Speed Is King

342 God level shield

“Enough fooling around! Shadow Realm Expeditionary Division! Invade!!” As soon as Primal Golden Dragon Soul said that, the trillions of spaceships started to move together as one.

“Primal Golden Dragon Soul! You traitor! To think I trusted you with my life!! I swear I will kill you with my own bare hands!!” Primal Greenlife Tree roared.

“Attack!! Kill that dragon bitch!” Primal Baltang was more direct with his words and actions.

The eighty one Primals who had been forcibly enslaved by Primal Golden Dragon Soul glowered at her in anger and instantly attacked her.

There had never been such a battle before in the entire history of the known universe.

One hundred Primals was a huge number, and the number of times they had gathered to meet and discuss could be counted in one hand.

Fights rarely occured.

But at that moment, eighty one of them were so pissed that they unleashed their full strength at Primal Golden Dragon Soul!

In a dramatic twist of fate, the same attacks that fell upon Saint Dul’Akharat mere minutes ago now rained down on Primal Golden Dragon Soul.

However, a strange shield covered her and rendered all the attacks of the Primals useless!

“She has a God level defensive spell active. It is probably given to her by the Shadow Overlord she mentioned. Primals, deal with the spaceships first. We cannot let them disperse around the universe! Even a single one of them would cause immense damage with their shadow army spell!” Saint Dul’Akharat instructed.

“No! I will wring that bitch’s neck before I do anything else! I swear that I won’t f*** another woman until I do so!” A blue giant Primal snarled angrily.

“You won’t have any women to f*** if you don’t listen to Saint Dul’Akharat.” Primal Lightning Asura growled deeply.

He was usually kind and polite, but his experience enslaved by the Shadow Parasite had riled him up badly, and he itched for battle.

Thankfully, he had more than enough targets to vent.

“Go. Defend the known universe. I will deal with this bitch myself. Old Wabetto, focus on the Fateless Zone. Make sure the Primals don’t destroy everything in this sector!” Saint Dul’Akharat gave his final instructions.

The Primals dispersed instantly.

By that time, the powerful shadow warriors had passed through the portal in their millions and were rapidly spreading out in every single direction!

The Primals emptied their dimensional worlds and summoned their own millions of followers to block them.

However, the battle was very rapidly spiraling out of control. Each second, at least a million shadow warriors burst out of the humongous portal and dispersed.

These shadow warriors knew that their greatest strength lay in their great numbers, so they did not try to engage the defenders.

Instead, they tried to get out of the area as fast as possible so that their buddies could pass through the portal!

(Matrix Revolutions anyone?)

Emergency protocols were immediately enforced and powerful Ancients, Hegemons and Emperors from every single corner of the known universe immediately moved toward the Gaming Commission’s Headquarters.

Although completely sudden and abrupt, the call for war could not be ignored.

The defense of the known universe against The Shadow Realm had begun!

The largest space battle the known universe had ever seen immediately erupted!

Each second, the number of warriors from each side exploded exponentially.

Even with the Primals and their followers unleashing complete hell on the initial waves of shadow realm army, the rate at which they could kill was much lower than the rate at which the spaceships entered through the portal.

The area that the Primals had to cover increased drastically each moment, and they had long passed the critical point where they could kill huge numbers of the shadow army with their area of effect skills.

A massive bright light suddenly shone from a corner of the known universe and a planet sized area around it blacked out and became a dead zone.

“Primal Freador had fallen!! They have a secret weapon that could bypass shields and destroy our life force!! Beware!!” Primal Isabella screamed loudly as her voice appeared in every single Primal’s mind.

However, it was too late for another Primal as another bright light shone very tragically elsewhere.

“Primal Goodblood has fallen. Primals, do not stop moving, and do not allow anything to get close to you.” Saint Dul’Akharat said heavily as he unleashed his full power against Primal Golden Dragon Soul.

She was the one that’s supporting the portal, and killing her would stop the entry of the trillions of Shadow Realm Spaceships that were still pouring into the known universe like water exploding out of a dam.

Saint Dul’Akharat could not spare any energy to help his Primals. He had to focus on taking out Primal Golden Dragon Soul as quickly as possible!

“Wahahaha! I hope you’re enjoying my surprise present, Primals!! They are called Shadow Needles. They are far too small for you to notice in this mayhem, but far too dangerous to ignore. Now, now. I wonder how many of you would survive this opening battle? Wahahahaha!!” Primal Golden Dragon Soul ignored Saint Dul’Akharat’s attacks and instead started to mock the other Primals!

She had gone completely insane!

His best efforts had yielded no results.

The God level shield that surrounded Primal Golden Dragon Soul was too strong.

He weaved mysterious runes which he had developed himself that combined the power of fate with the power of the elements and the power of souls, creating a three-pronged attack on the target’s fate, soul and body.

He had prepared that special attack in the event he needed to fight against Saint level warriors of the new universe.

As the top fighter of his universe, Dul’Akharat knew that he would have to engage and defeat the top fighter of the invaders. If he didn’t the strength disadvantage would cascade down the ranks and the know universe would be defeated in an instant.

He did not expect that he had to use them against a God level shield!
