'I wonder what they are going to evolve into now?'

Since Lucas didn't have any control over the sub- evolution, he could only wait and see what would be the changes in the two elemental lynxes.

"You can come out now."

Soon, Lucas called Beck and the haunting ethereals out of their hiding places with a slight smile on his face.

"Congratulations, young master for gaining a powerful lynx; however, I am more curious about these two elemental lynxes."

Beck congratulated Lucas as she looked at the elemental lynxes with a curious look on her face.

"Currently, they are under evolution and I am also curious about them."

Lucas replied as he checked all the lynxes around him before sitting on the ground and waiting for the two elemental lynxes to finish their evolution.

'Why they evolve, I will take care of some minor things.'

Since he could not just leave the two elemental lynxes in the earl ground and go, Lucas could only sit down.

'Let's check the rewards first. Not only did my beast tamer's talent upgrade from Baron to Earl but I gained Lynx lair. I wonder what its effects are.'

Lucas was already satisfied with the upgrade in his talent as he could increase his beast tamer' rank and gain the additional skills from that profession; however, [Lynx lair] was an additional reward.

Even though Lucas knew what the basic function of the [Lynx lair] was, he wanted to see whether it had any unknown effects.

'Ding,

        Item name:- Lynx lair (level 1).

        Use:- A cave that can host only one lynx at a time and during its stay in the cave, all injuries will be recovered 10 times faster.

          Effect:- 1) Continuous staying in the lair might help the lynx awaken a skill or mutate.

        Note:- Please upgrade the level of the lair to gain more effects.

'What? 10 times?'

Lucas was visibly shocked after seeing that use of the Lynx lair and rubbed his eyes to check whether it was true or he was just seeing things.

'It's a 10 times faster recovery speed.'

Even though the two elemental lynxes need not worry about the recovery or regeneration, the other lynxes definitely need something like this. So, Lucas was pretty much excited about the next lair.

Previously it was a guardian lair; however, it didn't have such an insane recovery speed, making the [Lynx lair] a little special.

'By the way, how should I upgrade it?'

Since the system didn't mention the upgrade requirements, Lucas could only ask it about the upgrade conditions.

'Ding,

        The system level is low. Please upgrade the system to gain more benefits.

However, it didn't give any reply; instead, it asked Lucas to upgrade its level.

'I was wondering when you would say that and you finally asked me.'

Since the system was only at level 1, Lucas knew that it would sooner or later ask him to upgrade its level.

Nevertheless, Lucas also knew that it would be beneficial for him to upgrade the system as it might unlock more new features and rewards.

'And how should I do it?'

He asked the same question; however, this time, he was asking about how to upgrade the system.

'Ding,

        The host has to upgrade at least three of the system features to level 2. Then he can use the sovereign points to upgrade it to the next level.

'Huh? Three of the system features?'

Lucas raised his brows as he felt the things were becoming complex with the system.

If he wanted to gain more information, he had to upgrade the system. To upgrade the system, he had to upgrade three features along with it.

'Show me the list of system features that can be upgraded.'

Sooner or later, Lucas had to upgrade the system as he would lose his interest in the regular system rewards. So, after thinking for a moment, he decided to learn more regarding the feature upgrades.

'Ding,

          1) Sovereign shop (level 2).

          2) Fighting Arena (level 1).

          3) Town management tab (level 1).

          4) Exchange platform (level 1).

          Note:- System features like [Chat] and [Inventory] can't be upgraded as they will be upgraded automatically with the Sovereign system.

'Since I already upgraded the sovereign shop to level 2 and even know how to upgrade it to the next level, I don't have to worry about it.'

Lucas checked the list of the system features he could upgrade and asked the system to show the upgrade conditions for the remaining two system features.

'Ding,

        For [Fighting arena], the host has to clear the first monster boss and at the same time, he has to become a silver grade fighter.

'Ding,

        As for the town management tab, the host constructed the three basic buildings like weaponsmithy, Alchemy building and similar types of buildings using the blueprints.

This time, the system didn't complicate things as it directly explained the requirement to upgrade the two system features.

'Oh. Looks like I am closer to upgrading these two features to level 2.'

After reading the requirements, Lucas felt it would not take him much time before upgrading the system to level 2.

'There is still a week for me to stay in the wilderness. I will get enough sovereign points to buy all the items from the sovereign shop.'

Lucas was not worried about missing out on the opportunity to sweep all the items in the sovereign shop because he would get the required sovereign points as long as he diligently hunted in the wilderness.

'As long as I sweep all the items from the shop, not only will I get one step closer in upgrading the shop but I can gain a new system feature and at the same time, a talisman to find the systems in this firmament.'

Lucas was looking forward to that because he wanted to see how kind of new system feature he would get by merging all four system fragments along with the chance to find out the information on the other systems and system hosts.
