Rise Of The Hoarder

367 The (G) Human

Even though the Supreme Being gave me all he had left, it wasn’t anywhere close to the full package.

‘After this is over, I’ll need to start looking for the other candidates…’

For now, though, it was best to focus on what was truly important.

Just by looking at the three fallen Archangels, I was able to override the meager (G) Essence in their possession, causing them to enter my [Subspace] without any resistance.

Their bodies instantly vanished, and only Sariel was left with me.

“I’ll be taking you to [Subspace] too… or should I say, see you in no time?”

The whole time relativity thing was a bit weird.

Sariel nodded, and I also took her to [Subspace].

Once that was done, I opened the System Interface and saw the four Archangels well-placed in their respective cubes.

“Alright… shall we begin?”

The first thing I did was strip every one of them of their equipment.

Unlike before, I had no useful item in my possession. The only stuff remaining in my arsenal was junk that wasn’t going to be useful in my earlier fight with the Archangels.

To move forward, I had to have a few decent Items, no?

Once I isolated the items from their respective owners, I utilized one of the new [Subspace] Functions I got ever since it got promoted to A-Class.

“<Management>”

The ability to construct anything, allocate properties, and basically alter whatever I desired when it came to Items and Abilities within [Subspace].

All Items within my storage space could be crafted by me, and I had full control over them.

The other effects of [Subspace] remained, but my Skills and Titles were all gone.

Even my very useful job, [Hoarder] was gone.

The good news was that I could restructure my Skills by using (G) Karma Points, and also affect my domain using (G) Factor.

The final element, (G) Layer, allowed me to be beyond the manipulation and interference of pesky individuals—like the Archangels I just beat.

It also gave me authority over this world’s management, but since it was currently limited, so was my control.

“Ah, looks like I got carried away a bit…’ I shook my thoughts away from other things and focused on Sariel’s transformation.

By turning the other three into Essence, not possessing egos or personalities, I merged their abilities with Sariel’s, granting her their combined capacity.

In simple terms, she became the very personification of the Four Archangels.

‘Most of her powers will be restricted once the System resumes administration, but it isn’t bad to be prepared.’

[(G) SYSTEM NOTICE]

<Alteration Successful>

[Archangel Sariel has now evolved and become Celestial Archangel Sariel]

“Interesting…” I wondered if other Gods had tried this, but it was doubtful.

They all followed the same pattern, something that made me a bit uncomfortable.

I made a few more adjustments to Sariel—including a change of outfit, as well as a forced restriction that made her unable to go beyond a certain amount of power.

“Alright, I guess it’s about time.”

Sariel reappeared before me, now a changed woman.

Her deadpan expression hadn’t changed in the slightest, and her white hair still dazzled me. Still, a few things were different.

For one, she now dommed a black hoodie jacket with a white inner shirt. Her pants were also black, but I got her white sneakers to go with them.

“This is much better.” I smiled, looking at her casual outfit.

Even though she was meant to fit in among people by having casual wear, it was still a fact that her glistening beauty and odd behavior would draw attention.

‘I might have to leave her in [Subspace] at certain points…’

More interesting than her external appearance was her Status Window.

‘Double digits! That’s insane!’

Just when I thought I had surpassed Sariel, she became this badass.

Her current Stats were higher than mine. Fortunately, she was my Ally… and also my property.

From what I saw, it also seemed like she could grow.

‘Archangels are already at Max Level. They can’t grow beyond their current state.’

Fortunately, that didn’t apply to my lovely partner.

In any case, it seemed like the future was looking up.

[You Have Leveled Up]

Once I saw this alert, I smiled. It was a bit nostalgic seeing this, considering the state I had reached.

‘So, this is your final gift to me, uh? Very well…”

Celestial Being A-67 probably designed this in the scenario where I cleared the first hurdle.

Just how many Easter Eggs awaited me?

“Status Window.”

Transcended Being who desires to consume everything and become God

[End Of Information]

There were a few things I had to resolve, such as my (G) Layer and (G) Karma… among other things.

I currently had no Skills, and everything I used to defeat the Archangels was by simply utilizing my Stats and a bit of my authority.

That wouldn’t be possible next time thanks to the System’s interference.

‘Even Gods are subject to it. Demons too.’

If I wanted to act, it would have to be smart.

“Jeremy, there seems to be a commotion some miles from here… in that direction.” Sariel interrupted my thoughts, pointing eastward.

I instantly knew what she meant.

“Ah, you mean Paul and Lily? Meh, there’s no need to disturb them. Let them have this win.” I smiled.

There was no use fighting for something as petty as a First Scenario Boss.

“They’re necessary pawns… I’m sure even the Gods see that.”

“What should we do then?” Sariel asked blankly.

“Good question.”

There were a bunch of things I wanted to do, but there was no need to rush at the moment. The Scenario was about to end, too.

“Let’s just find a place to rest as we watch the next phase begin.”

My previous home was wrecked, so I would have to build a new one.

‘I don’t have enough materials in my [Subspace] to make an elaborate one like last time, but a regular one should do…’

First, we had to get out of here though.
