to analyzing the opponents' strength while spinning in the air and after being attacked, so he could tell that the enemy was looking down on him. That was the same as usual…
Rina used her whip, but the overlord repelled it with a single motion of his spear. It didn't have to be a genius to realize that he was the speed and strength type. Luke sighed… that was starting to annoy him. In any case, maybe he should start to use his usual strategy while the enemy keeps looking down on him, and once he decides to take things seriously, Luke would go all out to kill the bastard. That might take some time, and doing that wasn't a good idea since the other overlords might join the fight… but being reckless never helped Luke.
Rina stepped behind Luke, and then he held his sword with both hands. In the next moment, he felt his strength and speed being increased, and so he used Stinger. The overlord blocked with his spear, but he frowned upon seeing his grip trembling slightly. Luke used the skill again and again, and this time he made the opponent take a single step back.
"That wasn't half bad, but it puts quite the strain on your arms, right?" The overlord asked.
Luke ignored that and attacked again, this time with a horizontal Slash that was once again blocked by the enemy. Still, Luke didn't stop there and used Sonic Blade. The enemy must push Luke's sword slightly, and then his own strength nullified the power of the skill. That opponent sure was skilled, adding that to the difference in strength, Luke couldn't see many paths to victory.
Rina realized that buffing Luke's strength and speed wasn't the best idea. She had to focus on one of those to grant Luke the chance to cause some damage. Even if she does that, his parameters won't reach the same level as the enemy… would that change anything? In the end, Rina decided to focus on buffing his strength and supporting him from behind with her attacks in order to decrease the effects of the skill… once she did that, Luke began to cause some damage with Stinger. Still, it didn't even reach the two-digit mark… naturally. The enemy was recovering from that damage instantly. However, things soon changed a little bit.

Luke's army of skeletons still was working, and he was gaining experience from them. Thanks to that, he managed to increase his strength and when he used Stinger again… the calm expression on the overlord's face disappeared.
"… You are quite the troublesome fellow," the overlord said.
"Why thank you," Luke said.
"I wasn't praising you…" the overlord said and then stepped back.
In the next moment, the overlord began to hold his spear with both hands and assumed an offensive stance. Something big was coming… Luke could tell that the enemy was growing wary of him. Luke didn't have the confidence of repelling or even blocking the attack of an opponent of that level. So, maybe it was time to take some risks… his sword was too useful to sacrifice, but maybe he didn't have any other option. Still, at the last moment, Luke hesitated and grabbed a random sword from the ground, and used Weapon Augmentation level six.
In the next moment, Luke moved his sword to his back and then assured the tail guard, but that only lasted for a moment. He then swung his weapon toward the opponent and sent a massive shockwave toward him. However, the overlord didn't even flinch. He just moved his spear slightly, but that sent an even more powerful shockwave toward Luke..
