Within no time, the place where Lucas poured the special beast luring potion was completely surrounded by a dozen lynx type spirit beasts of various sizes.

However, they all have the same strength and it was rank 4.

Once they saw the other lynxes, they started roaring at one another and were ready to fight.

'Phew…thank heavens they are all rank 4 spirit beasts. Looks like finally, my luck is returning back to me.'

Hiding in his place, Lucas observed the dozen lynx spirit beasts and analyzed their strength.

After learning their grades, Lucas heaved a sigh of relief as he revealed an evil smile.

"You are all mine."

All the spirit beasts in the earl grounds are more or less special and chances of them being rare spirit beasts were rather high.

With a look, Lucas could tell that they were all special. Among them, even a couple of lynxes caught Lucas' eyes, making him feel that he should evolve them and make them even stronger.

'I don't know how much my skill [Lynx master] will intimidate a dozen rank 4 spirit beasts, it is time to upgrade the skill.'

Lucas was not in a hurry to rush because he wanted to tame all of them and not to kill a single one by accident.

So, he decided to upgrade his [Lynx master] to level 2.

'System, redeem a skill enhancement crystal.'

Since he could not use the skill enhancement crystal to upgrade a level 1 skill instantly and it was currently in the sovereign shop, Lucas decided to buy it.

          10000 sovereign points are deducted.

'Ding,

          A skill enhancement crystal is added to the host's inventory.

Soon, the crystal appeared in his inventory which he directly used on the [Lynx master].

          The skill [Lynx master] is successfully upgraded to level 2

'Ding,

          Skill name:- Lynx master (Level 2) (Passive).

          Effect:- 1) All types of Lynx spirit beasts of the same rank or below the user's strength will like him and treat him like a family.

                    2) The user can see the evolution routes of all the lynx spirit beasts.

                    3) The user can temporarily increase the strength of all the lynx spirit beasts by one minor rank for one hour.

        Note:- 1) Limited to the lynx spirit beasts that have the same strength as the user or lower than that.

                  2) There will be some cases where some special lynx type spirit beasts don't like the user and will take the initiative to attack.

'Holy heavens…the first effect has completely changed.'

Lucas was shocked to see the complete change in the first effect; however, in the next second, he started smiling from ear to ear as he finally became completely confident in subduing all the lynxes in front of him.

'Even though there are no changes in the second effect, there is a new effect where I can temporarily raise their strength for an hour.'

Lucas was already satisfied with the changes in the first effect; however, the third effect was a surprise for him which he could take as a bonus.

'Everyone, you can relax for now. I got everything in control.'

Once he finished checking the information on the level 2 [Lynx master], Lucas silently transmitted his voice to Beck and the haunting ethereals because there was no need to go for violence with such a good skill?

'Yes, young master.'

'Yes, master.'

Even though Beck and the haunting ethereals were surprised why Lucas suddenly changed the plans, they were not worried much about it and nodded their heads.

While Lucas was making his plans to tame all the lynxes, they even started fighting one another.

'No..no..no. Don't injure yourselves, you all will become one family soon.'

Lucas became anxious because if one of the lynx dies amidst the fights, it would be his loss.

Moreover, he didn't have another special spirit luring potion to use. 

'Time to see the efficiency of the skill. I hope everyone will like me.'

Soon, he walked out of his hiding place and shouted, "Everyone, stop."

Since all the lynxes in front of him were rank 4, Lucas knew they could understand human speech without any problem. So, he made his entry asking them to stop fighting.

'Mew~'

Seeing the sudden appearance of a human, all the lynxes were shocked and stopped fighting.

In the next moment, some of the lynxes slowly walked towards Lucas and let out soft noises.

'Hehe…it is working, six lynxes are already walking towards me.'

Lucas felt happy when he saw a half of the lynxes were not showing any signs of aggressive behaviour.

Nevertheless, he maintained his guard as he still didn't get any confirmation notifications from the system.

'Mew~'

Soon, the six lynxes reached him and let him pat their heads.

'Phew…looks like it worked.'

Even though he didn't get any system notifications yet, Lucas was sure that the six lynxes would not harm him as they completely let their guards even after reaching him.

"Good…good. As long as you obey me, I will make you all evolve."

Lucas patted all six heads as he promised them that he would evolve them.

'Mew~'

The six lynxes became excited when they heard Lucas' words and completely believed him without any doubt.

'This is just like Beck, who has Sovereign grade talent, taming the spirit beasts. I can do it too without talent.'

Lucas casually said to himself and felt greeted for taming six spirit beasts without fighting them.

'Roar'

Just as he was feeling everything was going good, the remaining six lynxes looked at Lucas and his six tamed lynxes and roared.

"So, you want a fight?"

The system said only a few lynxes would take the initiative to attack him, right now, fifty percent of the lynxes were taking an initiative to fight him.

'Looks like these six lynxes are special. So what? I will show you what I can do.'

Lucas didn't wait for the six lynxes to attack him; instead, he ordered the six lynxes that he just tamed to attack.
