Speed Is King

385 The fight is on!

385 The fight is on!

"ALL HAIL KAI! KING OF ALL THE BEASTS AND KING OF ALL DRAGONS!" Red shouted with exultation. "ALL HAIL KAI! ALL-"

A massive maw suddenly appeared above him and…

SNAP.

The maw closed.

Gulp.

Every single pair of eyes swiveled to look at Dragon Apostle Purity who had just swallowed the Wind Apostle whole.

"I figured he would benefit from a little bit of meditation within my stomach for a few days." Dragon Apostle Purity shrugged casually as she settled back down to her previous position as though nothing happened.

Within their public mindspace, an utterly terrified Red was squawking with all of his heart.

"AIYEEEEEEEE!!! Where am I? What happened?? Is this… Is this… AIIIYIEEEEEEEEE!! STOMACH ACID!! HELP!!! HELPPPP!!! I GOT EATEN GUYS! I GOT EATENNN!!"

"You're a powerful Wind Apostle. Whip up a shield or something, dumbo." Brock said with a laugh.

"Ah!! That's right. Damn it! Who!! Who ate me!! You better spit me out right now before I turn your stomach into shreds!!" Red squawked angrily.

"You can do whatever you want. I will keep you in my tummy for a few days to teach you a lesson. We dragons are not to be insulted." Dragon Apostle Purity said serenely.

"What! You!! To think that such a beautiful dragon can be so evil! Pip! Get her to spit me out right now!! You evil dragon, you better let me out right now! If not, I will cast my ultra powerful blade tornado within your stomach and make you fart loudly in front of everyone else! How would you like that, huh?" Red threatened Dragon Apostle Purity.

"Hahahaha!" Dragon Apostle Purity's melodious laughter rang out with utmost grace within the public mindspace and in real life. "Master, it's good that you have a clown amongst your beasts. I am sure this little bird is a constant source of entertainment for you."

"Entertainment? Haha! I guess in a way, he is entertaining. But he is also quite irritating sometimes." Elliot laughed.

"Hmmmm. Would you like me to digest him for real?" Dragon Apostle Purity offered.

"WHAT! How can you even think of doing that! You… you evil monster! You bird-eating abomination! You white scaled yeti!" Red shouted loudly and very indignantly. "I am a very valuable Element Spitter worth trillions of resource planets! Eating me is a sin against the entire known universe!"

"And a very big distraction." Elliot sighed. "Red, I'll let you out. But make sure you watch your tongue. The next time you make one of the dragons eat you up, I will let you stay there for a week! Got it?"

"Okay! Okay! Let me oooouttt!!" Red instantly replied.

Elliot nodded at Purity and she promptly transformed into her dragon form and spat Red out.

"Gaahhh!! Freeedommm!! I'm out of heree!!" Within seconds of escaping Dragon Apostle Purity's tummy, Red went back to his beast dimension!

The other beasts merely chuckled and shook their heads. Every group would definitely have their own black sheep, every family their own strange sibling.

It's all part of life.

Love them, hate them, they are family. And because they are family, they are untouchable by outsiders.

Even if they are irritating like Red.

"Okay. Now that the trouble maker is gone, we can go back to the main issue at hand. My turn." Elise Sands' eyes gleamed with a strange glow as she beheld the clone portal.

"Hmmm. Go ahead." Elliot nodded. "It's stable. You should be fine."

Without hesitation, Elise Sands stepped forward and into the portal.

The question of who was stronger between Kai and Elise Sands was instantly and very clearly answered.

It was, by an incredibly huge margin, Elise Sands!

There was no denying the accumulations of a Saint who had spent thousands of years as a peak level Primal.

The power of fate which she had managed to achieve due to her vast accumulations in the previous stage was extremely potent, and the Emperor grade beast core lost twenty percent of its mass just to create her clone!

Elise Sands glanced at the beast core and immediately made her calculations.

One Emperor Grade beast core will get her five clones at full strength. If she wanted a million clones, she would only need two hundred thousand Emperor Grade beast cores??

What a great bargain!

As though reading her mind, Elliot immediately gave her a word of warning.

"Just because we can, doesn't mean we should. Old woman, I learnt that lesson the hard way." Elliot said seriously.

"It's your turn." Elise Sands ignored him and pointed at the portal instead.

At her words, everyone perked up and looked at Elliot expectantly.

Elliot blinked once, and instantly guessed Elise Sands' plan.

A million Elliots triggering a million nuclear fusions on a million Elises in a million different locations at the same time.

They didn't have to locate the military planets first. They didn't have to locate Primals to explode.

They just have to appear within the general star system of the target military planet and…

Boom.

Star System gone.

They could cripple entire Realms within minutes!!

The battle against the entire Shadow Realm would be as good as won. Of course if they did that, the three Gods of the Shadow Realm would be more than pissed.

But according to Primal Alexander, they were not able to physically enter their realm. So it should be fine… right?

"Let's try with ten pairs." Elise Sands suggested.

Elliot shook his head.

"Half measures are useless. If we do that, we might alert them, and who knows what they would do if they are alerted. If we are to do it en masse, then we must strike all at once." Elliot said.

"Good. Young men should be aggressive like that. I like it." Elise Sands said.

However, before they could continue with Elliot's attempt, Red's voice sounded urgently in the public mindspace.

"Guys! That octopus creature had managed to enter the Shadow Realm!! All hell is LITERALLY breaking lose now! The fight is on!!"
