Speed Is King

Primal Kitsune’s beautiful round eyes bulged out in surprise.

Her mouth dropped open slightly and a look of disbelief appeared on her face.

She had expected that her first attack would be blocked by Primal Alexander. It would be expected as she had merely unleashed a small percentage of her power in that attack.

But she truly never expected that… not only did Primal Alexander do absolutely nothing to protect himself against the scorching dryness, it appeared that his Crystal Sword was also slowly but surely sucking in her energy!

“Impossible! My Withering Field is not something that could be absorbed!” Primal Kitsune hissed with a truly unreconciled look on her face.

“She’s a fox alright. Even with such terrifying power and with such a look on her face, she still looks so beautiful and attractive to me!” Elliot thought even as his teeth chattered in fear. “And I absolutely can’t fight against a Primal yet. Their power is truly incredible!”

“Stop talking like a fat virgin gossip monger and start attacking already.” Primal Alexander said with a casual but annoyed tone of voice. He wasn’t pulling back on his aggressive words at all.

Each word, each intonation of his voice, each gesture seemed like they were designed to do one thing and one thing only. To piss off Primal Kitsune and get her to unleash her full strength at him!

Primal Kitsune was no fool. She immediately felt that very well designed provocation as well.

But the question was, was Primal Alexander provoking her to get her to attack him at full strength because he wanted her to do so to fulfill some hidden agenda?

Or did he know that she would catch on to his well-designed provocation, suspect that he had a hidden agenda, and stop attacking him because of that?

Primal Kitsune took one look at Primal Alexander’s smirking face and realized that whatever she was thinking was absolutely what he expected her to do.

“Only weaklings think about so many things and consider my words from so many angles. Primal Kitsune. You truly are an embarrassment to all Primals.” Primal Alexander said loudly.

“If I react with anger to his words, it will prove that I agree with him and think that my previous actions truly are an embarrassment to Primals. But if I don’t react to his words, then on the surface, it will look like I am really thinking too much about his words, and that I am wary of him!” Primal Kitsune frowned deeply.

“Why are you talking so much? If you’re that powerful, then why don’t you attack and let me see if you have the strength to match the balls that you’re showing by such words!” Primal Kitsune scoffed at Primal Alexander.

Slash.

Primal Alexander swung his sword in a casual sword slash as he appeared next to her.

A powerful shell appeared on Primal Kitsune’s skin to resist Primal Alexander’s attack.

But right before his attack landed, Primal Alexander disappeared once more.

Slash.

Primal Alexander appeared on her opposite side and swung his sword once more in yet another lazy overhead slash!

But once again, he disappeared before his attack could land!

Slash.

Slash.

Slash.

That strange occurance repeated itself for tens of times in a rapid sequence before Primal Kitsune finally had enough and unleashed a massive ring of strange energy that caused the very air around her to combust as a by product!

Blink.

Primal Alexander returned to his original position and yawned.

“I can’t believe you let me finish my attack sequence. Primal Kitsune, I bid you good bye.” Primal Alexander bowed low and ignored Primal Kitsune’s powerful ring of strange energy which went through him harmlessly.

A deep sense of danger that was rising exponentially every single second appeared in Primal Kitsune’s heart.

The sense of horror in her heart that was just a seed when it first appeared shot upwards to become a giant tree in a split second, and it continued grow to be a hill, a mountain, a mountain range, a large island, a continent, an ocean, a planet!

Within a few seconds, it had grown so much that it completely overwhelmed her! Her face turned pale, and she gritted her teeth strongly.

BAM!! Crack!!

The fateless zone began to show signs of fracture as Primal Kitsune unleashed her full power!

“Primal Kitsune!” Old Wabetto’s eyes shot open in alarm. “Don’t go all out! I will not be able to maintain the fateless zone!!”

“Why are you asking ME not to go all out when HE is already doing so??” Primal Kitsune shouted.

“He? Primal Alexander isn’t even releasing the slightest bit of energy! I am not resisting anything from him. All the pressure on the fateless zone is from you!” Old Wabetto shouted.

Primal Kitsune looked at Primal Alexander in shock.

It was true.

“That cocky human had even sheathed his sword and was grinning at her widely. He was even raising his hand to… wave at me??” Primal Kitsune’s eyes almost popped out of their eye sockets.

“You think the fight is over??” Primal Kitsune roared in anger as she increased her power once more and unleashed a focused beam of strange energy on Primal Alexander!

“It is over.” Primal Alexander moved his hand slightly to block her attack.

And then he simply said… “Do it.”

BOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

A vast aura that caused every single Primal in the room to instantly unleash their powerful defensive shields at maximum power suddenly exploded into existence.

Around Primal Kitsune, twenty five Primal Alexanders with raised Crystal Swords appeared!

Each of the Primal Alexanders were emitting Primal level offensive auras!

Slash!

They all slashed down on Primal Kitsune and shredded her into many, many pieces.

“You… despicable.” Primal Kitsune’s mouth moved independently even though her head had been split into five different parts by a few of the Primal Alexanders that appeared around her.
